if you have CSAs who are from another country or region where your language is not spoken and they are not active, you should put them into the CSA Exchange.

If your CSAs have not been active for over 90 days and they are from a region or country where your language is not spoken, you should put them into the CSA Exchange.

If, on the other hand, your CSAs are active, whether they speak your language or not, then do not put them into the CSA Exchange.

The CSAs that have not been active and who do not speak your language may become active when placed with a co-sponsor who speaks the same language they do. This is not guaranteed, but try it anyway.

The CSAs who are active on your team will help build your business, whether they speak your language or not. you just may gain some new CSAs who speak your language and who will be active, and this will help to grow your business. for this reason, you should use the CSA Exchange, and use it wisely.

Both TCredits Welcome and Cash Welcome are good. I do not think any one is necessarily better than the other. In the one case, TW, your TCredits come back to you if they are not used by new affiliates in 24 hours. In the other case, the cash is offered (CW) by using TCredits, which do not get returned to you, but the cash offer may be more meaningful to new affiliates.

These are very new features added to SFI, and time will tell as to how effective these are. You should feel free to decide if you want to use them or not. You might want to try one for awhile and then the other, to see if they work for you.

In my welcome letter to my new PSAs, after welcoming them and introducing myself to them and explaining why they have made an excellent choice by joining SFI, I encourage them to do the following:

1. Go to SFI Basics.

2. Go to Start.

3. Do not move on until they understand the Basics.

4. Complete items on the VP Ledger and To-Do List.

5. I tell them to take their time, making sure they understand what they are reading.

6. I tell them I have Co-ops and gift certificates available and encourage them to contact me for more details.

Then I let them know that I am here to help them, that I am successful when they are, thank them for joining and that I look forward to working with them.

The most valuable thing to spend TCredits on is really something to be determined by you.

Spending TCredits by bidding at the auctions is really great, especially when you can gain double MRP. When you keep doing this, you can gain more TCredits and you can Spin to gain new PSAs.

The games you play can also help you gain MRP. If yu gain enough of these, you could purchase co-op shares or S-Builder Co-op shares or PSAs. You could even purchase Gift Cards for promoting TripleClicks to gain PRMs.

There are other ways to spend TCredits, such as purchasing items or giving some to your PSAs or CSAs. However, the auctions and the games are, I feel, two of the best ways to use TCredits. It's your call. What benefits your business more? It's for each affiliate to decide.

Here's what I would say to affiliates concerning VP and why they are reset to 0 each month. First, the SFI site would be cluttered with all the VP numbers for the millions of affiliates if they were kept on the Leader Boards month after month. However, the main reason why VP numbers are reset is to give everyone a level playing field. This gives everyone a chance to reach their goals and to work hard and to get paid for their work. This makes it fair for everyone. We all must do our share. It would not be fair to keep VP from previous months carrying over to the current month. Not everyone works in this business. You would not expect to get paid for work done more than once. You get paid for last month's work this month. That is my reason, and I hope this is clear to you.

If you explain this to your affiliates, this should satisfy them. WE want them to know that everyone is treated fairly in this business. Thank you for asking this question, and may you prosper in your business.

Letting your affiliates know they are special and that they are part of a special business venture starts from the very beginning, with a good welcome message. It continues as you communicate with them every week and you congratulate them on their accomplishments and cheer them on at every milestone. Giving them affiliates by placing your movers in co-ops is an excellent way to make them feel special. Sending them a gift certificate once in a while or giving them TCredits also makes them feel special. Be sure to answer any questions they may have and ask them for feedback whenever you write. Above all, never write anything negative or hurtful. Show them, by your actions and your badges, that you mean what you say. Never force them to do things, but show them how they might do things in a better way Just be a friend. That's how you build your team and make them feel that they are a part of something special, because they really are! SFI is a really special business! It is a good idea to develop good business habits to help grow your business. These include the following:

1. Log in every day, no matter what! If you expect to grow your business, you cannot neglect it in any way. Just as you would go to your physical business site every day to see how your workers are doing and to check out your inventory and solve any problems that may occur, it is important to log in and read the information made available to you and complete your tasks.

2. Check your movers and see how they are doing. You want to work with them most of all.

3. Read the news items so you know what is going on.

4. Go to TripleClicks and see what new items are available. TripleClicks is your store, and you should know what is there so you can promote your store.

5. Check the Forum and Ask SC. These are valuable resources. These are good places to communicate with fellow affiliates.

6. Develop a good working relationship with your team members and other affiliates. You want to help your team to grow. Keep the communication lines open and encourage your affiliates. Congratulate them when they reach milestones. Let them know how valuable they are.

Above all else, keep a positive attitude and never cut down or belittle anyone in this great organization or anywhere else, for that matter.

By doing these things each day, your business will steadily grow. It takes time, but you will surely succeed.
