By using Google translate; copy and paste the conversation to be translated to the appropriate language
OR
By installing Google Translator Plugin to the browser; highlight on the conversation and right-click then click on the Google Translator and no problem invovled.

Being an ECA will be more beneficial to an affiliate because referring an ECA requires more convincing; not all persons will be motivated to go into what is asked of them.
but being an ECA will give to insight on how online marketing works and succeed.

How to motivate a lazy and unmotivated affiliates is by let them know the benefits of the program if done well without any drop outs.
For instance;
The TripleClicks Site: For bidding Goods benefitial to them
The |Eager Zebra : For motivational Games to educate the mind like Knockout Trivia and so on.
It also help to know the internet marketing works for the nearest future.
