This is good for those PSA's that we recruited who are just living nearby. Impractical if you do this either you or your affiliates needs to travel far just to make this seminar to happen.

But whenever you have the chance, do it. There are preparations that you need to hold these classes effectively.

1. Master the SFI/TripleClicks business model. Study all aspects of the two websites.

2. Make an outline of your topics and put them in a power point as much as possible.

3. Set the time and venue at least two weeks before your scheduled seminar.

4. Send out invitations and ask their response if they will attend or not so that you can adjust.

5. Prepare all the materials you need and bring them to the class 1 hour before the start of your seminar.

6. always allot time for question and answer.

7. at the end given them your contact number, email and other accounts where they can contact you for further questions.

Thanks for asking a good question.

Before laying down good ways to hold offline classes or seminars to train your PSAs about SFI and Triple Clicks, you need to be thorough and update with SFI and TripleClicks. Probably, by this time you might have aquired a team leader status.

Secondly, these classes can be conducted in a limited sphere of area to make them cost effective. Here is how I would conduct my classes or seminars offline if I had to do in India. I would start from my own state, Andhara Pradesh. Give wide publicity in local News Papers/Magazines of AP stating that Classes/Seminar on SFI and TripleClicks is being held in Hydrabad (Capital City of AP State) on such and such date.

It would be prudent to choose a Sunday as day of Classes/Seminar. Inform everyone about the exact Venue and Time of Seminar/Classes.

If possible choose such a time so that people can attend from far flung areas too, like 5 or 6 PM. Early morning everybody may not reach in time.

From the participants, you may invite experienced affiliates to take part in classes/seminar after having a formal introduction of one and all. You may find better affiliate/team leaders than you. Invite them and ask them if they would like to speak first.

After you had conducted the classes/seminar declare the next Venue & date and invite all of them with their team of affiliates.

As a token of encouragement give them some TC product as gift. They would love the gift, who does not love free gift?

On the chosen day you can move to another State and have fun with your increased number of SFI affiliates. As your team grows, your income too will grow exponentially.

If your team live around you, set up a time to meet at your home or a coffeehouse or restaurant for a meeting each week or bi-weekly. This would be a good way for your PSAs to bring in prospective new affiliates and business owners that may want to sell their products on TripleClicks.

Personally, my team resides in many different countries, so this would be impossible.
You could use a Webinar or an E-Mail class to communicate with your team.
To do any of these, you need to do the following steps.

1) I suggest that you e-mail your full team and invitation, whether they are active or inactive.
2) Invite them to the scheduled class with date and time, don't give a choice.
3) Choosing a personal meeting or Webinar, make sure to consider the different time zones.
4) Pick a time that most of your active members will be able to attend..
5) Decide whether the meeting will be a weekly or monthly meeting.
6) Have your affiliates invite their team members and prospective SFI & TripleClick member.
7) Inform what the topic of your lecture will be.
8) Ask for an e-mail conformation of attendance.
9) An incentive for those that attend may help members show up, such as a door prize.t
10) Some examples of a door prize could be T-Credits, Gift Certificate, or W3 Kit.

I personally find a weekly E-mail class is the best. You write about a subject and ask a question at the end. The affiliates open and read their e-mail and then sends you back their answer.
1) Send an e-mail invitation to join your weekly e-mail class.
2) E-mail your class on the same day every week.
3) It's important to recognize the participating affiliates.
4) Ask to receive e-mail addresses for new prospects that may want to join your classes. You should send an invitation to these prospects.
5) Recognize accomplishments and any new affiliates or prospective affiliates or TripleClicks PRM or ECA.
6) Ask what your group are interested in learning.
7) Ask for feedback on your class.
8) Send each person an individual e-mail or E-Card telling them whether they answered your question correctly or what you were looking for if they didn't answer correctly.

If you're talking about meeting *completely* offline, that's fantastic because it means your affiliates are right there with you. Now, because one-on-one training isn't really about "classes" or "seminars," I'm going to focus on those.

