If you have very limited time to put in i suggest that you sit down while you are having lunch and write on paper your goals, where you are at right now and where you desire to be. Be honest with yourself and put a time line to it. Think about what are the things you do each day that are perhaps not neccessay or can be deligated to someoneelse.

All that is really needed is 30 minutes of your time daily. If thime is not possible there is an entire day in which you can do what is needed for your business. Perhaps you should divide your time up into little segments during the day and fit in those task that need to be done. If it is possible to do it all at once then do it. Think about your business while you are walking, how can i make it better etc. when you begin to go down that thought avenue the effort for managing the time in your life will be possible.

Perhaps that question should be asked directly to a member that has a significant downline. We have such an opportunity here to ask a person that is successful compared to persons on wall street whom you will perhaps never have the chance to ask a question
about there success. Because in my opinion if someone has a large number of persons in there downline it says several things about them. First they have found a way for SFI to work for them and is continually tweeking what works for them. Two they have been able to use duplication to teach those Quality PSA's, Three they posses good management skills. Four they are commited, self motivated and driven. Five they have patience and obviously are able to communicate well.

That is a person that has dedicated much time and most likely invested money. They know what to do to make it a success. So my answer is just ask you will be surprised at some of the answers you will get. To build and manage a large team you will have many different experiences that will teach you different things. So my answer is to just ask because that is what i do to learn things. If you don't ask you will never know.

The best ways to stay in contact with PSA's and CSA's are through personal emails, telephone, using internet conference software such as skype and ovoo. I personally use the mailer that is found on my affiliate center home page or geneology page as well.

I believe with today's technology called the internet and cellphones, ipads etc the communication lines can really stay with you as you check in to google chat or any other medium that is easier for your PSA/CSA to access based on there geographical location. So what I am saying is it comes down to communicating using what SFI has allready provided and if they need personal attention then find out via a personal email to them individually what they prefer to use because sometimes it is so much easier to explain something better using skype etc. ragther than just email.

1. The number one rule is know your product. (what you are selling)
2. Believe in your product. (what you are selling)
3. What are you marketing (selling) and to who.
4. How do you intend on reaching those persons you have targeted flyers,banners internet ads, personal investment etc.
5. Do you have any kind of finances to invest into your marketing and how much set a minimum amount.
6. Out of all the product and services on the internet what makes yours so special. How are you going to set yourself apart from the rest.
7. How are you going to present yourself professionally.
8. Is your photo on your tconnect page at sfi professional looking, can your customers trust you.
9. Who are your direct competition and what are they selling and how are they selling it.
10. What method or methods are you going to use to catch the attention of persons google, facebook, blog etc. don't be afraid to be creative but keep it professional.
11. Will you make yourself available to your customers as a part of your service after they have purchased your product.

After you have answered all the above for yourself the final thought should be what is my overall goal is it getting new psa's and developing my business or am i just looking for persons to purchase items at my tripleclicks store. Consider both because a sale can also become a psa eventually.

The organizing of a contest for your downline is a great idea. The motivator of a contest is the prize. The Benefits in my opinion are these:

1.It encourages growth in the individual.
2.It causes them to be motivated and driven.
3.They get a sense of accomplishment like when you earn a badge.
4.It gives them a chance to work there business with a goal.
5.It means matching vp if you do it right and an increase in earnings.

I personally recommend organizing monthly drawings for your most active psa and csa but make sure all of your downline know that it exist. This way everyone will work real hard and be active. make it worth their while think of it as an investment into your own business.

That is a very important question.

This is what I believe and it is not an answer for answering sake. Leaders are NOT born they are made. They are made through experience in business and life. They usually do not recognize themselves as a leader, but they have the passion, drive and determination that is necessary to succeed. In this case the sfi training we go through the forums etc. that is our training ground.

When we pass through those areas we are being made into a leader. A good leader has a mentor, that person is a sponsor, co-sponsor or a2a member that can give direction, support and encouragement. All of this puts us in a position to lead a team by those same experience we get marketing, blogging, websites that being passed on as duplication brings more leaders as ourselves.

Buying PSA'S is not a bad thing. Like anything else in business there is always a risk. For example purchasing PSA'S takes away the advantage of screening for a quality person(s)to build a strong team structure. Unfortunately you will get much in terms of quantity but you will be at a great risk for very low quality. you can purchase 200 PSA'S with one or none being active.

I find talking to persons in your neighbourhood, friends, family, or other associates increases your chances of finding individuals who are willing to work at it. It makes going through your prospects much easier while interacting with them you just know who is serious and who is not.
