I will not try to cover all the things to avoid. But I think a starting point that is a very big mistake
is to not be consistent and available for your downline. Don’t sign up numbers into your
downline and then abandon them. Be ready to help them everyday and communicate on a
regular basis. Like once a week team mail and 3x’s a week stream. Answer emails from them
within 24 - 48 hrs at the most. Create incentives for them too, to help generate interest and
excitement in our opportunity in SFi.

Another mistake is to sign up numbers to your downline while you do nothing yourself to learn
and work the program. It is a mistake to think having large quantity of people in your downline
will earn you income while you do nothing. SFI is a program that you have to work, participate,
help others, and continue to learn and grow.

SFI is not going to work all by itself just because you signed up or because you sign up others.
It is also a mistake to try to skip over Launchpad and other training available for us in
SFI program. You don’t have to figure out how to run your business because step by
step it is all in here for you to follow. Work the plan already provided and teach others
to do the same (duplication)

Another error is to make things complicated. Keep it simple for you downline, and
encourage them in every way you see they need to be encouraged. Help them see how
it works when they become confused. Keep it simple and it will click for them, if they
follow the plan (launchpad)

One last mistake I will point out is to neglect TripleClicks, as it is where all our moneys
are generated. Learn what is in there, sell to others, and make purchases yourself.

I believe the classification choice would be first to use business opportunities. Use this to recruit the different
opportunities to earn online that we have with SFI

Business opportunity to earn by becoming a SFI affiliate. This is a good one to advertise for first, as they would
be introduced to all the methods available to earn online.

PPA is another way to earn from SFI

ECA's of course is a much coveted method to make a living online. So promoting in the business opportunities
category is good for this too. Two ways is to recruit ECA's and also to promote to ECA's how they can earn.

Auctions, and promoting other people's stores or products is something you can promote in the business opportunity
classification section.

I would start in that classification.

There are many ways to get AVP.

Purchase Gift Cards earn 10 VP for each one you give away and enter
onto the gift card tracker. 300 VP max a month.

Make regular purchases from tripleclicks then you will have a steady stream
of reviews to do for 25 VP. They have to be new purchases because you only
can review an item one time. (This is one of my favorite, personally.
It helps me learn many different things we have available. You really have
to spend time on TClicks to know what we have.)

Participate in PTP and the contest to win two free TC every hour. Play Eager Zebra
game entry/Time Machine. 1 VP for each of these - 200 VP max for the month.

Do your stream 3 x's a week 3 VP's, send weekly team email for 30 VP's a week.

Do all your red tabs for 11 VP a week. Participate in Auctions till you earn the
max of 500 VP a month. Do Daily to-do's and do as many as you can to earn
the most VP's you can every day, week and month.

Download music 1 VP ea song and list items on TripleClicks 1 VP ea item. Max 50 VP a month for each.

View your TConnect page once a week for 5 VP. Once a month rate your Sponsors 10 VP,
and set your goals 5 VP

For each approved/activated ECA you refer to TripleClicks 100 VP ea.
And VP for each TClicks sale.

A lot of VP available for TEAM LEADERSHIP & SUPPORT of EA2, bronze, silver, gold, and platinum TL's.
And for most popular ask SC answers. 5 VP for each affiliate you reassign to a team member.

And I have not yet included Launchpad and startup actions that earn you those first important VP's.

Just be diligent and spend enough time each day adding as many things you can do to earn those
very important VP's.

What makes me proud to be a part of SFI is integrity. The time and experience SFI has had success with, gives me a business and products I am not ashamed to share.

If you have not had experience writing ads, then you are in the right place
with SFI. Every thing we need to learn to do is provided for us in SFI.

1. Use the training drop down tab. Learn the topics found there, especially
spend time learning sponsoring and internet income options. But I am assuming
you have already completed your launchpad lessons and start tab. You must do
first before diving into advertising.

2. Use the Mktg drop down tab. This is your marketing center where you will
find ads, banners, cards, and many other valuable Marketing Aids
and Marketing Methods. This really has all you need to learn how to place
ads and all the tools you need to do the task of advertising.

