Both sponsoring SFI Affiliates and referring TripleClicks members are all good but i will advice you do more of sponsoring because you need to build a team for your SFI Business to grow and be stable. so if you concentrate on referring only you not have a team/ team members to work with you.

So, PRMs are important but PSAs are more important.

In your first chat, you should welcome the new PSA to your team by writing a welcome message or sending SFI welcome E-Card.
Let him/her know that he/she has not made a wrong choice.
Let your PSA know that you are there to help him/her grow in SFI business.

Remind him /her of the importance of daily log in and visit the To Do List.
And recommend some actions that will be of help to him or her.

In my opinion I will say that all the actions in SFI are all important and profitable be it sales, recruiting, games, homepage actions,it is better for you to take time and check the ones that will favour your SFI bussiness growth. But I will advice you to focus on sales and duplication and visiting your homepage daily and carrying out all the actions on your to do list fetch good versa point.

Next step go to SFI basics then the first step there is TO DO LIST follow the actions one by one.
When you are done with the actions on the basics proceed to LAUNCHPAD read the articles one after the other, not to rush and finish all the articles at once but read to understand and learn then answer the question that follows.
By the time you are done with LAUNCHPAD you don't need to be told of what next to do, but remember to be doing your daily actions on the TO DO LIST as you read your articles daily.
