One of the duties and responsibilities of the team-leaders is to explain to all the new affiliates the real value, importance and benefits that would accrue when one becomes a fast track member by placing a standing order for the same.
Now the tricky part of the job is how to succeed in the explanation?? I suggest and sincerely hope that the team-leader must adopt a clear and straightforward approach at the appropriate time & opportunity and try to explain or narrate the importance of becoming a fast track member along-with the accruing benefits. He should ensure that whatever he is narrating or explaining is taken in the right spirit, correctly understood or grasped and digested by the new affiliate. He must maintain a friendly relationship with the new affiliate for the creation of the required atmosphere, so that he would easily succeed in his efforts of explaining the value and importance of the fast track membership.
The rate of success entirely depends on the ability and how simple and clear the team-leaders convey their message of fast track membership to the newly registered member affiliates within the stipulated span of time of affiliate's registration with the SFI.
