Let your affiliates know that it is important to grasp all VP within their reach because they play important role in their businesses; either in determining their ranks or/and their shares in the TC Executive Pool. This is as important as little drops of water, so they may be surprised as to the negative effect the absence of 1 VP is at the end of the month and ignoring them will be at their own peril.

Again, get your affiliates to understand that they should see the daily action VP for its total monthly contribution of about 372 VP which is much as far as this business is concerned, instead of viewing it from the stand point of just 12 VP. Unless you have other credible sources of earning other action VP otherwise, it could portend a business set back.

Another very important reason to get your affiliates to understand the importance is that they also provide a credible source of knowledge. This is because the To-Do-List contains very useful information on sponsoring, TC sales and ECA recruitment, so by not just clicking away the point but learning by reading some of the information contained therein is to their advantage too.

Let them also know that grabbing the daily action VP is like a preparatory or a warm up phase to opening and start working on their businesses on a daily basis, even if they think they don't need the VP. Getting used to doing the daily action will be an impetus to visit their SFI businesses on a daily basis in order to do one or two things for the benefit of business.

In addition, make them understand that if they do not earn at least 10 VP daily, then they stand to lose their Daily Streak Badge, which is very important for duplication purposes. Furthermore, they will also miss out of the prestigious E365 Finalist draw (for those still in it) where they will be in the run to win various prizes, if they don't earn at least 10 VP daily.

Versa Point is the crux of the sFI business. The members are paid according to the amount of versa points they earn every month which are included in the share of the total of the monthly executive pool. The total of the daily action(avps) during the month plus svps are the sum total for the month.
We can receive our commission on the 10th of next month reflecting the value in dollars of our share in the executive pool.

Our daily actions are identified along the green bar(tabs) in the Affiliate Center which sum up to 14 avps and including the review of tripleclicks products.. 2 daily actions require 1 tcredit each. If we log in daily and complete the daily tasks, we can earn 14 avps. i.e 420 avps per month which will be added to our total vps for that month.

In addition to the Daily actions vps, you can earn other vps from auctions and playing eager zebra games using tcredits, weekly, monthly and intermediate tasks.

420 avps for the month contribute 28% of 1500 vps to maintain our EA rank. So why waste that free avps by not log in daily and spend extra money to buy tcredits to earn avps to compensate for the loss? Cost saving is part of the business to maximize profit.

Most importantly, by login daily, we keep on learning about the business, read Forum, SFI news etc...

So make it our habit to log in and be serious of earning from SFI. Let it be part of our business practices. Or else SFI business means nothing to us. Remember our goals and objectives when we first registered in SFI.

So don't let our AVPs lead to waste by not earning 14 avps daily.

For us who are longer in SFI Business it is very clear why Action VPs are so important and how hard is to get those Action VersaPoints when you do not have a team yet. Even if we have a good, hardworking team, we still collect our 13 AVP every day. So, if milion people are doing something and benefit from that,it is clear that they are not wasting their time.

Our goal at the end of the month is 1500VP. If you have a chance to collect quarter of that by doing the DAILY TASKS (which takes about half an hour), why wouldn't you take that opportunity?

To conclude - every job has something that you need to DO actually - in SFI company, DAILY TASKS are our job. You cannot expect anything if you are not willing to do your job.

If you are having a hard time persuading someone to do their job, you really should not waste any time on them, they do not want to work. Invest your energy in someone who wants to earn by working, not waiting and hoping.

How many times affiliates at the Forum asked about ways to collect certain amount of the much needed AVPs to move up to the next rank? Missing one day of logging in could be a deciding factor in fulfilling your monthly AVP requirement for maintaining your EA/TL status or moving up to the next rank.

VP is the metric used in calculating your monthly commission. Be an example yourself by logging in everyday grabbing the daily action VP. Your affiliates will most likely follow your lead.

The daily action VP is an important part of your daily SFI business operation and shows the level of your commitment through your daily log in. It has an impact on the following:

- Your SFI Rank

- VP Leaderboard

- Overall Power Rank/Country Rank

- VP Streak/All-Time-VP Streak

You need to emphasize to them the value of grabbing the daily action VP going through each section, not just clicking the blue buttons. Each section contains important information such as the latest threads on the forum, tips in growing SFI/TC income, vast collections of solutions to business problems at Ask SC, and so on.

