I have been with SFI for 2 Years now.

After joining SFI, within few months, I realized that it’s a long term business and I need to have a strong foundation in order to earn a reasonably good income in the future.

Hence, I have been focusing on:

1. Team Building:
2. Creating PRMs;
3. Bringing in ECAs;
4. Promoting other ECA’s products

To build the Team continuously, I have been concentrating on:

a) Word of Mouth; &
b) Free Ads in Web Sites for fresh sign ups

While the former brought in very active PSAs, the latter produced huge numbers but not active Affiliates. Even the active PSAs kept opting out due to their own very personal and genuine reasons. Hence, I have doubled my efforts on this front NOW and I am confident that serious people will join and stay for long time in the future.

To create PRMs, I have been sharing the Friend Challenge Links among My Friends and many of them keep joining as TripleClicks Members now. But, no Sales have happened till now. I have not given up. I am continuing my dialogs with many of them on Transfer Buying and I am pretty confident that it will take some more time before some of them start buying their monthly requirements from TripleClicks Stores.
With regards to creating ECAs, I have chosen some of the leading Traders, Retailers and Individuals who have fast moving products like groceries, apparels, etc. I have been having series of personal discussions with them NOW. Since the discussions involve more of clarifying their doubts on so many aspects of this business nothing has materialized till now.

In fact, one Organization applied for becoming an ECA but withdrew the application within 48 hours. I am yet to get their answer for their action.

Still, I have not given up. I am sure that some of them will eventually become an ECA in the future. Regular follow up with them is required which is what I am doing NOW.

Finally, as for as promoting the products of other ECAs, I am in the process of creating more and more “Collections” (a Tool created by SFI) covering variety of products that can cater to the requirement of:

1. Men
2. Women
3. Children
4. Families

Apart from these, I am focusing on creating “Collections” keeping the seasons ahead. I already started promoting one Collection for Men through Local Ads, Ads in Social Media, Web Pages, etc NOW. I am awaiting the results with lot of interest. Based on the outcome, I will be either following the current strategy of Advertising or will make changes suitably so that the results can be better in future.

This is how I am making all out efforts to create a strong foundation NOW for this business so that all these will matter TOMORROW when I can enjoy the fruits of my hard labor continuously, year after year.

We are all aware that our Down line consists of members from different walks of life, from different Countries with different Language and cultural back ground.

In general, it is very difficult to get their replies for our messages. This is one side.

Even, members from the same country do not reply many times. They have their own reasons for not doing it. But, we can presume that they do not look at SFI business as any other business with seriousness. If they are so serious they would have been logging in to their account on a daily basis.

This is another side.

There are another set of people who are genuinely interested and looking for a second income, to have a secured future, will be active from day one and will be responding irrespective of their language. We have to work more closely with such people.

Then, how to encourage these three categories of people?

A1. For people from different countries, language being the barrier, it would be advisable to translate all our communication in to their language. We have to use reputed web sites, preferably from their Country that offer free on line Translation. We can mention the source of translation is from their own country & that they can use it for their communication back.

2. This can encourage them to read, understand and reply.

3. We may have difficulties doing it regularly as it is a time consuming process. But, first few communication thus sent can clearly help us whether these affiliates are really interested or not.

B1. For affiliates from our own Country, since they are inactive and not so serious, we can do nothing.

2. At best, we can keep sending our regular mails or post messages in the Stream or can send appropriate E-Cards.

3. Since our mails will also be sent to their personal mail ids, if they are keen they will react one.

4. We can keep repeating it at regular intervals and remain with hope and never-say-die attitude.

C1. As for as the third category of people who are really keen to grow and succeed,

2. We have to stay in touch with them by all means, monitor their progress and work with them more closely.

3. We should always ask them, “How we can assist them so that they can grow and advance”; “how we can help them so that they can get started”.

4. We have to inspire them by sharing our achievements;

5. We can motivate them by offering them T-Credits, Gift Certificates, Re-assigning some of our active affiliates, make them Designated Diamonds, Congratulate them in the Forum for their performance and achievements, sending them appropriate E-Cards depending upon the situation and so on.

6. With such people, we should quickly establish very good rapport and they should feel that we are trustworthy people whom they can rely upon for their business growth;

7. Our actions should make them realize that we are not selfish and that we are truly concerned with their performance and achievements.

8. We should continuously appreciate them for their efforts.

9. We should not bombard them with frequent mails; at the same time, we should respond to their questions and queries with lightning speed.

10. Fast, accurate, simple and timely response will go a long way in building business relationships.

If these are kept in mind and followed in both letter and spirit, certainly our affiliates will respond to our messages.

