How can a disabled person with no marketing skills build a successful business with SFI?

No matter what our life is like - able bodied, dis-able bodied, person with no marketing skills can participate in the SFI business.
The program that SFI is built on is one of shared knowledge. Everyone who is an affiliate has added to the growth of SFI for the past 15 years so all that is now with SFI is built on prior knowledge of what works and what does not work.
New affiliates joining have the opportunity to soar high with SFI. SFI is a universal program and the way we succeed is knowledge. We create our own knowledge by learning, observing and then utilizing all that we have learned and observed.
Marketing strategies are offered through various resources that SFI offers to all affiliates for free. We are able to learn marketing strategies when we learn from our Launch Pad Lessons, connect with others and read Forum posts, ask questions of other affiliates and up-line members, and use the Training tab available on our main affiliate page. Another resource to use are the posts that are on the Tips tab and Stream tab too - I also very much enjoy reading TeamMail messages too - all of which contain gems to help with improved marketing of SFI.
It is important that an affiliate is viewed as someone who has something to offer others. It should not matter the person's heritage, ethnic back-ground, religious belief system nor ability or dis-ability.
We are all in this together and the more diverse our affiliate membership is the stronger SFI will become as we need input from people of all walks of life to improve upon SFI today to make our futures stronger.
Welcome Aboard the best on-line business around!

What do you say to an affiliate who thinks that doing the daily 1 VP actions is a waste of time?

I would be interested in understanding more from the affiliate's perspective the reason for his or her thinking that following the To-Do List tasks (each equal value of 1 AVP) is a time waster.
It is important to acknowledge their point of view about tasks possibly feeling like a time waster then from there continue to discuss what he or she is hoping for. Was there a perception that a task would earn more than it does? Was their point of view of joining SFI as a quick turn around to earn an income? The conversation needs to happen in-order to overcome mis-informed perspective.
It is important to discuss with the affiliate what their main goal is with SFI and discuss how your role may be helpful in achieving their goal.
As stated in a well known story - you can start with 1 penny and when it is doubled every day (just starting out with a penny) it will turn into over 1 million dollars by the end of the month. This is the power of patience with duplication.
Patience is a skill which needs to be modelled and taught - might this be the missing part of the affiliate's success plan?

How can we convince our PSAs that they should become TripleClicks WAVE3 members?

SFI has so many programs for all affiliates and I enjoy being a WAVE3 member simply because it is easy to do.
To encourage other PSA's to join is simply based on your experience being shared with them. Share with them the value added service this gives their SFI business and how they can encourage others to join with an added benefit of winning cash for recruiting others.
WAVE3 program - can't go wrong.
Appeal to the purpose of W3 for each PSA...each PSA may benefit from the program in different ways: advertisement on their vehicle, receipt of T-Credits every month, receipt of MRP's, and recruitment program to win cash...
There is no way to convince but there is a way to describe the benefits - the value added service that comes from being a WAVE3 member. I am sure if you approach this from a sincere benefits approach, more PSA's will join the program.

Would it be beneficial to create separate forums and do web seminars about SFI in languages other than English?

Your idea is an excellent resource for anyone who joins SFI.
Imagine if you will a language bank that affiliates can tap into to seek out fellow affiliates who use the same language to communicate as well as accessing further assistance or real-time responses from fellow affiliates.
This is a great way to encourage dialogue, motivation, and better yet collaborative support.
This definitely would be beneficial.
What is the best way to help people who do not have money to invest in SFI?