You need to show them that in a 30 day month, they will accumulate approximately 480 AVP, which is almost one third of the 1500 VP requirement to achieve EA status. They can qualify for shares of the TC Executive Pool by collecting the remaining 1020 VP through TC sales.

You need to let them know that performing the daily Action VP reflects the level of commitment in growing their SFI business and without commitment there is no success.

If they understand and follow these habits (logging in daily) which form a very important part of their daily SFI business activity then duplication process will start to unfold in your organization.

Through your badge your affiliate will see an impression about you, showing your current total number of times of logging into your SFI homepage.

For example, the Daily VP Streak badge is based on the number of consecutive days that you’ve been collecting 10 VP or more, if you’ve been collecting 10 VP or more everyday for the whole year, you’ll be displaying a badge of “365-DAY VP STREAK” enclosed with a gold trim and at the same time a badge of “365-Day All-Time VP Streak” enclosed with a bronze trim. This will look very impressive on your SFI homepage, Leadership page, Affiliate snapshot and your JMT Gateway.

Your affiliates would want the same badge that you have and that’s how you can get through your message to them emphasizing the importance of grabbing the daily action VP that’s available to them.

Hi friends, this is a good question.

Personally I think the best way to show them how important it is is by grabbing the DAILY AVPs yourself. By so you doing it would be easier for you to explain how the somewhat little DAILY VPs can add up, bringing them a step closer to earning the minimum of 1500 VPs monthly.
After which you can explain to them or show them how you or an upline member only had to buy maybe just one item or a few TCredits to get the remaining points needed to advance to the next level.

A quick example is what I did last month. I grabbed all available daily points plus weekly points and I bought 8 TCredits. This amounted to 1500 VPs and that was how I qualified as an EA for the second month.

I'm sure you have team members who can share similar stories like mine. You can create a Facebook group for your teammates where everyone can share their experiences. With this I think they would be more than convinced and they would do all it takes to grab every point available even the ones from SpinAndWin.

Daily actions are critical for business growth.

The importance of daily AVP tasks will need to be stated by you which reinforces the message that we all receive as affiliates with SFI. We are fortunate enough to receive stories shared through the Forum by fellow affiliates following To-do List tasks and expressing gratitude for the success of performing such actions, and we also get information about the importance about the Daily AVP during our Launch Pad Training - first month of joining.

Modelling to down line affiliates is important so send out a Team Mail message which shares what you do to ensure that you don't miss performing these AVP tasks but also express how you are benefiting from performing these tasks daily. It is important to share your experience about how daily AVP tasks are helping your business grow and also it is important to share the "missed benefits" when tasks are not performed.

Review postings by fellow affiliates on the Forum or Stream tab and share links with down-line affiliates so that they will not only hear the benefits from you but also from other SFI affiliates as well.

Find life experiences that require us to take each day or each moment to develop into something bigger even a reminder about the little boy who through starfish back into the ocean - he believed that helping 1 was a start - an important start.

AVP's add up - but the greater benefit are the other outcomes that come from earning the Daily AVP - badges on portal page, winning Daily Grand Prizes, coming in as Class Champ - there are many benefits just by earning AVP's daily.

They need to understand the fact that every VP counts especially from the BTL level upwards.

Explain to them the difference between Sales VP and Action VP and that if they want to progress up the ranks past EA, they need Action VP.
At EA level one can easily achieve the rank by having a Standing Order of 1500VPs or by purchasing items from TripleClicks to a total of at least 1500VPs. These are all sales VP.

The Daily ‘Action VPs’ you are referring to are Action VPs. Action VPs are hard to come by and many Team Leaders struggle to get these in order to qualify for their ranks. These are however readily available to them at the ‘to-do-list’ tab day after day and they should take advantage of these daily gifts.

Further to this, even if they have achieved their desired rank and don’t need the Action VPs, it would be very wise to continue to grab these Daily action VPs. The reason for this is, if you qualify to participate in the TripleClicks Executive Pool and if you qualify for Matching VPs, every VP you can collect will help you. The more VPs you have the more Matching VPs and/or the more shares of the Executive Pool you receive. Remember each VP equals 1 share of the Executive Pool. The more VPs you have therefore, the more money you get.

These are the main points for grabbing those daily action VPs. Explain these to your affiliates and ones they understand, they will religiously collect those every day.

DAILY ACTION :
