I would think that it is best to:

1.Address hot topics. Maybe there is a new SFI/TripleClicks offer eg. bid and build. Pique interest in these new topics that your team may have questions about and build their interest in.

2.Address concerns. Maybe you see a team member struggling to earn VP. You can put in your newsletters innovative ways that will help them to earn more eg. playing more TripleClicks games, best items to purchase to gain max. VP etc.

3.Address growth.

Let new PSA's Know that this is the fastest, easiest way to qualify as a fast track
For me, it's easier to promote because I am a testimony of it's benefits. Appeal to the interests of your team members.

1. If they want to move quickly, describe how the NMP gives 500 VP.
2. They love eager zebra games? Show how purchasing the NMP awards TCredits.
3. They like to make purchases on TripleClicks. Describe how MRP boosted by the NMP can make items more affordable/give purchasing

Your mother always told you never talk to strangers. But now you're an adult and your livelihood depends on the rejection of that old adage......wish mama had taught you what to say in the event it happens!
Have no fear, I have three tips:
1. Always be prepared - know what you're gong to say, how you're going to say it, and be prepared for any questions that come your way.
2. Be confident - body language speaks volumes. Be assured that you are CONVINCED of what you are speaking about

We live in an age of quickly improving game technology where gamers are always looking for the next best thing.
Why not play a game and get rewarded for it?
That is.....
-a chance to win T-currency to purchase things on line.
-bragging rights (something almost every gamer strives for)

The best thing you can promote about a Eager Zebra game is that the rewards are TANGIBLE!

When you are telling someone about the benefits of something, it must also mean

Two points:
1. Highlight the benefits of doing so in team mails eg. Earn VP, MRP, TCredits
2. Set the example - purchase things from TripleClicks yourself to be able to testify of it's benefits.
3. Let your leadership page show it - post items that you recommend under the "I recommend" tab to encourage your downline to DUPLICATE you.

A little goes a long way :)

Which is better and why? Promoting SFI and TripleClicks locally and more personally...or globally via the Internet?

SFI is a global company and a global business. Therefore as an SFI affiliate, I think it is my responsibility to let the WORLD know about this unique business plan that can out them in a better place financially.

Of course at the end of the day, the choice is yours. The things to note are, however:
SFI and TripleClicks go hand in hand. You cannot promote one without he other.

The MY MOVERS tab shows you a condensed version of your genealogy. It gives you a day to day showing of how active your CSA's and PSA's are. The best way to look at the MY MOVERS tab is to think of it as an appraisal centre.
- some employees are outperforming others
- some are lagging behind because of lack of training, information or motivation
- some just don't want to be there

You have to prepare for possible disappointment of such a nature.

Hello!

I usually post about SFI on a job seekers page via Facebook. Each post gives me an average of 20 interested persons asking for info (potential PSA's)

I try to promote Tripleclicks as well. This is not as much a free route however, as my team member has purchased a domain and I use that route.

Additionally daily, I try to inform at least one person about SFI. That is a potential 30 plus new PSA 's a month :)

A little goes a long way!

What would be a better goal and why? Sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year or teach a smaller number of EAs to each develop EAs themselves?

In my opinion!!

It is better to teach a few to develop themselves, consistently duplicating you. In my experience I have over 20 PSAs and over 100 CSA's currently. And only 5 PSA's are really working. Some are self driven. Others need the motivation. And others need the day to day guidance.
So work with a few
Not putting aside the fact that you can continue advertising to get your PSA's continually, should any of your PSAs decide to opt out. At least there is a constant stream

Is it worth it to keep sending supportive emails to PSAs and CSAs who have 0 VP and been inactive for weeks or months?

I believe it is is worth it. You don't know the reason why that person has been inactive. Possible reasons are:
1. They need help and do not know how to ask
2. They've given up because they have no idea what they're doing
3. They've lost interest in the business and need an incentive
4. They are not future thinking

Your job as a sponsor is to address concern. Find out what is happening with these inactive CSA's and PSA's. Continue sending emails periodically, but
