Well, I do not totally agree. It depends on each region. Facebook works, especially if you pay for advertising. Remember that Facebook is allowed to advertise only store products TripleClicks. Marketing to the SFI site is not allowed.
However, there are many other places to advertise that they are not paid. For example Twitter (now there is Twitter ads that are paid).
You can also advertise on sites like TSU.co or generate traffic from PTC sites like Clixsense, Trafficmonsson, among many others.

Look, I'm trying to promote individual products that I find interesting. But, without doubt, disclose and/or refer to a whole ECA or for Tripleclicks store is interesting too.

But, I think it will depend on the goal of every person. Of course that Tripleclicks is a great way to sell things and of course, thrive his own business. In my case, I don't work with sales, however, alive thinking since I started to be part of this incredible system, that I could start selling. And I'm still tight with that thought. However, if I can't now sell nothing of myself, I'm working with the idea of helping other stores selling their products and participate in the commissions.
