This is an excellent question.

If I were asked to give a presentation to an organization about SFI - what would I share...this is an excellent question.

Prior to creating the presentation, I would do a little research on what is valued by the organization so as to be better fit the presentation to the audience.

Once I understand the vision, mission and values of the organziation then I would then do the following:

What elements of the vision are aligned

I like several so will list them not in any significant order:

S-Builder...I order several each month. This product has been great for adding new affiliates to my down line. It is great to know that my team building efforts are not only done by me but that I have another support,

T-Credits...I order these each month for bidding on products that my business can use. The product enables me to do things quickly for transactional purchases and earns me MRP's which can be used to

Selling points about SFI need to be customized. Be sure to listen with your eyes and ears what a prospect may share with you. Once you understand their values, beliefs and purpose to seek an entrepreneurial opportunity such as SFI, comment in response to each of the needs presented.

It is important to share SFI as a means to bridge the prospect between the 'now' and his/her future desired outcomes. When you match the need to the outcome with SFI as the mode to achieve- people will gravitate

I love SFI for the simple fact that this is a non-partial organization.

SFI is an opportunity for anyone around the globe to join and ultimately improve the economy for the whole world.

What greater gift is there to pass on our legacy to future generations to not have to worry about scarcity of money, lack of opportunity or lack of compassion.

SFI is a universal program - anyone can join and everyone becomes an important player to making this world better for all

Motivation is simply a emotional response.

It is important to have dialogue with your EA2's about what they hope to achieve with SFI and let them know that what they want will be double or triple fold when they become a Team Leader status with SFI.

It is not only important to share the benefits of SFI but it is MORE important to understand the reason for the affiliate's membership in the first place and to understand how TL status will help them achieve emotional satisfaction.

To build a successful SFI business, how much should I rely on my sponsor?

You will be the best to determine the answer after knowing a little more about what your sponsor offers in support.

The type of support you require to build your SFI business will be the answer - so if your sponsor has skills that you need to rely on, you will frequently be in contact. If what you need can not be supported by your sponsor then you will be in less contact therefore less reliance on your sponsor.

Is there such a thing as helping your affiliates TOO much?

Good question to ask...my response is no.

All that a team leader does is offer ideas and share what worked and did not work with the SFI business.

Ultimately it is up to fellow affiliates to incorporate or not incorporate the hints, suggestions, or success/challenge stories you share.

Some affiliates find the amount of emails, TeamMail messages, Forum SFI, and even Stream posts too much so for these affiliates - they may feel that your assistance/support is too much.

Determine what your team affiliate is able to do in addition to on line networking. This will determine the way you motivate him or her.

SFI gives so many different tools to make the most of the business. Are they able to promote with use of printed materials...then share ideas about how to distribute flyers and other printed materials to others locally. Are they good at networking in person when in large gatherings...If so, share ideas on how to open discussions with others about SFI

How to get re-energized with SFI for the new year?

Look at SFI from a new perspective.

Attempting to use the same "glasses" to look at SFI will only cause a flat line response and see no change from 2015 to 2016.

Be creatitve and consider alternatives for what SFI can not only do for affiliates but to potential new members as well as ECA recruitments.

Re-energized means to try something new but to keep some of the old too so that when needing a reliable tried and true approach - you/they have it.

It is important to build your business through word of mouth or referral.

If you have done things right and your customers are happy with the task performed than they would gladly refer you to their family members or friends. The important thing to remember here is that even though people are happy with your product or work, they will not make the first move of telling others unless you request them to do so. Go ahead, be bold, and ask for more business and people will oblige.
