If you are not good at approaching people face to face, what are some tips to improve in this area?

One way in which I think you can approach that is by letting them approach you. Post your business on social medias: Facebook, tweet tips on tweeter, use my space. Any outlet with a lot of traffic people are interesting each other lives. Sometime all we have to do it put it out there and someone will take notice of it without even having to say a word. Do you own a vehicle? Be a member of W3 and put the sticker on your car soon enough you will get people asking you what this is all about and here is your opportunity to let them know what you are doing and how they can profit from it too. Before you do that be prepared with all our information to let them know about the business. Get some TrippleClick gift cards $29 for 30, each worth $12. Do you go to the beauty salon? Restaurant? they are great gift items and tips for the holiday. Give them to family members as a gift for the holiday.

How can I provide positive but CONSTRUCTIVE criticism in my emails to my downline?

Anything that you say it have to be honest. If they are doing something they should not do, let them know. If they are doing something they need to be doing let them know. It might be that they don’t know what they should be doing therefore, you can give them suggestions on a daily, weekly basis whenever you feel it is necessary to do so. Also engage them in conversations. Ask them questions, what they think about such and such. But I think that the most important aspect is that you just have to be honest with them and tell them like it is.
