One of the things i've gotten to know and understand in SFI through time, persistent and hardwork too is that every person has his or her work to do to succeed for themselves whether they are in SFI or not.

Whether they are called CSAs, PSAs or whatever, they are all human beings and as such must be ready to face the reality of success and have his or her experience with it.
I never give any of my affiliates the impression that i am the success they are looking for. What i do is that i let them to understand what it means to succeed and be a success. They have to work for themselves, experience certain challenges too and i have to be there to assist them and watch them grow.

Any affiliate that signs up to be in your team means he or she has come to work under you. You can through this means and excitement/benefit you are going to get from them too chear them up to start working but it doesn't really start nor end in this way. You do what you need to do,provide every information for them, constantly supporting them and let them experience what it means to be a success. From this, they will grow their own experience and knowledge and seek for the better here in SFI or anywhere else in the world if they fail to keep on.
SFI is truly a strong foundation for the financial success of any man. We or anyone else must learn to take challenge.

What does this entail for you personally? Do you have a plan or a goal to reach the top? If you do, there is no need of even asking to be a Team Leader cause you will go through that procedure or even challenge to get to the top. Please i really don't know why a lot persons keep saying 'no' to this question. Don't they have plans to get to the top?

Anyone that says no, simply doesn't want to put in more work into his achievement and goals in SFI. I don't know what to say any further. Every person who truly has a strong mentality for success will go for it until they achieve it no matter what.

My final word is get to the top no matter what. If others are there and are succeeding, i think it is fair for me to be the same too. Have a self encouragement and determination and you will get there.

Sometimes you have to overwhelm them. It helps. SFI is not a place to pet any one to start up with. Just as you are, so are they. The only difference is that you are just their sponsor or team leader.

Overwhelming them means you are not making them to see the opportunities for themselves and taking challenge. You have to set a good foundation for yourself first and they will follow because they will definitely be challenged along the way for themselves individually and personally, which is the time for them to make decisions for themselves.

Don't make them feel like the reason why they join SFI is just to be under someone they barely even know. Give them the opportunity to learn about this program for themselves. You have to work with yourself and they have to work with themselves too. Your duty here is just in assisting,empowering, motivating and guiding them.

Get them acquainted with the basics and let them try to do it, anywhere they can't reach, check their VP Ledger and make it known to them. If you can solve the answers to their questions, they are ready to go and will definitely make you proud.

What you simply do is that you have to continue to keep to your own leadership responsibility. If PSAs who start well suddenly become completely inactive, send them messages but don't too waste your time with them.

Invest more into your business and others will take their place. They may come back again but by then other new affiliates most have crowded up your downline. Success is not dependent on anybody, if one didn't work out well, try the other.

Remember that you can still talk to other people to join your team through your url by convincing them and telling them about the basics of SFI.

Moreover, you can auction for new PSAs and get them to join your list. You just have to push on and success lies within you.

Simply create a page that directs visitors to sign up with SFI on your website.

Transforming your website into SFI sign-ups is a good idea but don't make it look like it is where SFI is actually. You are bringing in sign-ups through your website but not really providing the basics and what those who sign up truly need to learn.

My best idea is that you should make your website both for sale of TripleClicks products and an educative and SFI interactive center where you talk to persons directly what SFI is all about not in just sign-ups. If it is only for SFI sign-ups, it won't really work that way because it is not the real thing.

Make your visitors know more about SFI through your website first before signing them up. It will help them and your good report/SFI reputation too. You may go on and give some persons the wrong impression on what SFI stands for.

There was an affiliate in my downline who signed up with SFI and just left. He didn't know what to nor did he know about SFI and i was amazed.

Now, i didn't leave him behind because i wanted him to succeed and know more about SFI, so i got his details through the PSAs mailer. I called him, asked him, what was the problem? His problem was not having a good understanding yet, so i spoke with him about the basics of SFI.

I said it is just four things you need to do. I told him to log in back, taught him, encouraged him, showed him the benefit in working with SFI. I was all with him, directing him step by step on getting started.

I made him to complete his getting started actions in his To Do List.
