Great question and really relevant to everyone one of us as affiliates. Transparency is a key element for anyone to consider when being a mentor, leader, and or sponsor. What form of advertisement have you found to be most successful in sponsoring new affiliates?

W3 program works well as your vehicle, if own one, advertises for you without being present. Parking lots get a lot of foot traffic thus your W3 decal advertises for you. Business cards or SFI flyers left in lockers at a gym is a great way to see out possible associates or even leaving cards on tables in waiting rooms at employment centers works as well.

I know I should work with the workers, but how many follow-up messages should I send to inactive CSAs/PSAs before giving up on them?

As SFI members we all lead by example...communication is an essential component of leadership. It is important to connect with those working with you as often you can. Remember connecting with people is not based on quantity but quality. Communicate with interest, integrity and authenticity - let your messages express care for their success; provide an idea or reminder what SFI can do for them personally. Appeal to what is meaningful to each member of your down line. as in anything in life - inactivity

Why do so many people join SFI and then do nothing...and what should I do about this?

In a time when people are receiving answers to their problems or desires in the moment - immediate gratification, it is hard to manage self when the answer is not forth coming right away. People are being fed daily the promise to get rich now, meaning today, thus forgetting that every venture we under take needs a little time and effort. This delayed gratification can cause many people to become uncomfortable and turn way from pursuing their own answer to their own dream. SFI is not a get rich quick

Why does it seem like everyone who joins SFI think it's get-rich-quick?

This is a great question - simply put as the nature of being human we wish to have instant gratification and when it comes to financial success - I see many who wish to have a "get-rich-quick" approach. There are many days when I meet people on public transit who discuss the "lucky" person who won the lottery and is an instant millionaire, so people are simply looking for an alternate approach to their riches and think SFI is the way to do it quickly. What's the best way to get new affiliates going on doing their daily tasks on a regular basis?

This question can generate so many answers as SFI is a business serving people. So I would encourage you to review the following in your business practice so as to successfully get the response that is so desired through your downline:

1. What is made publicly known about your business practice/habits to your down line so that they can duplicate how you check on your business daily - document it via the Team mailer so it is shared,
