Being an SFI affiliate can change your life in so many different ways. Here are some of them.

1. It helps you expand your horizons. You see the world in a different light, because you meet many different people from all over the world and learn how to work together as a team.

2. It helps you see things from a different perspective. It's not just about earning extra income. It's about helping people and growing together.

3. It helps you become more disciplined.

The best products to buy to build your business are:

1. TCredits -- they help you purchase items, bid at auctions, play games, gain MRP, reward affiliates, submit items you want to sell, help others who are not affiliates to sell items at your TripleClicks store, and attract affiliates who are new to discover more about SFI so they can build their businesses.

2. Gift Cards -- they help you gain new TripleClicks members by giving them some free TCredits to use however they

When and how should I start preparing for my retirement from SFI?

The answer is never. Why? Here's why.

SFI has made it possible for your children and grandchildren to inherit your business. This means that your success carries over to future generations. This makes it a wise investment for you and your family. If you should ever need to retire because of some unforeseen situation, your spouse or children can take over the business; if you are still living, you can benefit from the income, and so can the other members who participate. So the

Should I put my CSAs into the new CSA Exchange? If yes...or no...explain why.

if you have CSAs who are from another country or region where your language is not spoken and they are not active, you should put them into the CSA Exchange.

If your CSAs have not been active for over 90 days and they are from a region or country where your language is not spoken, you should put them into the CSA Exchange.

If, on the other hand, your CSAs are active, whether they speak your language or not, then do not put them into the CSA Exchange.

Which is better and why...using TW (TCredits Welcome) or CW (Cash Welcome) with my new affiliates?

Both TCredits Welcome and Cash Welcome are good. I do not think any one is necessarily better than the other. In the one case, TW, your TCredits come back to you if they are not used by new affiliates in 24 hours. In the other case, the cash is offered (CW) by using TCredits, which do not get returned to you, but the cash offer may be more meaningful to new affiliates.

These are very new features added to SFI, and time will tell as to how effective these are. You should feel free

In my welcome letter to my new PSAs, after welcoming them and introducing myself to them and explaining why they have made an excellent choice by joining SFI, I encourage them to do the following:

1. Go to SFI Basics.

2. Go to Start.

3. Do not move on until they understand the Basics.

4. Complete items on the VP Ledger and To-Do List.

5. I tell them to take their time, making sure they understand what they are reading.

6.

For building my business, what is the most valuable thing to spend my TCredits on?

The most valuable thing to spend TCredits on is really something to be determined by you.

Spending TCredits by bidding at the auctions is really great, especially when you can gain double MRP. When you keep doing this, you can gain more TCredits and you can Spin to gain new PSAs.

The games you play can also help you gain MRP. If yu gain enough of these, you could purchase co-op shares or S-Builder Co-op shares or PSAs. You could even purchase Gift Cards for promoting

How do you explain to team members why VersaPoints appear to reset to zero at the start of each month?

Here's what I would say to affiliates concerning VP and why they are reset to 0 each month. First, the SFI site would be cluttered with all the VP numbers for the millions of affiliates if they were kept on the Leader Boards month after month. However, the main reason why VP numbers are reset is to give everyone a level playing field. This gives everyone a chance to reach their goals and to work hard and to get paid for their work. This makes it fair for everyone. We all must do our share.

How do you build a team where everyone knows they are valued members and part of something special?

Letting your affiliates know they are special and that they are part of a special business venture starts from the very beginning, with a good welcome message. It continues as you communicate with them every week and you congratulate them on their accomplishments and cheer them on at every milestone. Giving them affiliates by placing your movers in co-ops is an excellent way to make them feel special. Sending them a gift certificate once in a while or giving them TCredits also makes them feel

It is a good idea to develop good business habits to help grow your business. These include the following:

1. Log in every day, no matter what! If you expect to grow your business, you cannot neglect it in any way. Just as you would go to your physical business site every day to see how your workers are doing and to check out your inventory and solve any problems that may occur, it is important to log in and read the information made available to you and complete your tasks.

2.
