Yes purchase the 125 TCredit package, spend them wisely, as in if you bid on auctions then I'd try to bid on the ones that are 2x mrp which = 10 mrp per bid.
If you win, then great but if not then don't worry about it, let the mrp add up and spend the mrp to purchase 1 tcredit, this will give you more Versa points.

You want every Versa Point you can get each and every day, 7 days a week, so do login every day and do your to-do list.

You as a sponsor will want every language on your Team.
Never limit your abilities, think about the posibilities, just one affiliate in a different country that don't speak English could recruit thousands of affiliates in your team.
Take the time and translate your information and get it out there.
You'll want to sponsor that Star and they don't speak English.

Not really, you may have to translate your language into theirs so they understand, but that is not a problem with all the translators out there that are free to use.
This is a simple business truly, and you will learn to communicate on a wider scale.
Remember to have patience and be friendly, never rush.
No arm twisting, but do Teach finding affiliates and explain duplication.

I would do all the task's available to get all the VP points available, which at the time I join SFI I had no idea what I was doing.
Then I'd purchase the New Member Pack.
I highly recommend the New Member Package (NMP) which is only available for the first ten days after you join SFI. Then I'd purchase a S-Builder Co-op Unit or more

This business is for everyone, but not everyone will take advantage of this opportunity. You'll find that most will join and get scared off because of the amount of reading there is and they become very confused.
So my suggestion is when promoting SFI to prospects you'll want to start slow and not hit them with a ton of information at once, this business takes time to grow and you will want to weed out

The only trick I'm aware of with genealogy is to capitalize on it, use it to see your PSA and CSA's motivation. Are they getting all their VP each day, are they playing the games. Genealogy is a awesome tab to click and view, you need to spend time there and build your team. Making sure everyone there has their questions answered, get your team on the same page and duplacate. What a great Tab to use, trick is.... use it.

you only have a hour a day, I'd spend 30 minutes on the daily to-do list and the other 30 minutes finding other affiliates to join your team.
Personally a hour a day may not be enough time to work your business properly in order to reach a higher goal. I'd try at least to find another hour in each day to spend on your business.
I'm pretty sure everyone's goal is to build your business to where you don't need to work for someone else.

My first thing to send is a Welcome letter, then in a email I'll send them information on what their daily task should be, also expain the red tabs.

Spending money every month, but if you explain to your affiliates why it's so important to have a standing order and explain to them finding affiliates and explain duplication to them, then it may help them see a future income.
It's a rare thing to find someone that is dedicated and stay dedicated unless they see the big picture. It only takes and hand full of dedicated affiliates to change the way you live.
