I think sometimes there is. SFI is job with no boss, so if you help too much, they could be angry and think it is too hard for them. On the other hand if you dont help them at all, they could think you just dont care enough for them. There should be a balanse, you have to hear where is the line bettween pushing them to hard or helping them too much and not talking to them at all. I think that affiliates opet at the start, if they asko you questions, if they are trying to get help for them there are no such thing as too much help, but if they work on their own they will ask if they need anything, you should let them decide.

Is it possible to be successful in SFI even when your PSAs and CSAs do not work or have stopped working?

Great question.
I sure hope it is because I'm in the same situation. Personally I've realized that I have to work from the beggining after 4 month. I thought I have a great team, but it was otherwise. I realized I have only 2 PSA's that I can work with, in the begining of this month I had had 97. first thing I did clear my genealogy, put down all that doesn't work so I can see the ones that are really working. and now I'm more deterinated to start with new affiliates. the hardest thing was to admit myself that I have so many affiliates that don't work, and that in some period of time maybe I failed as sponsor. looking back I tried to help each and everyone of them and they all quit in the beggining or after month or two. I tried to talk with them, offered help, send TC, it did't help. so now I'll look for new ones, keep up with those who are here. So really hope if we are doing our best that it is possiblle. simpy don't want to think in the other direction. we can do that.

When a team member asks a question, and you don't know the answer, how can you get them the best and correct answer?

personally, I ask them to wait a few minutes, check with my sponsor or on forum. I really try to find that answer and to help my affiliatte with that question. Of course, if I don't know the answer and can find it anywhere than I try to check with them how is the best way to solve the problem. luckily my sponsor, and co-sponsor and my upline are great so I always can find the right way to answer it. there are no question which aren't answered. everything can be found on forum, we should just use it more frequently

a2a friends are great to have. If yours upline aren't here, they can help you with some advise, they can help you promote your ECA store, or products, you can do that for them and get provisions. more friends means more opportunities, more minds, and all that leads to be succesful in business.
i read in stream everything my a2a friends say, and already found something I can use in my business. so read them and learn something new. you can't miss anything
