Then, when you get a new PSA, send him/her a welcoming message, only saying who you are and welcoming them to your team and SFI and asking them to call on you for any help they might need.

In the meantime SFI will send them details about the FastTrack program, explaining how it works. You can, in a followup message, just mention it as well and just elaborate a little about the benefits of it. Don’t try to explain too much. That is SFI’s job. Just motivate a little.

The PSA’s who are serious will see the benefits and grab the opportunity with both hands.