It would be great to have you share ideas with your prospects on how to effectively run a SFI business without initial start up costs.
They may think they have "zero" to give but in actual fact, SFI needs more than financial investments to make the business fly. Each person, no matter if he or she has funds to invest, have a lot to offer.
Discuss investment into SFI from a different point of view - he or she can invest their time, skills and knowledge into the business to make money. I am sure he or she has time each day to promote their own SFI business by using flyers, e-mail, on-line free advertisement sites, word of mouth, introduction letters about SFI to potential ECA prospects.
SFI is not built because of money investors - SFI is built because of people believing in the business and such people using different ways to promote SFI to others.
SFI has different ways to earn finances and does not necessarily require someone to invest funds.
"What the mind perceives, it can be achieved". ~ Napoleon Hill
The above quote simply has an emphasis that anyone can be a SFI Affiliate Success with the right determination and focus. Don't let a small barrier of not having money to invest prevent people from joining SFI.
SFI is for everyone!

I have heard about Team Leaders with groups numbering in the tens of thousands! What do they do differently to build such a huge downline?

Great question about leadership qualities that help to build large downline teams.
On a personal note, I am on my way to doing this so I can share what I have done thus far - I have invested time, energy, and some funds into Sbuilder Units, PSA recruitment services from our TripleClicks store, and advertise in different ways as what has been shared through Forum Posts and ASKSC and even information listed under our Reference tab SFI portal.
The most important of all is to be sure that as a leader of a down-line you keep improving your own qualities of engagement with team members so as to encourage them to grow their business too. As a leader, we become role models and coaches to others to use strategies that are helpful and healthy for everyone's SFI business for growth and sustainability.
it is important to be clear in your mind and business plan that you want to have an extensive team and that you are able to share this with your down-line members as well as share with them how your progress is doing.
The more transparent you are as a leader the more you have engaged team members wanting to help you as you help them.
Growth is not about what you spend, it truly is an outcome of your business practices and how you learn more skills and strategies that inform your business practice. The more proficient you become the easier it will be to share your skills, strategies and ideas on what works and what does not work.
Happy Growth to YOU!

Should I stick strictly to using SFI's system or would it benefit me to add some of my own touches and strategies?

Add your own touches - absolutely.
The most important thing to remember is to be clear that you are keeping the integrity of SFI in tact - the purpose and what SFI can do for not only you but for prospects.
Adding your own personality to your own business enables you to add a bit of your Brand to the SFI model so that people may identify that the business truly does belong to you and that you are serious about SFI and that you believe in it.
Make the business your own and be sure to share your business strategies with others so that it can encourage creativity among all of us.
We're in this together so that means we will all have something to add to make the business better for the next affiliate.
Go, go, go!

How do I get my team to understand the potential of SFI and TripleClicks?

The potential of SFI and TripleClicks is endless.
To share the potential, it is important to guide their learning about such potential by reading or listening to the experiences of other affiliates and even your own story.
Each affiliate will benefit in their own way from joining SFI so doing the pre-work to find those SFI stories to share will be of benefit as there will be examples of what the potential may look like.
An example that I personally appreciated was in a Launch Pas Session where SFI shared how one affiliate was successful with his SFI business by building it up with CSA's and increasing monthly income to where he wanted it to be.
An example/story of what potential may look like and sharing more than 1 will peak interest in downline members to consider all the combinations of how SFI and TripleClicks will benefit him or her and those they care for.

What is the best and most cost effective way of boosting your income with SFI?

An effective way to boost income with SFI is to develop healthy relationships with your customers.
Customers with SFI are not only downline members but also those who join the ECA program through your portal or even TripleClick Members who purchase items from the TripleClicks store.
It is important to remember that income stream(s) - yes more than 1, is an exceptional way to boost income. Be sure you are using each month all the streams of income that SFI has to offer. Each stream leverages the other so can run on it's own but will see better results with using several income streams at the same time.

How should I advise my ECAs on which products they should sell and what prices they should charge?

Affiliate since: 12/31/1969, Power Rank: 99999999
The "how" will be defined by a "why" to sell certain products and cost to be charged.
It may be best to do a little research on what is a popular item and possibly to which target audience the products will be sold to.
The more help that ECA's representatives receive from you the more likely they will want to share the TripleClick Store with others and possibly increase your ECA program related to your business.
