I also try to stick to the following self-made rules, but I think it is on personal choice and reason why you are reassigning PSA’s or CSA’s

Keep people for the same country together (due to language and culture)
If they have earned more than 600 VP in the last 90 days, I earn 5VP
I setup a challenge for my downlines where they can earn PSA’s which I reassign (don’t want to reassign non active PSA’s)
Will reassign PSA’s that are not active, hoping that they will

For me the most effective strategy is:

Whatever makes me feel good !! For me personally it doesn't matter if I sign up PSA's in my First, Second or whatever Genealogy.. They are ALL part of my team..

Reassigning can be helpful when a PSA is working hard but his efforts aren't very effective.. Give him some PSA's so he already has a team to lead so he won't quit..

Reassign some PSA's when you need a few more VP's to achieve (next) level VP's
(just make sure you

The most effective strategy for reassigning people in my downline will be to create Team Leaders and together earn leverage income.

You earn the most from your downline on the first generation. So by reassigning they get matching points and that makes your earnings increase.

Once they become team leaders and start earning they are fully committed because that is when they see money rolling in.

Hope this answers your question and best of luck.

You asked for the most effective strategy for reassigning people in your downline. There are many strategies actually, but if you only want to know THE most effective, for me this is the most effective strategy:

In order to get the ball rolling, and to prepare downline for leadership, is to award deserving downlines as an incentive with 5-10 Reassignments once they become EAs.

Check your Movers list to identify someone whom you want to reassign. At your Genealogy

Hi, The most effective strategy for reassigning your downline to me is to find out first some of your active downline members and note down their country. Next find out affiliates belonging to each country and prepare a list so that you can reassign these affiliates to your active affiliates matching their country and reassign them. This will increase the chances of making these affiliates more active as the reassigned sponsor will be able to interact more effective way being from the same country

I this this depends on the type of person you.

Personally I try to reassign PSA that have achieved EA and these are my reasons

5VP for reassigning a PSA who has earned more than 600VP
EA will need good support and if I have to many, I can’t give the support needed
An EA is also a good incentive to someone in your downline (better than a non active PSA)
Reassigning a EA to one of your Team Leaders also strengthens your downline

I don't think there is a hard and fast rule to that but in my opinion I usually pick, the EA2 on there there second month and assign PSA who have not exceeded 1000VPs in 2months.

The another approach is I assign EA2 without standing orders to my Team leaders to enable get more support and encourage the TLs too.

But for PSA not having to 500 Vps I don't bother reassigning them because I see it as fake motivation to my downlines

Use it to motivate and encouraging active and redundant affiliate who is not working i.e recuirting or duplicating
How to use it:
You can promise them that if the duplicate so so no of affiliate they will have two PSA assigned to them as so on
To somebody who is active you can di it in such a way to put him/her on his/her ties to do more.
But always keep to your promise if you know that you will not keep to it it is better you don't say anything about it.
It effective and

It's a great thing, but be aware of a few things:

- If you think give an inactive PSA, then it is better not to do that, because with that you will get nothing.

- My recommendation, that in the depth of giving only their active PSA, as a reward to your member who's trying, but it's hard to find new collaborators.

- Also, before switching PSA, should inform the PSA - whether it agrees with ...... because it can happen that after does not work anymore ....

Well, this is a good question and hope my below opinion would be helpful for many SFI friends.

If I had to reassign people in my down line, my strategy would be to identify potential leaders and boost them by reassigning few under him.

The reason being, it motivates him further and can potentially results in huge duplication which is good business in SFI.

Wish you good luck!!
