With 3 CSAs, it means you have a team and you earn 15% CV on their qualifying purchases, while 750 VP gives you 750 additional shares (cash) in the TripleClicks Executive Pool.
MRP and Tcredits are online currencies which can be used to pay for purchases at TripleClick. In addition, you can also use Tcredits to bid at the auction, listing your unwanted items for sales, play games etc.
The icing on the cake is when you aspire further to a Gold Fast Track member and become an instant EA2 with further benefit accruing to you.
I am cautious of the fact that you are a new member and as a result I am inclined not to bother you with too much complexities and details of the Fast Track program, but I am confident in your ability to gradually understand it as you progress.
