I would not explain to new affiliates the value of becoming a fast track member.
The SFI lessons do a good job of explaining it.
New people are already on information overload.
Instead, send a welcome letter that says you are there to answer their questions.
Ask the new affiliate to make a list of questions for you as they do their lessons.
Then as they complete their lessons, new affiliates will be encouraged to work and know you will be there to help them.
