Well , you should be generose with them and tell them the true, that by becoming a Fast-track member you really get benefits that will push you forward to the next step.
So like I sad there is more benefits by becoming an Fast-Track member, such us yearning versa points,and free entries in daily grand drawing.
Also you'll get an fast track member certificate, and you're name and you're photo will be posted on the fast track member wall of fame.
But still you don't have to push them to become an fast track member,and if they will sure the badge of a fast track member on you're profile, that also will be a good motivation for them. You have to be an example for you're affiliates.
So I guess this should motivate them, if they are go getters and serious about what they do.

The SFI lessons do a good job of explaining it.
New people are already on information overload.
Instead, send a welcome letter that says you are there to answer their questions.
Ask the new affiliate to make a list of questions for you as they do their lessons.
Then as they complete their lessons, new affiliates will be encouraged to work and know you will be there to help them.

I think that the only way to explain the benefits are a simply situation that we live in our life ...
In a big company the profit maker is only one, and other a simply workers, and becoming a Team Leader is like to be an Administrator of a huge company.
But how can you become a Team Leader if you don't invest your money and spend your time promoting your personal business ?
This can be a usefull couple of words to other new member, and primary to youngest member who was never work before and now want to start a business for the first time

Now that we have extended the deadline for Fast-Track membership, it is much easier for new members to see for themselves all the benefits it brings them. We will also explain to them how important it is to become a fast-track member and with the time they have available to choose I think that anyone who is able to become a fast-track member will do so. It is up to us to explain them everything nicely but if we insist too much it can be counterproductive, so the decision is solely on them. I wish you much luck and i hope that you'll members will also become fast-track members.

That's fairly straightforward. Becoming a fast track member is a great investment for a 20 dollar bill. You get benefits from being a Fast Track member both immediate (like free VP and sweeps entries for a month!) and long term (like making more money for the lifetime of you being with SFI/TC's)
Tangible items too (like a great certificate of recognition AND your name permanently on the wall of fame.
It REALLY is worth it.