In those cases, you take on the role of "teacher," and that means preparing lesson plans and instructional tools (handouts, etc.). In an ideal situation, a teacher can hook his or her PC up to a projector and literally walk attendees through a presentation, whether through a tool like PowerPoint or directly showing people what he or she does right on SFI or TripleClicks. There are several advantages of this type of training:

1) Everybody learns from all the individual questions asked.
2) A shrewd instructor will be better able to assess students' skills and personal drive.
3) A class can be recorded on video and uploaded for future use with future classes... or as notes for future publishing. Imagine selling these instructional books and videos, and I'm sure the value is obvious!

All you need, then, is a good venue. For some, a home living room works well; others might prefer a local cafe or diner that has WiFi and a private room. Universities can provide student groups with meeting areas, as well, so if you're faculty or you're a student with your own "Young Entrepreneurs" group, by all means, reserve a free room!

In my opinion, nothing works as well as real-life instruction. Pursue it if you can.

Hi,
This is a very important and interesting question and should be a must read for any serious affiliate who does not want to put his eggs in one basket. With the number of inactive PSAs and CSAs increasing daily I think giving offline method of recruitment a trial without jettisoning the online one will be a welcome development.
To answer your question , I will like to use my personal experience which has proven successful for me in the past and still do. Below are the steps to take in order to have a good outing.
1) Get a good venue. One that is easy to locate preferably very close to bus-stop. Ground floors are always better unless where there is a lift because of the elderly ones.
2) Among your your team members select leaders and give them specific assignments- those that will make sure all departments will always be ready for business opportunity meeting (BOM)
3) Create awareness through radio, television , ad in newspapers. Print handbills, flyers. Place banners and well captioned posters at strategic locations like flyovers, bus-stops,churches , schools , local government areas etc.
4) We are in get age so make use of social media- twitter, facebook. LinkedIn ,google+, email etc
5) Make sure you have modern gadgets like projector to aid in passing the information across the audience. Make sure the place is conducive for learning and if you can afford it serve light refreshment.
6) No team member should come to the venue alone. Must come with 3-4 people. Those that are mobile should distribute hand bills at the bus- stop 30 mins before the take of time and also be will to transport interested people to the venue.
7) Divide yourself into groups. Let it not be one man show . One person talk about the company history, another the marketing plan. Getting started, lunch pad .Avoid the mistake of audience asking questions in between teaching . Questions and answer section should come after each segment.
7) Create time for testimonies. This section is very important so visible or tangible things like payoneer MasterCard , things won at the auction like iPad etc must be shown.
8) Time : timing is very important . Time money so give them stuff that will make them look forward to another meeting.
9)Follow up. If you fail here you have failed woefully . To avoid this, names, addresses. Phone numbers and email addresses should be collected for adequate follow up.
10) last but not the least you and your team must be ready nurse those that will register to maturity. Please come down to the level of your audience even if it entails the use of native language use it.

Rather, Offline Classes in the sense gives them their personal homely atmosphere and removes their hesitation to clarify their doubts.

The Good Way to conduct Offline Classes for PSAs are :

1. Call them over phone and discuss with them, the procedures to proceed with SFI (Daily)

2. Invite them to your home and directly teach them by showing, how you work with SFI in your homepage.

3. When they are working online in SFI, contact them directly in live chat and explain their proceedings and show them their future fitness with the help of their VP Ledger.

4. Often, send emails to PSAs explaining clarification regarding their doubts, along with some reference links from SFI.

5. Video calls also plays vital roll in Offline Classes, so that PSAs get a personal moral support and which encourage them to work progressively.

Finally, give your PSAs, personal attention and care (strictly speaking - DAILY) so that they reflect their gratitude towards you by their Progress and Success in SFI.

I note that in SFI, Affiliates have very specific queries that need to be addressed. The questions is part of their training and it is as important to make sure that the answers are concise.

Offline classes are possible and practical if both you and the Affiliate are in the same city. However, you will still require to combine online methods to facilitate your training. You can adopt the following

- choose a comfortable venue, where you will not be interrupted and there will be privacy and you can discuss SFI over coffee. A one on one meeting builds trust and it is easy to draw on your reserves of enthusiasm during a personal meeting.

