When should I start buying PSAs?

I think the following question may help to answer your question - does purchasing PSA members align to what my current goal is?
If the answer is "yes" then begin your purchasing of PSA's immediately.
SFI is a business that is built on team work and so the purchasing or recruitment of PSA's & CSA's is important but it will depend on where your focus is at the moment.
For some purchasing PSA may not occur until some finances are coming in to cover the cost of 1 or more units - this will be dependant on the budget.
For other affiliates, purchasing PSA's may be part of their business objective with SFI so will start to make purchases within their first month working their SFI business.
Ideally, the sooner the better - but each affiliate has circumstances that impact their business development and growth so the answer to this will depend on whether you have finances to start a regular monthly purchase, are ready to lead others to advise them of how SFI can work for them and if your business is ready for making the purchases to buy PSA's.
Another consideration to answer this question is your comfort level at the present time to guide and lead others in your down line.
If your response is positive, then start purchasing your PSA's now.

How can I get my TripleClicks Gateways to generate sales?

Simply put - marketing and promoting is the way to generate sales with your gateways.
Information about how or where may be found in your Launch Pad Series or under affiliate's Training tab which has several articles to educate all affiliates on a variety of topics.
TripleClicks gateways are a great way to build your business but this is only a tool which needs to be used.
Consider posting on blogs, joint-venture opportunities with downline members to cost-share posting of gateway links through a service or even search the internet for exchange sites or even free-online advertising.
You ask the right question as many may think the Gateway recruits people on it's own. This can not be so until the links have web presence.
Enjoy watching your business grow!

What are the best ways to use printed flyers to attract PSAs/PRMs/ECAs?

Using flyers is an excellent way to recruit down line members and a way to advertise items sold through Triple Clicks.
Before placing your flyers on bulletin boards, leaving them in public places such as the library, coffee shoppes, and even the airport or bus stations, please consider the following:
For Whom is the Flyer Written For?
If your flyer focuses on Health products as an example, it would be wise to put flyers in the women's locker at the gym or even men's locker or ask a store clerk at a Health Food store to place flyer on their local community board. I also have found sharing flyers with people who are working on weight management or general health improvements is useful.
Another example of flyer placement is possibly focusing on recruitment strategies - what does the flyer state - part time work, working for yourself full time, or supplement income to what is currently being earned - all of these will then dictate to whom and where you advertise. For employment opportunities you may want to focus on sharing the on-line business with young entrepreneurial people who feel comfortable with using technologies to run a business. You may want to focus "supplement" income discussion with stay at home mothers or people who are semi retired.
Another example is recruitment of ECA's - what kind of flyer to you see being a fit which will start their interest to see the benefits for their off line business advertising through TripleClicks.
As you can see there are several ways to use flyers - just be sure that you're campaign does not offer a "one flyer" approach as this will not retrieve the outcome that you home to have. The message on the flyer will speak to specific audience members o be sure to advertise that message where they will be.

How do you get affiliates to understand that SFI is a serious business with serious earnings potential...and not just a hobby?
, Aff ()

Affiliate since: 12/31/1969, Power Rank: 99999999
This is a great question and I think the answer will come from your down line members to share what he or she needs to understand or learn about to better position their business as a way to make earnings towards fortunes and not simply a hobbyist point of view.
Review blogs from fellow affiliates who are Team Leaders such as GLT or PLT or DLT and read about how they started and where he or she is today. Share blog links with your down line team members so they can read how others achieved full time income including residual income from hard work.
There are hobbyists in any business and so I want to ensure that fellow affiliates who wish to be working SFI as a hobby that is fine but the BIGGER prize, the Bigger Legacy to be left behind is not simply from a hobbyist but by one who lives with an Entrepreneurial Spirit.
Anyone who has become a Shaker, Maker or Change Agent never came across as a hobbyist but always left a spirit of Entrepreneurial Impression which benefited everyone on this planet.
SFI is our way to change the world for the better by achieving Goals that feed the Entrepreneurial Spirit.

How do you know if you are capable of building a successful SFI business?

Let me start my response with the following question: "Do you have connections/friends/acquaintances?"
If you or others respond with a "Yes" then you have capacity to develop a successful business with SFI too.
SFI is simply a business built on team work and people. If a person has friends this means the skill to network, develop relationships and to build more friendships by meeting new people, then those same skills are transferable to owning and building an on-line business with SFI.

