This is an excellent question.
If I were asked to give a presentation to an organization about SFI - what would I share...this is an excellent question.
Prior to creating the presentation, I would do a little research on what is valued by the organization so as to be better fit the presentation to the audience.
Once I understand the vision, mission and values of the organziation then I would then do the following:
What elements of the vision are aligned with SFI vision and share those elements from SFI's vision.
The mission statement from the organization would have purposeful statements which I am would then find similar statements from SFI's mission to be shared.
Then I would present what values SFI and continue to present the alignment between the vlaues that SFI has and the organization has.
I would also share history about SFI to establish creditability about the organization as well share current facts such as the number of affiliates in the organization, the number of products that are currently being distributed through SFI, and the role that SFI has in the global economy.

I like several so will list them not in any significant order:
S-Builder...I order several each month. This product has been great for adding new affiliates to my down line. It is great to know that my team building efforts are not only done by me but that I have another support,
T-Credits...I order these each month for bidding on products that my business can use. The product enables me to do things quickly for transactional purchases and earns me MRP's which can be used to make more purchases,
Wave 3 program...not a purchased item but an excellent addition to what each affiliate can use...be sure to enroll as soon as you can,
PSA to Go - great resource to purchase to build PSA downline memberships,
And my newest addition is the Prestige url product to be used to promote landing pages. I have 2 units and the value them.

What are the top selling points of SFI that should be highlighted to any potential prospect?

Selling points about SFI need to be customized. Be sure to listen with your eyes and ears what a prospect may share with you. Once you understand their values, beliefs and purpose to seek an entrepreneurial opportunity such as SFI, comment in response to each of the needs presented.
It is important to share SFI as a means to bridge the prospect between the 'now' and his/her future desired outcomes. When you match the need to the outcome with SFI as the mode to achieve- people will gravitate to SFI through you. Be sure to share your personal experience of benefits you have achieved for not only yourself but for loved ones too. Appeal to the emotional framework for each prospect so that he or she is not only addressed to logical benefits but also understand and feel the emotional benefits too.
Have SFI the key to their lock box to their dreams coming true. It will not be effective to focus on income when an individual is driven to improve their health or driven to make their home a safe place. It makes sense to share SFI as a group business to those whose up-brining focuses on doing things for the greater good.
Appeal to the social-emotional needs of prospects and you will surely see them jump into SFI with both feet at full speed.

I love SFI for the simple fact that this is a non-partial organization.
SFI is an opportunity for anyone around the globe to join and ultimately improve the economy for the whole world.
What greater gift is there to pass on our legacy to future generations to not have to worry about scarcity of money, lack of opportunity or lack of compassion.
SFI is a universal program - anyone can join and everyone becomes an important player to making this world better for all future generations.

What is the best way to motivate members of my downline to become Team Leaders and not stay EAs?

Motivation is simply a emotional response.
It is important to have dialogue with your EA2's about what they hope to achieve with SFI and let them know that what they want will be double or triple fold when they become a Team Leader status with SFI.
It is not only important to share the benefits of SFI but it is MORE important to understand the reason for the affiliate's membership in the first place and to understand how TL status will help them achieve emotional satisfaction.
Only when the emotions are part of the endeavour to become a Team Leader will one become a TL. Duplication is only a strategy and strategies are only as good as when the hear is involved.
Be sure that TL status achievement is an emotional desire -if this is so - skies the limit for motivation to become a TL every month.

To build a successful SFI business, how much should I rely on my sponsor?
, Aff ()

You will be the best to determine the answer after knowing a little more about what your sponsor offers in support.
The type of support you require to build your SFI business will be the answer - so if your sponsor has skills that you need to rely on, you will frequently be in contact. If what you need can not be supported by your sponsor then you will be in less contact therefore less reliance on your sponsor.
Is there such a thing as helping your affiliates TOO much?

Good question to ask...my response is no.
All that a team leader does is offer ideas and share what worked and did not work with the SFI business.
Ultimately it is up to fellow affiliates to incorporate or not incorporate the hints, suggestions, or success/challenge stories you share.
Some affiliates find the amount of emails, TeamMail messages, Forum SFI, and even Stream posts too much so for these affiliates - they may feel that your assistance/support is too much.
Ask your downline members - straight out, what they hope to receive from you, ask what they want to achieve with SFI at their side and custom fit your assistance to what affiliates give feed-back on.
You will never know if what you do is too little or too much - that is until you directly ask your downline affiliates where you may assist.

How do you work with and motivate an affiliate who has very limited internet access?

Determine what your team affiliate is able to do in addition to on line networking. This will determine the way you motivate him or her.
SFI gives so many different tools to make the most of the business. Are they able to promote with use of printed materials...then share ideas about how to distribute flyers and other printed materials to others locally. Are they good at networking in person when in large gatherings...If so, share ideas on how to open discussions with others about SFI or recruit new down line members or ECA prospects.
It is important to remember that SFI is about people and we do not only connect with people by use of the Internet but also in person.
Do not forget to share ideas on how to share SFI opportunities with people that you meet while camping, at coffee shops and even with the servers you meet while out for a meal. There is even opportunity to share SFI with businesses to purchase cleaning supplies or health food products in bulk for their businesses too.
SFI is for teams to use to promote each other's work. Seek out what is consistently available for the affiliate and leverage that. SFI promotes diversity so work the business like no one else, be creative - the only thing holding any affiliate from moving forward is limited thinking.

How to get re-energized with SFI for the new year?

Look at SFI from a new perspective.
Attempting to use the same "glasses" to look at SFI will only cause a flat line response and see no change from 2015 to 2016.
Be creatitve and consider alternatives for what SFI can not only do for affiliates but to potential new members as well as ECA recruitments.
Re-energized means to try something new but to keep some of the old too so that when needing a reliable tried and true approach - you/they have it.
One small change causes a ripple effect so why not share posts with downline members about what New Year's resolutions will be which include SFI. Be sure to share as the more often desires are spoken of the more real they become and not just something that someone thinks about.
Encourage discussion among your team to share ideas and to be sure to share what is hoped for in the first 6 months of 2016.
Imagination is the best way to re-energize.

It is important to build your business through word of mouth or referral.
If you have done things right and your customers are happy with the task performed than they would gladly refer you to their family members or friends. The important thing to remember here is that even though people are happy with your product or work, they will not make the first move of telling others unless you request them to do so. Go ahead, be bold, and ask for more business and people will oblige.
Referrals is a great way to inform others about SFI's Sign-up Bonus plan.
