I have learned in this business that in order to make itnwork for you and your are with two simple words.
Optimisation and duplication.
If your team sees that you became successfully they will follow you! The same counts for he things we ask them to do.
If you went fast track or got an extension from your sponsor, why did you do it? What were your reasons? Bringyour message over to them and if you are a true leader and did those things you said to boost your business and it worked, they will do the same.
People will follow example, not just word to mouth.

The TC Product collection is personally excellent idea. This way you can bundle up products related to your niche and promote them in one single link.
