Ahhh the double edged sword...

Many networking and multilevel marketing companies encourage to recruit from your "warm" market. The reasoning is sound; the closer you are to someone the more they trust you. Your business should always be built on trust. In my own personal instant my family and friends have seen my exuberance as something to avoid so they may not trust what I am doing as I have done it so many times.

On the other hand you must define strangers. Salespeople

Your personal example is best. When you lead by example expect more people to follow you. When you believe in yourself and the company you represent it will come through you and motivate them to explore more. I am always excited about the face I am with SFI and never turn down a chance to talk about it. I believe my enthusiasm speaks for its self.

I believe they all are. Each one contains a nugget of advice that can be used to advance your SFI business. I believe the greatest value of them is that they are always there and can be reviewed at any time. One of the greatest lessons of success is learning good habits and continuing to repeat them. I return to the launchpad daily and re-review the lessons of topics that concern me that day. However to choose one? I value the one that refers to overnight success. That can not be achieved here or

How can I get my affiliates to see the benefits of playing games like Knockout Trivia so they will play them?

Lead by example!! I speak to my team members daily about it. I play Knock out trivia 2 to 3 times a day. All work and no play makes for a dull individual as the saying goes. Playing games also is a means to stimulate competitiveness which is crucial to business success. This is what you should explain to them. Mind games like Knock Out Trivia will show you areas in which you may need to expand your horizons.

If you could completely start over with SFI today, knowing what you know now, what would you do differently?

When I started I totally blew it. I didn't realize just what I had stumbled onto. I did read some but obviously not enough. I missed the Fast Start badge by not doing enough at first. I would continue with checking in each day to to the "to-do" list which is what got me motivated originally. Then the learning kicked in. I started recruiting right away so I would duplicate this as it has been successful so far. Setting the goals initially was one of the hardest things so I might pay more

That is an excellent question to be sure. Somehow ingrained within me was a desire to always persist and never give up. I have had to draw from that well many times. There are times when I don't see what I should do next. But each time I will trip across someone's inspirational quote in the stream or I will see something in one of the lessons that tells me where I should go.

We are part of a wonderful thing here at SFI. We are given the opportunity to grow a business from scratch and
