Here are some tips on how to maintain a constructive meeting.

First send an e-mail stating there will be a meeting, the goal of the meeting as well as the administrative details such as when and where it will be. Ask those invited to accept or decline the meeting. Make it clear that once they have accepted the meeting, they are expected to attend. By some researches the best meeting times are 9:00 a.m and 3:00 p.m for semi-official meetings,but if you attend to be less-official or unofficial meeting it could be held whenever you make an appointment with others.

The important consideration for your event's location is proximity: you want as much of your a2a friends as possible to be able to get there easily.Glitz and glamour aren't necessarily for this kind of event,I would prefer more casual variant.

These meetings can last longer than regular meetings and they are a bit more free flowing,so for a event like this you want to make sure there's food and drink to fuel long sessions churning out ideas and experiences about SFI and TripleClicks.
