I spend my TCredits on Pricebenders Auctions and Eager Zebra games because doing this serves several purposes.

First, I get to enjoy the challenge of the auctions and the excitement of the games.

Second, I might win valuable auction items, and I might win rewards (or just 'Leader Board') in the games.

Third, when I spend TCredits, I also earn Member Rewards Points at TripleClicks, plus VersaPoints at SFI (up to certain maximum amounts of VP each month).

So, overall, participating in Pricebenders Auctions and Eager Zebra games ends up being a win-win-win situation for me. In my opinion, that is the most valuable way to spend my TCredits!

I keep my welcome letters to PSAs simple and basic since most everything about SFI will be new and possibly overwhelming to them.

I give them a warm welcome, letting them know I will support them any way I can. Then I recommend that they click through the 'Start', 'SFI Basics' and 'Launchpad' tabs to begin learning about SFI and get a good head start on their business.

I also recommend clicking through their 'red tabs' every day, and I also alert them to watch for the 'Fast Start' and 'New Member Pack' (NMP) info from SFI, as the NMP is an awesome deal.

That's about it for the 'Welcome' letter to PSAs!

To show your enthusiasm, don’t tell them why THEY should join SFI, tell them how and why YOU are excited about SFI! People don’t want to be sold, but they are definitely interested in knowing what it is about SFI that excites YOU.

Confidence:

Confidence is just as important as enthusiasm. To feel confident talking to people about SFI, you need to truly know and understand what makes SFI so good and exactly how the system works. When you demonstrate enthusiasm for SFI, your prospects are definitely going to ask you questions, so you need to be prepared. You need to know your stuff.

Spend time in the SFI Affiliate Center every day reviewing the Training sections and the Marketing sections. Get a good grip on how SFI and TripleClicks work and how to explain it all clearly and concisely without long explanations or complicated technical details.

The better prepared you are, the more confident you will feel. And the more confident you feel, the more excited you will get and that’s when your enthusiasm will shine through. Go for it!

In my opinion and experience, there is no definite way to accurately predict the final price in the PTP game. There are several "revolving" factors that change with each new auction, making it difficult to pinpoint an accurate price.

There is a different mix of bidders each game, plus the time of day an auction occurs changes, plus the time of month makes a difference, plus the times when the auctions are scheduled to begin keep changing!

Tips to Do:

- Compare the closing price on past auctions
- Consider the time of day (when certain countries may be awake or sleeping)
- Consider the type of auction it is: 1st Win, Big Dog, Double MRP, Winner Bids Free, etc.
- Consider how many other auctions are actively running at the same time

Tips to watch out for!

- The auction times change! You may place a PTP guess thinking an auction will end at three in the morning, only to find that it was pushed ahead to run much earlier, or pushed back so it doesn't run until morning the next day when lots of bidders are active! That has happened to me many times.

- Bidders at the beginning of the month generally have more TCredits to work with than bidders towards the end of the month, so in the beginning, some auctions end high, while towards the end, the same types of auctions might end low.

Bottom line: The best way to predict the final price is to spend time every day observing various auctions to get a feel for popular items and likely bidding prices.

Transfer buying is simply buying anything you can from the TripleClicks store that you might otherwise buy elsewhere. There are a couple of good reasons for doing this:

1. You are supporting your own online store.

2. You are supporting the marketing company (SFI) that is helping you build your Internet Income.

3. You are setting a positive example for the team members you are leading in your SFI business.

Marketers who make this kind of commitment to their business and to the TC store have a much greater chance of success than those who do not make that commitment.

The best way to help people that want to get involved with SFI who do not have time, but do have money to invest is to a) be honest with them about the requirements of this business, and; b) give them a plan of action.

Here are my thoughts:

a) Honesty: SFI is a hands-on business. It requires regular attention and involvement. It is not a set-and-forget business where you can do actions once, then leave them on autopilot.

b) Action Plan: Even though this is a hands-on business that requires a certain amount of daily involvement, there ARE some things that can be automated.

