2. Spending TCredits by bidding at the auctions is really great, especially when you can gain

In my opinion, it all depends on what you are looking for.

If you are looking for a way to refer to a person, without knowing the expectation to have it, but if you want to take advantage of the close relationship you have with it, I would recommend you start with W3 program.

In my personal experience, to begin in this way has allowed me to discover the extent of the person as an affiliate and if I can see qualities like hard work, perseverance and diligence, I convert him in an SFI’s affiliate.

If access limitation has to do with the effective use of the internet time or poor services, you can consider the following:

Working with internet.
• In that time, you can perform the actions to achieve the ranking of affiliate (EA).
• Use the TCredits and profits to grow their team, purchase (Lifetime Custom Prestige Domain, S-Builder Co-op Unit, CSAs and PSAs package).

Working without internet.
• Refer people to be part of W3 program.

First, it is important to understand that appreciate someone does not always mean to give him something, in the case of SFI awards for achieving a goal.

If you limit yourself only to reward someone for their accomplishments, people are going to feel comfortable, but not always appreciated.

The success of your team is to keep those gains and not just to reach a goal. This is important to a relationship of trust.

The only way is to have people feel appreciated and valued.

People are guided by your example and not just by what you show them. It is your chance to work hard to have something different to show.

By experiencing most tools that SFI provides, you will be in the possibility of suggesting the way forward, according to very specific situations in which each member is located. With it you can talk about your success with the success of others.

Do not confuse dependency with providing guidance.

The leader is not always at the forefront. But the leader always is the person who gets to influence the group.
