I would say the best way to stay in contact with your PSAs and CSAs is not always the internal message system initially of course you would want to use it for the first few contacts, however what most people are looking for when they connect is actual contact to know that the person writing them is real and not some bot, there is lot of skepticism about online businesses and scams where people are supposedly signed up and you should never exchange E-Mail addresses with them, against the rules of the platform etc. this scares people away because it gives a shady appearance and thus SFI actually encourages its members to reach out this goes only to show the professional stance of the company as well as a professionals stance of the leaders that you have if you are contacted with the E-Mail contact and or telephone number then you can pretty much be sure that the person contacting you is concerned about the business and worth keeping in contact with the others are either still skeptical or not going to be worth your effort in the long run because they will end up giving up.

How to go about it I stated above once you get to know them a bit send the E-Mail with your contact information use your leadership page and make contact at least every other day in my opinion so that they are not over flooded with information and E-Mails, you might also consider asking them how often they would like to hear from you as a sponsor yes it means a bit more work on your part to keep a list but I’d prefer keeping a list then letting others think I have forgotten them.

Something that we also might consider is trying to get them into the forums and interacting with them in a Q & A session about the area where they are I haven’t checked the forums yet if they already have groups for teams set up but I am sure we can contact the SFI leaders and get this approved if the incentive is shown that the leaders starting it are willing to follow through on it.

Having limited time to work on your future is an excuse to not succeed if you want to find the time you will, because successful people find the time to be successful it doesn’t fall into their laps from the sky, we all have 24 hours a day how we spend them is how we influence our own success, those who constantly are learning more about what they do, how they do it and why they do it will of course be more successful than those that do not take the time.
Should you have the feeling there is not enough time in your day because you have commitments that are time demanding then that is something else say you have 2 jobs and study part-time then time is an issue, or you have children a day job and trying to run a small business on the side like SFI or some other home business then follow this simple plan:
When you do this you can “X, check, underline or circle” the same answer more than once.
1. Create a TO-DO-LIST with 25 things you want to achieve in this quarter
2. Go over the TO-DO-LIST and cross out the 5 easiest things on it
3. Go over the TO-DO-LIST and circle the 5 most likely hardest things on it
4. Go over the TO-DO-LIST and place a check mark at the end of the 5 that you think are most likely the most time consuming
5. Go over the TO-DO-LIST and place a “X” at the end of the most unrealistic things to accomplish within a quarter
6. Go over the TO-DO-LIST one last time and underline the 5 most important things on it
Now once you have completed it only leave on the list those items that have either a “X, check, underline or circle” do this again from top to bottom always reducing your list by at least 5 positions each time, make sure to keep the list of things you crossed out on a separate piece of paper once you only have 5 items left on your list this is the list you will work on the next quarter the other things on the list you will make daily goals in small parts. Though I have not heard of any Team Leaders myself having groups in the tens of thousands these amounts would only be logical for those that have been either (1) one with the program for a bit of time and (2) two have actually worked at being successful with the program, this being said since SFI has been around online for quite a long time it is completely realistic that at least a few of the early starters or the hard workers have large groups below them.

Now I am sure that is not exactly all you wanted to hear so I would like to elaborate a bit if you are interested in creating a huge organization you need to keep in mind you get paid 12 levels down thus if you personally sign up 10 people in your first level and they each sign up 10 people you would have 110 people 10 in your 1st and 100 in your 2nd, those 100 then sign up 10 people who also each sign up 10 people who in turn also sign up 10 people each then you would reach over 100.000 people in your 5th line so going down to 12 levels easily over billion but let us stay realistic you can only really influence the first three levels with your duplication, however if you influence them very positively then imagine them influencing their first three levels the same way it is after all about duplication.

So in a small chart here:

So if we keep our math sample simple if you get two people a month to do exactly what you do which means you will most likely have somewhere around 200 PSAs that you will sign up yourself over time and of those 200 roughly 10 will actually end up being really productive then you will eventually have a few thousand people in your group if you are lucky then more but you can simply figure that you will need to sign up or use the other means of getting PSA’s to get at least 200 to end up with if your are lucky 10 really good people in your group.

So what do those people do that have large groups do differently they do and they don’t ask how or try to reinvent the wheel if you talk to 10 people every day about the business make it a habit to do so and before you know it you will have thousands of people in your group as long as you make sure that the people you get involved yourself also talk to 10 people every day about the business.

To become successful as a SFI Team Leader you will need to learn to sponsor as well, it is part of the business and you need to know your business not only the basics, get to know your up-line team (your sponsor/co-sponsor) they can help you sponsor with assisting you in making three-way calls, getting you quick information when you need it and assisting you in other ways as well.

Sponsoring new PSAs can be quite simple or better said it is actually easy just follow these 5 basic steps to sponsoring.

Step 1. Learn your business thoroughly (a little every day)
Step 2. Work with your Team help and be motivated by them
Step 3. Talk to people every day about your business don’t sell
Step 4. Don’t try to sponsor introduce to them to the system and let the system do the sponsoring for you
Step 5. Believe in yourself and repeat Step 1 – 5 daily

Sponsoring people is a numbers game the more you talk to the more you will sponsor the reason is simple the more you talk about the business without trying to sponsor it the more you will show your own motivation and that you are doing well with it, the “Hey let me show you what I am doing you can earn lots of money with it is not the easiest or the best way to sponsor because it is not honest!”

