There are many ways to identify members of your downline that are doing well in SFI.

The most obvious ways are:
1) The amount of VPs they accumulate each month.
a) By showing up and doing the actions daily, weekly and monthly.
b) Becoming an EA or higher each month.
c) Being on your Movers List
d) Becomes a Fast Track member
e) Is an E365 member
f) Has a lot of Badges on their websites

Here are some other ways for being successful:

a) Read the Start, SFI Basics and Launchpad when they join.

I think almost all the Team Leaders are carefully watching their down-lines trying to find their next superstar. We develop pre-conceived ideas on what actions a new affiliate makes will determine if they will be a superstar or not. We look for things like:

1. Becoming a Gold Fast Track within the 10 days allowed by SFI
2. Emailing you for a question on where and how to advertise.
3. Setting up a standing order within their first couple weeks.
4. Finding your down-line on the forum asking questions and giving answers.
5. Sponsoring and enrolling new affiliates.
6. Asking you questions on how to duplicate what you are doing.
7. Climbing to higher ranks quickly and even passing you up;

Before we all go hunting for our next superstar we need to ask this simple question: Am I a superstar? If in your own eyes you do not see that you have reached that superstar level of accomplishment then how do we know what a superstar is?

When we talk about who is Successful we find there are thousands of different answers because one person’s idea of success is different than another person’s idea. The same thing goes with trying to figure out who is going to be a superstar in your down-line. Everyone will have a different way of describing who a superstar is.

We really should not be trying to find the superstars in our down-lines. We should be focusing on being that superstar we are searching for. When we are becoming that superstar and an awesome sponsor we will be able to clearly see who is rising to greater heights in our down-lines.

The potential candidates which could be superstars in SFI could be identified as follows:

1. Their registration forms fully completed with required profile and clear goal. High marks given to identify potential candidates.
2. Complete 5 Fast Track actions and buy 1 unit of NMP and continue to log in daily to to do the daily within 10 days after registration and earn 1500 vps to be EA.

When you first receive notification that they have signed up as affiliates, have a quick look at their profile. Most of the time there isn't much information there but every now and then you can get an idea of your new PSAs potential.

When you make contact with them, encourage them to complete their registrations/profile. When these are done have a look at what they have put down, their experience, goals etc .. and also how they rate SFI. These are all indicator whether you are looking at a potential superstar or not.

For me really the best indicator is how the PSA does his/her work - Login daily, collecting all the VPs, doing the lessons, being involved in The Forum and other SFI activities etc. Sometimes when they race away and collect all the available VPs within days of joining, it worries me. When they however become Fast Trackers, that gives me a bit of comfort knowing that they are concerned enough about future earnings to secure Fast Track.

Another indicator is how much they communicate with you and the subject of the communications.

I love those that ask questions about the ins and outs of the business - how to advertise, how to sponsor etc.. These indicate that they are in for the long haul and they want to run the business well. I find that often the PSAs whose questions are about how much money they can earn, what have I earned, how do they get paid etc.. quite often become inactive after the 1st month and then just sit on the books until their time runs out.

For me these are the main indicators of who could be a superstar - how they do their work and their communication level with me.

SFI has provided to all affiliates a great tool for identifying downline members who could become superstars in SFI. The Genealogy is an excellent tool in providing important information about your downlines activities of how they progress in growing and expanding their own SFI business.

A superstar affiliate can be defined as the one who always gives his/her best everyday in growing his/her SFI business. He/she makes continuing education, the widening of his/her knowledge base an important part of his/her daily business operation.

Under the Genealogy, you can find the Affiliate Manager, which reveals information vital to identifying which of your affiliates are going to be superstars.

The Activity tab under your Affiliate Manager provides the key statistics about each of your downline members such as:

- The number of PSAs, EAs and Team Leaders each of your affiliate has personally sponsored.

- VersaPoints earned for current month, last month and total VPs.

- Standing Order status.

- Power rankings (Overall, Country and Class).

- Affiliate list of actions performed to meet his/her monthly goals.

As you can see clearly, you’re provided with information which gives you powerful insights about your affiliate’s sponsoring activities, VP earning performance, priorities and the level of motivation in doing his/her business.

You need to identify them by their actions and not necessarily by their words or what is written on paper. This is because action speaks louder than words, so you may id potential superstars by:

1. Looking out for those who require little or no guidance to understand this business and get going on a consistent basis.

2. Those that ask very professional and business minded questions, with the attitude of always seeking out better ways to do things.

3. Those with their foot prints all over the various income generating activities here.

4. Look out for those who consistently achieve or attempt to achieve milestones like E365 Champ, Top Seller, Top Sponsor, Country and Class leaders etc.