- if you are very keen to train your PSAs and can afford the financial investment, I would strongly advise you to make a point of meeting with your PSAs who maybe from a different town. I suggest this from my geographical location where I can visit other towns without spending a lot. This investment is very likely to be paid back once your recruits start SFI seriously.

- keep all channels/mode of communications open. This will still be a very important part of your training and cannot be ignored. Skype, mobile, Whatsapp Voice Mail messages remain an integral part of your offline training without which it would be next to impossible in this day and age to reach people.

- organizing small workshops within your own home has proved very beneficial in creating a rapport between you and your Affiliates. There are no restrictions over how long your training can take but you can start weekly regular meetings to cover various topics of concern. You can invite as few or as many affiliates to your training provided you have the available space.

- visual aids and physical presence during the training has a better impact on new affiliates and they can relate better with a hands on demonstration of how to maneuver around the site. Some affiliates are not internet oriented and it takes time to adjust to technology where none might be available.

Please keep in mind not to overwhelm the affiliates or confuse them with your interpretation so get your facts absolutely correct before you start training.

Offline classes or seminars are a great idea to promote SFI and TripleClicks and to disseminate knowledge about the business and the opportunity it provides affiliates.
I assume you have already contacted people who are interested in joining as affiliates.

The first thing you will need is an appropriate venue to conduct the classes or seminars. If your residence is conveniently located and you have sufficient space, you could use this as a cost effective option. Otherwise you will need to scout for a place that you can use for the seminar. Halls which are normally given for philanthropic purposes can be an option.

Inform all potential participants of the time and venue well in advance. Also check if you have place to accommodate more than the invited number of participants. If you do have extra seating arrangement, you could tell the invitees to bring along any other interested people as well. All changes in the venues and timings must be promptly intimated to all participants.

Ensure that the program starts on time and that the speaker (you) is well prepared on the subject matter. Also include a question and answer session to clarify the doubts that many of the participants will, no doubt, have. This will also give them confidence in the business model you are promoting.

Finally, ensure to collect the contact numbers, email addresses, etc. of the participants for follow up action. This will help you keep in touch with those who are unable to make up their minds immediately.

Other arrangements like a adequate sound system (for large halls) and arrangement for basic snacks etc. could enhance the experience for the participants.

If the weather is bad hold a conference room at a local hotel if available, or arrange a Home Party where you invite fewer guest into a sizable living room for snacks and a presentation.

If the weather is beautiful a park or lakeside meeting might offer added peace and comfort for your visitors and you can easily arrange snacks of a pot luck picnic and games for kids and families to make the gathering fun and memorable.

Try to keep the actual presentation to under 1 hour and leave plenty of time for lots of questions and always have hand outs. Use X-cards and ECA Brochures, printed flyers, and order a magnetic car sign and bring something metal to stick it to so it displays for all who attend to see. The more physical aids you have the more professional you will appear and the more they will trust the legitimacy of your business.

Always have at least 3 times as many cards and flyers as you think you'll need because some people may not personally join but may ask for a flyer and card to give each of their siblings or someone at church they know needs money.

Get fired up for your presentation. Watch a motivational video the morning of the event, listen to rock music on your drive there, and be explosive with your presentation because your passion or lack there of will set the tone of the room and you want people borrowing your phone or tablet to sign up now.

Since both involve training you must put in mind that in each class or seminar the purpose of your training is not defeated.
Through modeling of the best practices and latest techniques in training delivery, know these to be in your training.

Purpose & Assessment: Why you had to train your PSAs about SFI and how they'll grow better at the business. Assess the possible outcome of your training and direct your energy to were they will understand better

Planning & Preparation: Plan your training session to be interesting, short, motivative and not boring. Always prepare for each training session.

Presentation: Present your class or seminar with all the best you've got, at the right time with the best facility

and Performance: Watch your PSAs practice each training on their own. Don't forget you can not help them do their activities you can only put them through and render the help you can.

New PSAs will gain a strong foundation in any of both offline classes or seminar if you put those stated above to use. They may not be the best but it helps.