What will you do differently in 2016 to grow your SFI business?

2016 is a New Year with endless possibilities.
I have chosen to follow some of the world's greatest entrepreneur's known to others in the world of business.
Following or reading about the great minds of business become models for me to emulate and learn from.
Example of such great minds is Steve Jobs. I am currently reading a biography which helped me understand the workings of Apple through Steve's personal mission to be creative and help the world be a better place through the products he creates.
This personal mission was not focused on profits nor net gains in Apple but how to improve the products and services.
This will be my focus for 2016 - learn from others and fine tune my personal philosophy to improve my SFI business.

What is the best way to build a TEAM--with true team spirit--in SFI?

In my humble opinion, the best way to instil team spirit in building a TEAM is to communicate honestly, authentically, and frequently with every team member.
Members of a team or organization require on-going connection with team leaders and/or mentors to continually be motivated. Motivation is fed by activity as activity is fed by motivation - both are necessary to develop healthy team momentum and spirit.
Team builidng is effectively created through clear communication.
TEAM simply is a way for people to work "Together" so that "Everyone" can "Achieve" "More".

What do I say to an affiliate who complains he's not getting as much out of SFI as he's putting into it?
, Aff ()

Affiliate since: 12/31/1969, Power Rank: 99999999
This is a hard situation to respond to as each affiliate will have their perceived expectation of what to achieve with their efforts with SFI.
Ultimately, this means there is a need to take time to reflect on not only the efforts of the affiliate but also to consider what he or she is working toward.
It is commonly stated that "busy-ness" does not necessarily mean growth. To be busy is simply having action but growth means that action leads to growth. The difference between these two concepts should be clear in your mind when you follow--up with support.
First, it is important to respond to their frustration or disappointment. Recognize their feelings and have he or she explain further what their projected outcome was to be and review with the affiliate their outcomes reached thus far.
Ask the affiliate to identify the efforts done thus far - I would suggest limit it to a months worth of work. Once identified, compare the efforts to the goal established and see where there may be a disconnect. If affiliates are putting a lot of "busy-ness" into their SFI business but the outcome is not what was hoped for then I would venture to guess that the efforts may have not been guided by a definite of purpose and simply were performed to make it appear that SFI work is busy work.
When anyone tells me they are busy usually this means a lot of action. What I am more interested in is the outcome of efforts - were the efforts effective, on target, and most importantly aligned to a purpose.
When efforts or "busy-ness" is not aligned (being done for no specific reason) then outcomes hoped for will never be achieved. It is important to review the facts with the affiliate then take some time as a leader to help guide their efforts to stream-line them so that effective business practices are in place and not just "busy-ness".

What are some ideas for marketing SFI at a job fair or free-standing kiosk in a business area?

Be sure to use marketing -live, to make SFI a tangible product that people will be able to grasp.
Use samples at your booth - set up opportunities for people to see, feel, taste or even smell SFI related benefits. SFI is the only poi t of sale for Peak Nutritional products and Nature Cleaning products so why not have samples for people to see these products.
Have sufficient informational cards available for people to take so he or she may follow up after the Trade Show or other kisok like encounters. Wave 3 cards, ECA Enrollment post-cards, Triple Clicks gift cards and X-cards. When people take such things with them there is a good chance that you're enabling them to follow-up in their own home after considering what SFI can do for them.
The important thing even before doing the methods mentioned above is to prepare several responses to questions that are common to SFI inquiries. Several responses will have you prepared to discuss SFI with anyone..

What's the biggest turn-off that I should avoid talking about to prospects for SFI?
, Aff ()

Affiliate since: 12/31/1969, Power Rank: 99999999
The most important reminder to yourself is to not "over talk" with prospects.
As we work to promote SFI to potential affiliates, possible ECA recruits, or even possible return customers to the TripleClicks store - do not over dot it when talking about SFI. People require us to listen to what they are looking for, what he/she struggles with, and what they wish to do in the near future.
When sales people "over talk" the customer, the customer will feel as if they are not valuable and not being heard thus will turn away and never return.
You can talk about anything when it comes to SFI but remind yourself that "over talking" will turn off prospects from joining SFI.
Recall how you feel when you are wanting to receive a service or purchase an item and the sales or customer representative "over talks" you...this is how prospects feel too.
Be a pro with SFI - don't "over talk" but talk about it.
