In my opinion, the way we approach prospective ECAs should not vary by Country/Region.

My reason is that SFI gives us same information on how to approach prospective ECAs, unless one creates their own rules. Refer to SFI Basics.

My opinion is that either of the groups are ok.

Promoting through family and friends is good but sometimes it might be very tricky to convince some of them, especially if one has not yet started earning big.

It might work very well with strangers, when using the SFI Marketing tools i.e. on line advertising and distribution of cards.

One can also use social events and have a one on one with a stranger, and you never know!!

"What are the best ways to show your appreciation for the efforts of your most active affiliates?"

This is a very good question. The best way to show appreciation for the efforts of my most active affiliates, I will give in point form;

1. Send them an Ecard to congratulating theme for the good work.

2. Re-assign some T-credits to motivate them so that they can either participate in Auction or any
of the Games SFI offers. At the end of the day they will earn some VPs or MPR which will go
a long way in boosting their business.

3. Re-assign some PSA's, who will help him/her in achieving set goals.

4. Keep the line of communication open i.e. encourage them to contact me any time they feel that
they need help.

The above is just to mention a few, there are many more methods of appreciating our active affiliates in SFI.

New affilliates on their first month should NOT do in their first month is
- forget login in daily at the Affilliate Centre and reviewing the tabls and
attempting the daily activities

- Miss going through the Launchpad

- Ignore advise from their co-sponsor

- Avoid reading training materials offered by SFi
