Indeed Facebook is overcrowded.
You can advertise from your website to Pinterest, a growing userfriendly platform. The big advantage is once you have pinned a picture with the url to your website attached it travels for months and will be repinned without having to work a lot for it.
Other great places to advertise are Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, Graigslist and even Google+.

The only thing is to limit yourself. Do not spam. For Instagram for example it is ok to post one ad per day.

With a blog on wordpress you can also make your own ads and place them in a side bar.

Advertising on all these places will be very successful. When you have limited time you can use all kind of systems to schedule all your ads once a week for example. Connect all your platforms to Hootsuite, to name one and scheduling becomes an easy job.

Even with a simple but professional looking profile on about.me you are reaching a whole new network of soloentrepreneurs waiting to connect with you.

The possibilities are endless. How can this get any better?!

One way of learning to be a good Team Leader for your group could be by asking yourself questions. Ponder and wonder around these questions. There are not always immediate practical answers. Especially for leadership it takes time to let this drift from your head to your heart, and back.
Look at these questions, and look again. Write them down, make them part of your daily routine. The answers will come, you will grow, you will know.

- How good is my own Team Leader? How did I experience being lead by my upline?
- What did I learn from them? What did and didn't I like?
- What kind of Team Leader do or did I need?
- What kind of Team Leader do I think I am?
- What does my group, each individual, need? What kind of Team Leader do they want?
- What do I know that I already know?
- What talents can help me lead a team?
- What skills do I think I need to learn more about?

As a leader it can be important to live in the question. Answers can narrow the mind, narrow our vision. Living in the question means all possibilities are open and you are ready to receive.

Finally:
- What is stopping you right now from being the glorious, warmhearted, succesfull Teamleader you

Practice!
Over and over again. Go back to how you learned as a child, just by doing it, looking at others how they do it and imitate. That is how you learned as a kid. Trying, failing and try it again. That is called; Failing Forward. Do you remember how you learned to ride a bike? Exactly. Go on, practice some more.
Read!
The best advice writers of all sort give is: if you want to learn how to write well, you have to read a lot.
SFI has a lot of samples of good writing. Read it, copy it, change one or two lines to make it more personal. Read the mails of your upline, see if you like their style, then ask if you can copy it and add some lines of yourself.
From your Heart!
Natalie Goldberg wrote a wonderful book on how to write from your heart. It helped me to just write. Not being hindered by what others might think of it. Not judging my self. Just write, who cares about style or misspelling, that is for later when you want to edit what you wrote. But first, write straight from your heart whatever you want to say to your team. Put it away, look at it the next day and see if you need to edit it.
Ask!
With practice and writing from your heart you still can feel insecure. But he, that is just a thought; it is only true if you believe that thougt. You can ask for help. You might have someone in your upline, in the forum or even in your team who has great writing skills. Ask them for help. Send them your concept email and ask if they want to have a look at it. You might be surprised how much we love to help you.
Addictive!
But, be careful. Once you get started learning how to write well, you might gonna love it. It is kind of addictive to put your thoughts into words, to bring your message out in the world. And that's the point you will probably start a blog so you can write everytime you feel like it and the people around you will love it too.

When you feel you are not (yet) good at approaching people face to face there are a lot of things you can do;
1. First of all have yourself a 'growth' mindset saying "I might not be the best but I am
learning!" Your 'fixed' mindset says; "I cannot do it".
2. It might not be a real fact that you are not good at it, it is 'just' a feeling and it
is only a thought. Change your thinking. Your thought create your reality.
3. Whenever in contact, public or private, wear a smile on your face, a real smile,
coming from within you. Smiling and being positive is highly contacious!
4. If you hesitate in approaching people, let them approach you, so be approachable with
your smile and your open mindedness. Be interested in what is happening around you,
instead of only looking at your phone or tablet.
5. One of the best things I have learned in life is; Listening. Realy listen to
people, not to reply but to hear their story. What realy interests them. Listen to
the words they are not saying, the nonverbal story they are telling, look into
their eyes. So, listen with your heart and you will know by intuition what to say.

In my experience both are equally good. Maybe it might be better to consider which comes first. To me that is via the Internet, globally. Learn everything there is to learn about your business at SFI and while doing that you will start to advertise all over the Internet. When you know it all, whenever that is possible, you will become a teamleader and mail your fellowworkers. By that time you have enough storytelling in your heart and mind to talk about it locally.
So, both are good, in my opinion, it is just the timing that makes them different.

What I love about SFI is that it is all there for free. The only thing I need to do is duplicate my succesfull upline. The frame, the network, the training, the tools. It is all there. I only need to follow the footsteps of my leaders, communicate with them, get all the training and tips they are willing to give. For free. SFI is the only company that's provides all this. And believe me, I have been out there, tried all businesses. So, that is what I would say about SFI if I were asked what I love about it; The path is clear, I just need to walk it, duplicate and persevere.

The biggest turn-off in my opinion is when you talk about the same information that SFI in general is already sending your team. It is just to much. So, know, from your own experience when you started, what information they already have. It might be the overload that is turning them off.
Instead, once you are familiar with the basics of SFI and the way SFI provides every starter with information, send them friendly E-cards.
In your mails, especially the first days and weeks, be gently.
Tell them about yourself, be sincere in getting to know your team.

To conclude; Do not offer them information they already have, do not tell them what to do but ask them if they need any help and what specific help they need.

It depends.

If you 'help' with only fast and quick moneymaking on your mind and seeing them as playing the second fiddle, only here to obey you as their boss, then you could say you are helping them TOO much. In fact you are not helping them at all.

When you help them as a part of a team and realy want them to be succesful then it can never be TOO much. Helping them is leading while walking next to them and show the way the same way your succesful upline has done to you.

There can never be TOO much help of that!!

I must admit it is not easy to convince others of all the advantages of my SFI business. And therefore I stopped trying to convince. From that moment on I reflected more on how I got involved. How did I start and what convinced me?
Before I joined SFI I had tried every single getting rich system there was. Costed me a lot of money with no success. The Free-getting-rich-scams were not free after all and got me nowhere. I knew there must be a way to be succesfull on the internet. And I started to lookup reviews. SFI came out as one of the best and the longest in business. So I looked into it and asked several succesful SFI-ers what was there secret. Their transparant story convinced me. It was simple, transparent and easy to duplicate and it was realy free of any costs.
So that is how I got involved, how I was convinced that by working hard I could own a succesfull business at SFI.
Therefore my answer is; stop convincing. The benefits are clear for one who is willing to really look into it. That is all you need to do. Show your success, your enthousiasm, your strategy of duplicating your successful upline. It will be contagious.