You cannot say if the person will make money with SFI or not if they follow the system they eventually will but too many won’t follow the system and will hold you responsible because you told them they could make lots of money so instead offer them an opportunity to increase their passive income by a few dollars by just talking to two people a day once you have them talking without paying and they are getting people interested then you can help them sponsor and get others interested and finally you will start making money yourself and become a good sponsor who then can buy PSAs because then and only then do you know how to do the grunt work and sponsor the old fashioned way and the online way as well.

So start talking about your business daily to 2 people then you have talked to 60 people in thirty days, if you get your team to do the same then just multiply how many they talk to in a month now the bigger the numbers the more people join with time you will know that by using a combination of face to face talks or real sponsoring meets, online sponsoring and buying PSAs you will have the ultimate team at some future point.

Thus my suggestion to you and anyone else that wants to be successful be it with SFI or any other network marketing business “You should most definitely learn to sponsor yourself!” and as stated above it is actually easier than you might think.

Once you have learned to sponsor you should then use a mixture of sponsoring and buying PSAs, but as said I strongly suggest to first learn to sponsor so that once you are asked by one of your future PSAs how to sponsor you know how to do so this business is about duplication thus you should know your way around both methods. So enough about opinions here are is the easiest way to sponsor which I doubt you will find written anywhere.

Most likely a shock to everyone here but it is the truth I tell every PSA I have signed up not to set up or pay anything until they have been in the SFI structure for at least 30 days, this may sound counterproductive, however from experience as a Leader and Motivational Speaker you learn a few things along the way, and not convincing is better long term.

There are other business opportunities that offer free trial or free membership all over the place so in the past I have learned the more you suggest people to do something that involves investing money even though they are told it is free they will bail ship quicker because they feel they were deceived to start with.

So simply tell your PSAs Log on every day do the steps to get the points maybe sell some odds and ends in a yard-sale on TripleClicks get them involved in all other means that are available at some point they will see that they could get further or they will say something along the lines well I need more time then suggest to them that they could set up a SO which would save them some time and pre-qualify them.

The more contact you have with your PSAs and CSAs that is offering assistance that is not a sales pitch or recommendation to spend money the better off your long term residual income will be.

My method may not seem the best to start off with but you are wanting long term results not short term residual income comes from long standing orders not from quick standing orders that are just as quickly canceled because they feel cheated and quit the system so that would be the suggestion I give you and any others that might be looking at trying to convince someone to put money into something that says it is totally free…

When looking for a mentor for any business you need to consider a few things do they know what they are doing because they have done it themselves, have they already taught others to do it and did those they teach reach any amount of success themselves?

There are plenty of people who are told they need to fake it till they make it, this method is used in even highly recommended motivational courses, that cost lots of money.

So make sure your mentor is one who can actually offer you something of worth, there are those mentors that have not had success in FSI but have in other business opportunities some will be helpful whereas others might think they can go from one area to the next and the strategy will be the same, however it will not be the same, nor will it be the same for you by working with someone who has been successful in FSI for that matter because the final factor in your success and the success of your mentor is your own inner drive and motivation.

So the next and final thought from me to you would be are you in need of a mentor or are you in need of someone to keep you motivated to insure that what you are doing is constantly working for yourself to improve your own business and your own personal success, because believe me no one cares more about your success then you yourself.

As a small hint in the end find out what your why you are doing this for yourself once you know your why you will then become the mentor you are actually looking for yourself and if that doesn’t help you then wait till the answers are completed and look for the name at the end of this post and contact me.

When considering if you are moving forward or standing still you only need to observe your surroundings and you will notice time moves even if you don’t so yes there will be times when you feel you are not moving forward but in actuality you are because time doesn’t stand still only the actions we take stop us from seeing our movement.

Possibly a bit confusing but in reality time and movement are one and the same so if you feel or an affiliate feels they are not getting anywhere then the actions they are taking are the actions that they are seeing, if they see no movement then they are not doing what is needed to see the movement.

So you need to motivate them to go somewhere, by giving up they or your stop moving forward only in your actions thus you get nowhere and that is what happens to those who give up to early, this is a business, and all businesses require a certain amount of commitment, dedication and above all a work passion without this you will fail.

In the beginning you will feel as if you are not getting anywhere it is normal, there is nothing you can do to change it. Similar to when you plant a tree you see a few roots, a bit of green and brown and earth around it so you see there is something there, yet you don’t know once you have planted it what the end result will be, how large it will grow, how strong it will be or how much shade it will give.

If properly cared for, you know that it will grow, it will eventually give some shade and possibly even bare fruits as long as it is cared for. The tree will not grow overnight to where you can see it, nor do you expect it to, it is small and the roots are weak but as it grows the roots become stronger and the tree grows not knowing how high it will eventually grow or if it will bare fruits or just give shade, so tell yourself or your affiliates to take care of the business like they would a tree in the beginning the roots need to be made strong, it needs water and nourishment and with time and by doing the basics over and over daily eventually the tree will grow and depending on the tree you plant the flowers or fruits will be your reward.
