Now, when I think carefully about it, it seems that everything has changed.
When I started my SFI business, I knew nothing about business in general. I had to learn everything, right from the start, and as time passed by I realized that SFI is huge, and that it would take me months, even years to get to know it better. Working every day was not too difficult to me since there was always something new to read and discover.
When I compare my first months in SFI and present time, I can say that I do many things differently.
I pay much more attention to promoting TripleClicks products and services. I carefully choose what to advertize and when and where to do it. I spend much more time reading - sometimes it is the Forum, or Ask SC Answers, or Internet Income lessons. I can say that now I really understand what the saying "Leaders are readers" really mean. And the most important thing, I do not make fuss about inactive PSAs any more. I learned to work with the workers, and to keep encouraging the inactive ones from time to time waiting for them to "wake up". I follow Rules of Success, they were and they still are one of the most valuable things I have ever come across.
The most important thing - I embraced SFI as a new approach and a new way of life. I have learned a lot about business and about people in general, and I can feel happy about every new thing that is introduced from time. I am not afraid of changes any more. I know I will be able to adjust myself them.

The daily actions are just the beginning for anyone who is serious about building a successful business with SFI.
I can only describe what it is that I do every day, and you should decide what it is that best suits you. Upon finishing my To Do List, I usually visit TripleClicks to see the daily offers, play T-time and Knockout Trivia games, visit my member center and then go to the forum to read and/or answer questions, read comments...
Then I go to my genealogy to check my PSAs and CSAs, send them messages, answer questions (if any), check their VPLedgers to make sure they are on the right way.
And, of course, that's not all. SFI is huge, there is always so much more to read and learn. I always check the latest news on the home page and new marketing aids. I have two blogs in two languages dedicated to this business, and I have to keep them up-to-date. Depending on how much time I have, I usually pick one thing to go through - Income, Marketing, Training, Power Tools - and read, read, read... Reading is everything, whether it is somebody's comment in the Forum, or a blog, or somebody's Leadership page, there is always so much more to read and learn.
The next on the list is advertising. I am still trying to find the best text for my ads, and the best places for advertising.
I do try to treat SFI as my real business. That is why I always come back to the Rules of Success. Whenever I am not sure what to do next, I read them. That is why I really believe in this business.
Now you know, there are many things you should do besides the To Do List. It is up to you to decide what things you are going to do every day.

The first thing you have to bear in mind is to cover different categories of customers.
It would be wise to think about children first - they like presents, and adults like giving them ones. Go through the selection of toys and pick different types, bearing in mind different age groups and different prices. Remember, you have to promote those which may attract large groups. Puzzles, books, and building blocks are always a good idea.
Make sure to make a selection of gifts for both men and women. A good wrist watch or a piece of jewelry are a good idea.
If you choose to promote local stores, bear in mind what products would make the best gifts in your own country, and you will certainly be successful.

No matter how silly this answer might be, you should avoid telling lies, but at the same time, you should definitely avoid large portions of truth. For example, your new PSA should be aware of the fact that he should come to SFI each and every day. But during the first week or so, it would be too much to explain in details just how much he should work. For somebody who has never done any online business, too many details would sound over demanding and even impossible to accomplish. Let him learn about SFI first, and then tell him what to do every day to attract new customers.

Another thing that may be a major turn-off is the fact that there are people who cannot imagine themselves as serious marketers or promoters, talking to others and persuading them to join the team. To those who oppose to the fact that team building needs continuous advertising and attracting customers, it may be more appealing to turn to advertising other SFI products and services, such as promoting TripleClicks and its products and ECAs, as well as promoting Eager Zebra games.

Interesting question, and a very useful one if you know the right answer. Now, among other things, SFI provides clear instructions on how to set the key code when you are making your own advertisements. They appear while you are using the prepared ads and I do not need to explain this part. I have been using them for months, and then I came across another interesting thing.

There is a very good site which is free to use and which can help you post your ads wherever you want. It is call bitly.com and it shortens your personal link in order not to be blocked or "stolen". At the same time, it is making its own statistics which can give you precise data about how many times one particular link was clicked during a certain period of time. It can even provide information about the physical area.