I am following these & I am able to get replies from my beloved team members in time & we are all growing slowly but steadily.

Prospective ECAs always look for opportunities to expand their business, sell more and earn more.

If everything is commercially viable, they will certainly jump in to the band wagon.

Keeping this in mind, before approaching any prospective ECAs, I would try to gather information about them on:

1. How long they are in the Business?

2. What is their credibility in the Market?

3. Do they enjoy good customer back up?

4. What is their performance in terms of their competitors?

5. What sort of Organizational Structure they got?

6. Do they have their own sound finance or they do on borrowed money from financial institutions or private sources or Money Lenders, etc?

7. Do they have their own Web site and or doing on line business or do they have any tie-up with others?

8. Do they have a good delivery tracking system?

9. Do they supply materials to their Local customers in time?

10. Will they be really serious to associate themselves with a world class On Line Store?


While collecting all these information, I will equip myself with sufficient information about SFI and TripleClicks especially on:

1. What is their back ground?

2. How long they have been in this business?

3. What is their reputation across the globe?

4. What sort of customer support system they have?

5. How they control the ECAs?

6. What sort of payment options they provide to their ECAs?

7. What is their expansion Plans?

8. Who are all their competitors?

9. What sort of Organizational Set Up they have?

10. What sort of recognition they have?
11. What is their financial standing?

12. What sort of social responsibility they exhibit?

13. What is their Safety & Security Policy?

14. How successful they are in their Affiliate Program and what is their standing today?

Arming myself with this kind of relevant information, I am able to meet many people in person, and have had continuous dialogues in the last couple of months. Many declined the offer and some did show keen desire to have more meetings in future. I am following up with them and things look positive.

Simultaneously, I also gave presentations on SFI and TripleClicks to some of the reputed but small manufacturers in my City. They too evinced keen interest and more follow ups to be done in the coming months.

Got some queries from individuals across my own country as well as my neighboring countries in response to my advertisements in the Social Media. I did provide what ever details they asked for. But, I am yet to get their reply.

Communication is key to maintain good rapport and build long term relationship with the Team.

Keeping this in mind, please stay in touch with them regularly by:

1. Posting important links in the Stream & seeking their attention to read it.

2. Sending them appropriate E-Cards;

3. Praise them in the Forum openly when they achieve something remarkable;

4. Create League Games and make them participate. Offer them appropriate gifts when they win;

First of all, we need to be convinced that world’s economy does play a role in the quality of every one’s life.

While the we see the tendency to increase prices of all of common man’s normal day to day essentials the one thing that does not increase in proportion is one’s salary and income.

At the same time, when we see a boom in the world economy still the prices that got increased earlier do not have proportionate decrease.

This is a fact hard to digest.

First of all, who is a good Leader?

A good leader is one who takes responsibility for the growth of his/her Team Members and in that process takes every one along with him/her.

What is low self-esteem?

A person with low self esteem feels incompetent, incapable or unworthy. Most of the time, it arises because of the tendency to compare oneself or one’s situation with others or other’s situation.

How to over come this?

1. There is no point in comparing yourself with others. People are different. Their situations are not identical. You are what you are. They are what they are! Please realize this first.

2. Only when you compare yourself with others you tend to focus on your weak areas forgetting the positive areas. Better don’t to this.

3. Analyze yourself. Find out what are all your negative things. Note them down. Speak to yourself when no one is around at home. Say to yourself, “I am a Great person”; I can achieve anything I like”; “I am a capable person”. Know your needs. This way, you will grow in confidence every day and soon you will not feel that kind of insecurity that stopped you over the years from moving with others.

4. Appreciate your own positive points. Look at them through a magnifying glass. You will realize your self worth. It will make you a strong person and gradually you will be able to feel your strength.

5. Do not feel that you deserve nothing in life. Learn to enjoy your existence. Appreciate every moment of your life. Do what you like most; derive happiness out of your actions and feel that joy in your heart. This will help you in increasing your confidence level. You will start believing in yourself.

Once you start believing in yourself, you will be able to understand the huge potential within you. You will look for ways and means to bring them out.

This is what will motivate you to take responsibility for your Team Members. You will look for ways and means to support them; Help them; Guide them and in fact, you will start leading by your own example.

Naturally, your Team Members will begin to trust you and there will be two way communications. You will see your growth; but, you will delight in the growth of your Team Members.

That’s the sign that you are indeed a Good Team Leader and in the process you would have gained enough experience.

As you keep growing in confidence more and more, you will be able to take more responsibility towards every one’s growth & you will carry every one along with you.

You are a full fledged Leader Now! You can do wonders and create happiness not just for yourself but for every one around you!
