You stay in constant touch with your downline and you can monitor their activity if you find any downline member is not comfortable with you can assure them that makes their confidence grow and try to tell them Upline is always behind them and the Upline support is always there to assist them when ever they are in need of help. Your Downline is the one from which you earn. So Try to be in touch with your downline and if you have any doubts always be in touch your Upline.
