Here is my short welcome message that I send to new PSAs and CSA.
It goes like this:

Hi, (FIRST NAME)!

Welcome to Great SFI family! Congratulations and at the outset
I wish you much success and a long and successful career in SFI.

What qualities should we look for in our PSAs before sending them an invitation for the Designated Diamonds program? And where do I look?

This is a serious and important question.

Invitations are limited, so they should not be tossed around without serious thought given.
Otherwise, the program becomes a joke and not what it was intended to be:
"SOMETHING SPECIAL"!

Who should you invite to be your Designated Diamond (DD)?

Do not issue invitations "willy-nilly"! Consider carefully each and every invitation because,
if accepted, you’re making a multiyear commitment

There are many mistakes that one can make in advertising.

I'll try to draw your attention just to a few traps, which are in my opinion, most important to avoid.

Advertising has certain rules that everyone has to follow in order to run successful campaign.
You have to do a lot of market research to establish target audience. Not doing that, your campaign
will surely have little or no results.

- Don't do what everyone else is doing!

To be successful in any business, not only in SFI, you have to surround your self with people who:

- know when to stay and when to leave,
- do more than what’s asked of them,
- are willing to fail in order to eventually succeed,
- know that they make their own luck,
- set real goals that they can accomplish,
- take accountability for themselves and their actions,
- make change instead of being affected by it,
- are able to adjust to changes in the

In order to succeed, as an online entrepreneur, you have to create ads,
manage your money, negotiate with people, manage your team,
and solve one problem after another.

There’s a term in business called “T-Shaped” skills. It means to be an expert
in a single field, while having a broad knowledge of several other disciplines.

What skills do you need to be successful online entrepreneur?

To begin, you need only a solid work ethic and persistence.

I searched the Internet over and wasted lots of time and money with "get rich quick" businesses that turned out to be schemes. I've always wanted to start my own business that was LEGITIMATE and HONEST (and not a "pie in the sky" fairy tale).
Here are some of the reasons why I decided to go with SFI:
- Their parent company has been around since 1985.
- It's free to get started.
- They're in over 190 countries worldwide.
- You can do everything from

Hi, Adebiyi!

There is no secrets about making money in SFI.

As SFI BASICS (https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics) explains, the way to create large incomes in SFI is through sales, sponsoring, and duplication. If you're neglecting these areas,
you're never going to be happy with your commission check.
I STRONGLY urge you to review SFI BASICS and follow it's guidelines!
Do those actions. Don't focus on actions that don't earn you money.
In another words: just "follow

Thanks for this question.

If someone asks me about my SFI business, I tell them:

1. That I wake up each morning thinking about doing to-do list and daily tasks.

2. That I can hardly wait to see if anyone sent me a message, did I won a Daily Grand or Daily Crown prize
or did anyone signed as my new team member.

3. That I wish to be better and better in my class or my country, every day.

4. That my last thing is think about how much money

Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?

My answer is simple:
It is pointless to be the leader of the team that does not exist.
Without a large and strong team behind you, there is no point in becoming a team leader. It's like you're trying to become the commander of a nonexistent army.
Wanting to become a team leader makes sense, just when you build a large and strong team.
The name says TEAM Leader, which means a group of people.
I hope that my answer was short, clear and precise.
Best of luck in your future
