Hi there.

About keywords I can talk and write all day long but I will try to make it as short as posible.
Any kind of of words are simply considerable, but if they are considered within advertisement or site. But if we are talking about some little text ad I suggest you avoid words like "scheme", "not true", "imposibile"...

Why?
Simple...If someone searches for some online job or just a job from home if he see some of these words he will automatically skip your advertisement. Because he saw some bold words like:

SFI.....scheme....not true....

Many people are trying to find out if company is real, what are testimonials, and I am saying you this because I do this also. Chances for this to happen are low but yet this happens.

You dont need to do copy-paste by promoting SFI. You just try to read and learn as much as you can. And when you do that, than use your own words to make text about SFI.
That text and promotion, you make, will have a part of your personal opinion and an original look at this job. So that is what new SFI affiliates like, you need to prove that you are a live person giving and sharing experience.

And if you make a mistake don't worry, marketing is always about finding best recipe for presenting something to people.
But remember readers are leaders, as someone said, so as more you know more you can provide informations and advertisement that attracts people.

Dont make a mistake here, bribe is not the same as reward. You need to reward people for their work, but for their hard work, not for some little or not important things.

For example:
Let's say that you have PSA that is EA, and he have problem to achieve BTL, help him, by giving him a reward for his good work, only if he have some active members. If he does not, how do you expect to maintain BTL next month if he doesnt have active members.

Give them a little note about rewards, make them earn it, dont give them task but let them know that you will reward them if they do good job, if they follow your example, respect rule of duplication...

I think that is actually a decision you need to make, because only you know what you want.

Why?

If you want just to say to people what is SFI and where to join use blog, it is optimized by google and gives fine results, also you can share it on other social networks. It is free to use, that is a plus.
But if you want to make something more complex and more attractive than use website. With website you can make all kind of pages, subpages, different content, or even make a fine blog spot just for your potential members where you can post tips or make a subscribe form to collect mails and than do more personal advertising.

If you want maximum form visitors to sign up, by my opinion, you should have website which will be more optimized and user friendly for viewers/visitors.
This is just my opinion, also i suggest you to try both and see what gives better results.

In SFI is not needed to be "born leader", because you don't lead people in physical way. Team Leader status just helps you earn more and show an example to your team mates.
But, what you can do as team leader can be inspiring for your team mates.
Because when you show your strength to them, they try to overcome that, and they try even more to succeed. Also you can give them some rewards or bonuses for their efforts which can cause in their will to succeed, as well.

So, answer is easy one, you dont need to be born leader to be TEAM LEADER. The way I see it is just an way of earning in SFI and showing your strength in your own team. And when they see you have succeed they also see it is posible for them to do same.

When you help them in their will and dedication, that is so called RULE OF DUPLICATION. And that is all what one team leader need to do, folow that rule.

There are a couple things you could do.
First you need to be sure that you are doing it right, that means if you are acting like sponsor and showing your downline all learned from your upline.

Second thing is measuring results, if you think that your downline has same or better results than you in sign ups and active users than duplication is working.

But if they have problems and hard time that means you need to help your PSA and show them how to work with their downline. That also doesnt mean that you are bad sponsor, but just you need to spare some time and work with your own first generation affiliates.