3. Use the My Acct drop down tab. Here is where you will find your gateway
links. Choose what you want to advertise. Again you have many choices from
SFI to Tripleclicks, contests, auction, products, and many other.

Remember, what you need to succeed is provide for you in SFI. Just use all the
tools and info, keep it simple, add effort and you will be good to go.
You will be writing effective ads before you first imagined!!

I think the best incentive to offer prospects is support.

Tell them about all the support they will receive from you AND from all the other sources of support
that is available when they join SFI.

1. Support from you by your role as team leader. You will be there for guidance and advice for them
when the need it and because you will be sending weekly team mailings and streams. Your contact info
and availability and willingness to communicate.

2. Recognition for their achievements from not only SFI admin like badges, prizes, commissions but also
by you - let them know the kind of support they will get from you.

3. Support via forum, ask sc, free training, articles, reviews if they have products to sell. Also, a2a support system.

These offerings of support they will get might be a better place to start before giving something physical that costs
you money. Advise how they will not have to figure out things on their own.

Save spending money on them until they are active and wait until you know if they are workers.

The only exception to this rule would be a promise for future reward for achieving team leader rank and for keeping
that rank for set number of months by you. You could promise free psa's that you will give for free for reaching such
a set goal as holding rank for set amount of time by you.

Communicate updates with them periodically

2. Make it so they can achieve with success:

Should be fun
Should help them learn something
Should not be too hard (but you don't want to have many tie for first place either)

3. Award prizes:

Award them on time
Award desirable prizes
Award prizes you can afford to give

The only thing I would add to this would be to set rules and post them with each communication you submit.

i think the best way to stand out is:

1. Become a knowledgeable expert so you can be truly helpful when someone asks your advice or help.

2. Be customer oriented. Whether it is your team, a potential recruit, a customer for sales, or fellow affiliates they must be important to you!! Each one deserves the best customer service possible from you.

3. Make it more about helping someone rather than just a sale. It is so impersonal to treat someone just for what you can get from them.

4. Friendliness, positive attitude, generosity, helpfulness : These things go a long way to attract people and make you stand out from the crowd.

In my opinion what makes one safelist better over another, and in this case between
FREE safelists is whether or not your message/link/email is going to be seen.

Also, the amount of time your message has to be opened and viewed is another factor. If it is too long
then the viewer will not want to open as many emails as they would if the time for viewing is just right.
Anything over 30 seconds is too long for me. And that IS long enough for the message to catch me.
10 TO 20 SECS is fine.

If there is a system of credit for viewing, it increases your chances. The amount of credit counts, too.
I know of at least one example where it is very hard to earn enough to actually keep using the system
for free. While most of the others are very good at the free level and even better when upgraded.

I prefer safelists that have several options available. For example, if in the member area there are
ways to add links, html listings, and banner, as well as the emails that can be sent for free, it increases
your chances of exposure.

Another thing to keep in mind is the amount of members the safelist has. If only under a hundred or just
several hundred members you are limited in how many you are going to attract in the long term. If too
many, then members are just getting bombarded with thousands of messages and they end up deleting them.

Lastly, though, it is up to the member to present attracting messages, links, or banners.

Yes and no.

There are NO shortcuts to actually showing up to "work" and doing the activities needed to
make a real business in SFI. I encourage daily, with most of those days to work longer, and
one or two where you can do the minimum weekly.


And YES, there are shortcuts like:

Allot an amount of money monthly for some of the following.

-maintain EA or higher with standing order for 1500-2000 sales points monthly.

-participate in auctions and earn the max 500 action points available monthly.
in the auction choose business related to bid on like CSA's or PSA's as well as other things
you may like.

-purchase PSA's from tripleclick ECA's and now SFI.

That is just a few of the basic ways. Also, do PTP, and games, to earn more points beyond
what you can earn for showing up everyday to do all the daily to-do's and red tabs.

Don't forget to advertise and promote online/offline. There is no shortcuts for these need to
do activities. A shortcut for that would be some kind of set it and forget it kind of advertising.
Or, purchasing downline, as already mentioned. Plus, advertise on your car. It does the
work for you effortlessly.

(also no substitute for regular reading and learning all you can to know your business, be inspired
and work with your team to help them)
