I believe putting CSAs into the exchange is very advantageous to both you and the CSA. The CSA gains from being matched with someone from his own country, region and language. this makes it more likely that he will become active.
You receive in exchange a CSA from your own country and most likely speaking your language, making communication much easier between you and also making it more likely the CSA will respond and become active.

I believe the number one product to purchase to help build your SFI business would be TCredits. I think the best purchase is to buy multiple 100 or 125 packs as a standing order, if you can afford it. For instance, 3 packs of 100TC gets you 3600VP, a single pack of 300TCredits on a Standing order is 2500VP.

The really good news is that only one pack of 125 TCredits monthly keeps you qualified as EA.
TCredits are my number one pick because you can use them many different ways to build your business. To name a few:
Use them in the auctions, where you can win PSAs in the Spin and Win, as well as the possibility of winning PSAs and CSAs, and other business building items, in the auction itself.

Use them as incentives/awards/rewards to active PSAs in your team, or to encourage participation from new or inactive PSAs.

Use them in games to gain MRP, AVP, and other prizes and awards.

The next best product to build your business would be the SBuilder Co-op as a standing order. Although it takes about a month from the time of purchase (Standing order, of course) until the PSAs start arriving, a monthly purchase maintains a steady flow of PSAs.

After these obvious business builders, start transfer buying. Buy the consumable products you would buy normally elsewhere, from your TripleClicks store. Buy your digital products,gifts, and other needs by shopping the various ECAs. Shop carefully for discounts and sales and look for free shipping or for local pick up. As you gain knowledge of products and ECAs, you will find products to advertise to build your sales commissions. You will also gain valuable MRP and VP.

These products, though, do not really fit the definition of "transfer buying," that being something that I buy locally, use and buy again. For transfer buying my picks are household cleaners and supplies, nutritional supplements, personal care, and some beverage and food products. These could be TripleClicks products or products from any of a huge number of ECAs. The trick is very careful shopping to take advantage of LocalPay, specials and breaks on shipping.

My purpose in joining SFI was to build a business and add to my income. This has certainly begun to change my life, as I am less worried about retirement. But a wonderful blessing that I had not considered before joining is the number of amazing new friends and acquaintances made since joining.
I particularly enjoy the opportunity to make international friends and to gain a better understanding of other cultures. I especially enjoy terrific relationships with three of my CSAs whose determination and grit seems related to cultures that do not provide handouts at every turn of life.

Seeing things from someone elses' viewpoint definitely can be life changing!

Tips in my welcomes to new PSAs are brief and not too numerous.
Generally I do not give them as bullet points, but simply include them in the flow of the message.

The best tip I can give my PSAs is to take their SFI business seriously and log in and go to work every day. I tell them how to login to the homepage and where to go when they get there.

Other tips include going to my leadership page where there is valuable information; and contacting me using my contact information, where they can reach me for personal assistance.

Follow up messages can be used for more specific and direct instruction.

When I first signed up for SFI, I was searching for a good workable program. I didn't start with SFI right away, but kept looking, joining, eliminating, getting burned.....I was a tire kicker for sure!
Eventually I settled on SFI, when I had more time to devote to it, and when it had stood the test of time. (Most of those other programs I joined were dead and buried, along with my time and money.)

My focus has changed in that now everything that I do on line is done with SFI in mind. If I join a new exchange, will it boost my SFI business? If I join this new social network can I promote SFI there?

My time and effort is now too precious to spread around all over the place. Everything must meet the test, "Will it benefit my SFI?" So my focus has changed to drilling down on SFI. I'm not a "success" yet, but it is coming.

Teach your team transfer buying. They are going to buy cleaners, nutritionals, personal care products, etc. anyway. Teach them to find and buy them at TripleClicks, then encourage them to teach their downline.

Post information about products you like and use in the appropriate place on your leadership page and encourage your team to use those products.

Teach them where to find their own sales URLs for products and/or ECAs they like and tell them how to promote those products on and offline.

There are lots of ways to use stream to interact with your team.
Here are just a few. I am sure there are many more:
1. Use stream to recognize members' rank advancements each month (and each advance if they happen to earn two or more advances in a single month!)
2. Send out timely reminders such as setting goals by the 10th. Every month I send out a reminder around the 25th to start a review of that month's goals in preparation to set the new ones, then a few days later a very short reminder, and again around the 5th of the new month another reminder. These are very brief.
3. Any exciting news announcement (there have been a lot of them lately!) gets a short announcement and usually the SFI News page link so they can click and read; or I tell them to go to "Alerts" and follow the link.
4. If I see an interesting and informative forum post I put the link in a quick note describing the topic and advising them to check it out.
5. If I see that a VP action is being missed by several of the team I will put out a blurb about that particular action along with a reminder to check their VP list and the ToDo list for points they may have missed. I usually do this in the second half of the month to help members find all the VP they can. One person had missed a launchpad lesson and just did not see it until I had pointed it out to him.
6. Announce contests and incentives that you have set up and tell them to go to your leadership page for details and to enter. Include your leadership page link.
7. Other short reminders such as encouraging them to play games (tell them the advantages to them of playing,) or encouraging transfer buying to support their store and learn about the products, or tell about your auction experiences and how the auction could benefit them.
As I said, there are probably many many more ways to use stream. Have fun exploring them all.

My first method of gaining affiliates is to purchase them with a standing order for SBuilder Co-op.
It takes some time initially to get the first signups, but if you maintain a standing order for SBuilder,
they will flow in a fairly continuous stream for as long as you keep your order in.

PSAs can also be purchased if you have the budget for it, from TripleClicks at PSAs To Go.
This is a good way to get PSAs quickly, however, no one can guaranty the quality of any new affiliate.

Purchasing PSAs allows you to use your marketing clout to sell products to gain commission,
and to promote TripleClicks.
Selling products through TripleClicks gains you PRMs (Personnaly Referred Members) with
every new sale, as well.

If you are unable to maintain a standing order or purchase PSAs, I believe promoting both sites is
the way to go, as one supports the other. Also keep in mind that no one makes any money without sales,
so promoting products is vital!

Advertise for them in your own free advertising resources, such as the traffic exchanges and safelists you use. Let them know that you are doing this for them to help them build their business. You can list them in rotaters and advertise for several at a time by using a variety of the gateways SFI supplies. If they know you are doing this for them they will be more inclined to stay active.
Do not assume that because you do not have funds to invest in your PSAs/CSAs that they do not have funds. Remind them of the signing bonus and the importance of Fast Track without being pushy. Show them how to become EA without spending out of pocket, but let them know they will advance faster if they can participate in Fast Track and/or a standing order. Of course, if you can afford it, put them in your standing order co-op.
Teach them that there is no business without sales! Teach them to find products to market to help them begin earning. If necessary, teach them how to pick their products, where and how to market them.
Be sure to recognize their accomplishments of reaching EA and higher ranks, in the forum, in the stream and in your team mails. Also send them Ecards congratulating them personally for their good work.
Remind them, of course, that nothing happens without effort, and applaud every effort that they make.