Daily Requirements (personal involvement):

- Visiting the SFI Affiliate Center to do the To-Do List and Red Tab actions (to earn your daily VersaPoints).

- Reading the SFI News items on the Alerts page. This is vital in order to keep up-to-date with everything.

- Following a few of the topic threads in the SFI Forum. What a person follows and participates in depends on their level of activity and interest, and on what concerns or issues they may be dealing with at the time.

- Checking messages in the SFI Message Center (in case there are new developments, or Team achievements or issues to follow-up on).

- Monitoring your Scoreboard page, Movers page and genealogy to keep up-to-date on the progress of your team members.

Automated Actions:

- Basic Standing Orders: Set up TripleClicks Standing Orders for TCredits, the S-Builder Co-op and PSAs To Go. This will automatically earn the VP necessary for Executive Affiliate or Team Leader status, and will also give you TCRedits that can be used for various purposes. You will also be adding new PSAs to your team every month.

- Advertising: While it is recommended to spend time regularly researching new advertising sources, this is one area you can automate by finding and enlisting the services of a few dependable E-Commerce Associates at TripleClicks. Set up some advertising on a monthly Standing Order.

- If you have a website or blog, you can hire a professional writer to write regular content. The content can focus on various aspects of SFI, TripleClicks and Internet Marketing in general.

That is my perspective on the issue and a few suggestions for an affiliate with money to invest, but little time for personal involvement.

When seeking serious affiliates for SFI, here is what I think is the most important question to ask the prospect:

"Are you serious and determined enough to take time to learn our proven plan, to apply it exactly as directed, and to stick with it through thick and thin until you reach your financial goals?"

If they claim to be serious enough, then give them a BRIEF overview of what SFI is all about, and then follow up with this:

Here is our 3-Step Marketing Plan:

1. Set up a TripleClicks Standing Order to assure your Executive Affiliate status each month and to SET THE EXAMPLE for your Team.

2. Recruit five serious affiliates capable of and determined to commit to this plan the same way you have.

3. Teach your five to do these same three steps.

That's it. That's the plan.

Commit to Leadership.

Commit to success.

Qualify your prospects to identify enthusiastic leaders who understand personal responsibility and personal commitment. Recruit the qualified leaders.

(NOTE: Say the above to your prospects, but don't say this next part to your prospects. The comments in this next part are just thoughts I am sharing here at Ask SC.)

If we all followed the above plan, we would achieve more success, faster.

However, in my opinion, the problem most of us face is the fear of confrontation and the fear of failure, so what we end up doing is sponsoring everybody under the sun instead of qualifying them first and recruiting only the business builders.

I realize that the above plan is easy to say, but not so easy for most people to do. Still, if we look at it as being the ideal to aim for, and if we work at practicing it, I think our results will improve.

How do I motivate my downline to spend money to maintain their EA status without sounding greedy?

First, I simply point out that this is a business, and like any business, it will take personal focus and effort, and it may take some amount of investment of time and money to help it along faster. Executive Affiliate status puts you in line to earn some additional benefits and bonuses not available to regular affiliates.

Second, I explain that if you don't want to spend your own money to make your Executive Affiliate qualification, you can focus instead on promoting and selling items from TripleClicks to earn enough VersaPoints to help get you to the EA level.

Third, I highlight the fact that for some affiliates, trying to make TripleClicks sales could be the slow way to do it and since you have only so many days each month to reach the EA level, it might be better to set up a standing order to make sure you don't miss it.

If you DO want to go the sales route and don't want to set up a monthly standing order, you should be certain to keep a close watch on your TripleClicks sales activity just in case you DO need to make any necessary purchases before the end of the month to achieve, or maintain, your EA status.

Fourth, I explain to them the importance of leading by example, and if their team members see them with a standing order and making other purchases through the month, their team will be more likely to follow their example.
