As you discuss the business with your new PSA, or even a face-to-face prospect, it is less important to give the bullet points of what they will receive for being FastTrack. Instead, tell them that it is important that they get a fast, but solid beginning in their training and their business.
Momentum and excitement will carry them a lot farther than telling them they will get a badge that they don't understand and a list an arm's length of other things. Don't overload him by telling him everything, he will eventually find it in his training. It will only confuse him and may convince him that it will be more than he can handle. Instead give him clues about how it will help him do his business, the results.
So how does it help to go for FastTrack? At the beginning a person is either excited or skeptical about this new opportunity. They know what they were looking for when they signed up. It is fresh in their minds why they need more money. If they take time to really read the training, the whole thing makes perfect sense. It's a no lose situation unless he allows himself to get bogged down and discouraged and quits.
The FastTrack and E365 gives him small goals to reach and rewards for reaching them. He is more likely to finish his training while he is still excited and be guided into placing ads for sales and PSAs.
Once he begins to enroll PSAs and find TC customers who are buying or selling TC items, then he will see an income and become more excited. About this time he will appreciate the rewards from being a FastTrack affiliate and understand why it was important that he committed to earning it.
