Thanks to one of my co-affiliates, I have recently learned to utilize the Genealogy Page more thoroughly.

What a wonderful question!

Part of our business includes communication with our team or down line as it is commonly called. We naturally want to encourage our affiliates where they are weak, educate our affiliates and congratulate those who are succeeding.

Most of us like to build our team by rewarding our "Movers" ( active PSA's or CSA's) with PSA's

Excellent Question!

I believe they both are useful.

The S-builder Co-op allows a minimal investment with slower but steady PSA sign up.

With PSA's-To-Go, you can buy PSA's in groups of 10, 20,or 50~as many groups of each you wish. Also if you make it a standing order the Versa Points will help you maintain your EA status every month. If you utilize your genealogy page correctly, you can write these new PSA's in groups by language, country, activity, date joined, Versa

Thank you for your awesome question.
In my welcome letter and my welcome instant message e-card to my new personally sponsored affiliates and co-sponsored affiliates, I am sure to include my email. I ask them and urge them to please write me with the simplest question they may have. I also refer them to my blog which explains affiliate marketing to the newest of new person in online marketing. My blog answers questions like, what is a URL or referral link? How do you copy and paste urls? How

How do you know if you are capable of building a successful SFI business?

If you can follow the suggestions of your sponsor and duplicate what your sponsor is doing you should be able to build a great team. If your sponsor is not showing you how he or she uses duplication then you can write SFI for a change to a new sponsor who teaches you how to duplicate ways to increase their business. If you can continue completing the To-Do-List daily, your do diligence will eventually pay off as you read and learn new ways to get and build your team of how to earn more money, PSAs

If you were to start over with SFI, what would you do differently, knowing what you do now about this business?

I would have asked more questions and not have felt like I was bothering my sponsor by asking them. I would not have backed away from SFI frustrated during the 6 weeks I did. I would have had more faith that this program really works and clicked through my To Do List faithfully even though I has no money to invest because there are many great ways to build this business without starter cash. eg. posting affiliate links on social media and earning commissions when the item sells. I would have watched

There are actually many ways. Because each person is different and from their own culture, time zone and speaks their own language I believe we must get creative with out communication.
Of course E-cards are a great way to pass along a quick tip, welcome or offering congratulations when you great new team members or check your mover's VP ledger. I try to keep a translation page open so that I can communicate in their language.
Skype is a great way to communicate with team members who speak

Is there such a thing as helping your affiliates TOO much?

Absolutely not! We are all here at SFI to get ahead financially and make a better life for ourselves. Everyone comes to SFI with different life experiences regarding business and internet. They also come with different learning skills and aptitude. Identifying how your affiliate learns best if they are challenged is key to your success. This business does not allow us to get to know our affiliates well often with language, distance and culture barriers. We do not know their life challenges or scheduled

What are the best ways to track my ads to know which are providing the best results?

Great question.

I find Bitly to be the best way to track my ads especially at first. you can actually use a combination of the SFI tracking system and Bitly.com. It's free. It breaks down your hits to country, ad exchanges, and time. It shows an actually graph 24 hours, days or even up to months. This way you know who the active countries are and when for which ad and you can target them on the better ad exchanges.
There is one downfall. Facebook does not let you use bit.ly and there

Great question John.

You may never know due to the many styles of email out there. I have just discovered recently that Gmail places many of the emails into categories even when I have I have whitelisted them. If you do not go into these files regularly, you will not get the email.

Your best bet is to educate your team of this when they join and do some education intermittently.

1) New affiliates are excited and hungry for knowledge when they join. Your leadership

This s a great question.

Human nature often leads us to think that when people are not investing, they do not want to. Often people do not have the funds to invest. We must remember this as we invite our down line to invest. I have affiliates who do not have the funds as I did not when I joined, so I am sure to send the message out about sites that pay you for tasks so that you can make money to get going with SFI like I did. People may not want to admit this so I am sure to send out