5. The quality of their forum posts and Ask SC answers are another indication of superstars in the making.

6. They are able to develop and deploy very successful strategies in doing sales and generating signups. Look at the power and activity of their downlines and their VP Ledger.

Some say a superstar is born not made, while others say a superstar is made not born. However, irrespective of the side of the spectrum you are, what matters is the realisation of this potential, whether born or made and until it manifests, one cannot be so sure.

The most important skills that relate to affiliates who can become successful would be pertaining to their interest, need, trust and conviction. It has to be observed for a period of three to four month. Broadly first six month period is crucial. Now, how do we identify them?

When an affiliate joins the team, be vigilant to see their activities for next 7 days period that is first week of joining.
- Completing their profile and other getting started activities.
- Their regularity at attaining AVP’s
- Their response to your welcome message; your offer for assistance mails and informative mails (E365, Fast Track, Launchpad lessons, importance of forum presence, importance of VP etc).
- The questions and doubts they come up with
- Their response towards purchasing NMP or Standing Order
- Their presence at the forum

Thereafter, their monthly activities (first four months)
- Have they set up a Standing Order? Or making sales or purchases?
- Are they active at EZ games and PB Auctions
- Are they maintaining their EA Rank and trying to advance to Team Leaders Rank.
- How is their growth in relation to recruiting or expanding their team by various means?
- How often they communicate with you and about what?
If your answer is yes for the above parameters, it ensures the affiliate is interested and can go a long way. It is here the sponsor’s guidance and assistance can accelerate the process of making them future stars in SFI.

Every SFI Affiliate who (i) logs in every day, (ii) does the basic daily work, and (iii) consistently takes on two or more daily actions in sponsoring and sales, is a potential superstar.

In other words, the making of an SFI superstar is the basic minimum and some big extra.

From my standpoint, the big extra is described in the "SFI Basics" and the Launchap lesson 6 "Central to your success". In that lesson, there is a homework assignment.

I seriously doubt that there are many of us who do such "homework assignment" every day. From now on, this is going to be part of my daily SFI goals: apply one or two of the lessons contained in the launchpad lessons and training.

I am grateful of your question. It is one of those that made me read again the "SFI Basics" and some of the launchpad lessons.

Yes, we read them when we joined. But, we hardly understood all the meaning or got all the benefits of their teachings. Very likely, we forgot about them and went on to complain about inactive affiliates or how hard it is find a "superstar" we can sponsor.

I have been with SFI for 16 months, tomorrow the 10th. I am a PTL.

However, I am hardly a "Superstar"; far from it.

This is what I think.

1. We should stop worrying about finding superstars.

2. We should focus on being superstars ourselves

3. After we have accomplished some progress towards that goal, then,

4. We can go back to our team members and teach them duplication, showing them our initial results and motivating them to follow us on our footsteps, on our quest of being SFI superstars.

Otherwise, how would you even recognize a superstar, if you are not one?

Recently, with the changes in qualification requirements, we have seen new sign-ups who jumped on the easy accumulation of "actions points for beginners". They made themselves Platinum Team Leaders (PTLs) combining a relatively sizeable Standing Order (SO) with scoring those action points from "Getting started", "Intermediate actions" and Launchpad lessons".

However, it did not make them "Superstar". Most of them reverted to "Affiliate" or Executive Affiliate, at best..

In other words, my definition of a "Superstar" is an affiliate who consistently progresses month after month: striving to learn, applying what they have learned, sponsoring and selling, correcting their mistakes as they go, but never losing ground to revert to lower ranks.

If you find in our downline such an affiliate, give them all the support you can, do the same as they are doing. Or, better yet, try to do more: work to be a leader to them. You might become a "Superstar" yourself.

Here are some indicators that you can identify people from your downline have potentials to become superstars in SFI.

1. Usually those who earn VP immediately from the moment they sign up.

When you see new sign ups earning VP's you know that they are starting to be serious. They are starting to read and do activities as he learn SFI. Be prepared to encourage them to continue and let them know that you are there to help.

2. Those who are asking questions.

The serious affiliates usually ask questions once they encounter problem as they proceed with earning VPs. They ask questions if they have doubts. So be prepared to give answers.

3, Those who easily understand the SFI business process.

Check if they understand how they can earn from SFI. Check if they know the sources of income and how they will get it. Be familiar with the compensation plan so that you can help them understand.

4. Those who have tried online transactions before.

It's good to know if they have tried buying online before either through paypal or credit cards. Be discreet in asking that it is not offensive. Do it indirectly. Why do you need to do this? well, simply because sooner or later he will be buying from tripleclicks if he wants to earn.