Another useful gadget is world tracker which you can install for free on your blog. It will show you the location of people who visited your blog so that you can adjust the contents and make it more appealing to your visitors.

Tracking your ads will help you decide what kind of contents/text should be used to get the best results in attracting new PSAs.

This is a very important issue, because Eager Zebra games are really beneficial to all SFI affiliates. As a leader, you should lead by example, meaning that you should play Eager Zebra games yourself. This is something that can easily be proven, because there will be badges on your profile. Whenever you win a game, you will get a new badge, and also a notification which you can post as a shout or incorporate into your message that you send to your downline. When the members of your team see that you win something, they will be motivated to play the games themselves. They will see and realize how beneficial playing games is for you, and they will follow your example. Another important thing is that regular players are more confident when they advertise this part of SFI to potential newcomers and are better in attracting new members.

This is a great question, and I admit that I could have achieved more if I had known the answer to it in my first days in SFI. First and foremost, Standing Order of 125 TCredits is a must for each affiliate determined to be successful in SFI.
There are different ways of utilizing t, but I find this way very effective:
- Use TCredits for 2X auctions to get 10 MRP and 1 VP per bid, or in NAB auctions to get 5 MRP and 1 VP per bid. Try to participate in auctions for TCredits, PSAs or CSAs. Even if you do not win, you will get additional 125 action VPs and between 625 or 1250 MRP, which can be used for purchasing other TCredits.
- When you accumulate 126 MRPs, you can purchase 1 pack T-Credits in TC to get 102 valuable VP – you can buy from 4 to 8 such TCredits.
- Some of these TCredits can be used for games, such as Time Machine and Pick the Price. Chances are that you will be the lucky winner!
Of course, TCredits can be used for other things, but I think that for a beginner, this might be the most effective way.

This is really an important issue. If we take into account that we have to attract as many people as possible and make them familiar with SFI, and, once attracted, try to convince them that SFI is the right business for all the committed ones, I would suggest that both SFI co-op and a blog about SFI are equally important and can provide remarkable boost to the business.

Co-op is important because Personally Sponsored Affiliates (PSAs), Co-Sponsored Affiliates (CSAs), and/or any affiliates in your downline can participate and thus boost both their and your own business. Advantages are numerous, and the Support Desk provides all information needed. All you should know about them, from creation to management, is listed there. All you should do is there for you to use,and you should simply follow the instructions.

On the other hand, a well designed and well written blog about SFI is an excellent way to promote the business and provide up-to-date information about everything concerning SFI and TripleClicks. Using codes from Marketing Aids, the blog can be furnished with links leading to everything that might attract attention of potential PSAs. Blogs are great for advertising - although there are sites which block direct links to SFI, no blog address has ever been blocked or rejected. I strongly recommend a dedicated and updated blog for advertising.

To sum up, start a blog to attract new members, and then create your own co-op to develop your business.

The first and the most important thing a sponsor can do is to carefully monitor the first steps of his or her downline, because these first 24 hours and the first several days in SFI can often show whether a PSA or CSA could be a real success. These are signs that show me that a particular person is dedicated to SFI:
- shows interest in SFI from the first moment by doing the first steps carefully and orderly
- answers to my messages and often asks questions during the first few days/weeks
- earns "fast track" badge
- follows instructions and does not skip daily actions
- stays above the green line
- becomes E365 finalist
- shows interest in advertizing and tries building his/her tea
- becomes EA during the first, and EA2 during the second month
- this person is among "my movers" every single day.
A person who does all these things proves to be a hard worker who is willing to learn, and there is more than 80% chance that his/her commitment will lead to success.

Such Team Leaders definitely treat their SFI business as a real 9 to 5 job - they are devoted to it. In other words, these people spend a lot of time building their own team. One of my up-line team leaders is a perfect example for it - he has an excellent website, a blog, and a forum on which he provides answers and unlimited support for his team, which includes webinars held twice a week. He has obviously devoted a lot of time and effort to attract potential members of his team and he is also an excellent example of a person committed to this work, because he has used every means possible to advertise his position in SFI. Building a strong team takes time and persistence. Whoever wants to do the same should follow not only this example, but also excellent working practice presented in Rules for Success.
