If persons I sponsor advance in SFI faster than I do, should I continue to try to train and support them?

My response to this question is a resounding YES!
Your role in their business as a sponsor is important still - even when he or she may advance further or faster than you do.
When advancement is fast that simply means to me that the affiliate has found their niche with SFI and are rolling with the program. Your presence is important so you will need to inquire with them what your role in their business will be -is it to assist with finding business articles for he or she to read, is it to forward on encouragement messages, or is it to be available when he or she needs to discuss ideas.
SFI is not an achievement done alone but is achieved because of all who make up this fantastic business. You may even sign up an ECA member whose product then is advertised by the affiliate you sponsor so your efforts do assist in their SFI growth as well as improve the visibility of the ECA product.
As you can see your involvement is still important but it is important to communicate with your down line members to solicit feed-back as to how you may serve them best. Let the affiliate you sponsor tell you how you can help.

How can I create business cards that will be effective in promoting SFI and TripleClicks?
, Aff ()

Affiliate since: 12/31/1969, Power Rank: 99999999
Your question may be answered in different ways as creating business cards is a 2 phased process:
1. Design - what you want your cards to look like and what information you want on them
2. Printing
Regarding the 1st phase - see what other Team Leaders are using as content for their cards. Also compare the business cards you have received in the past from dentists, salesmen, flight booking agents and other local off-line businesses. Look for the things that catch your eye and review them for details such as font size and how much or how little information is on each card. Once you see that, then do the same with your SFI Business card
Phase 2 - consider to make a connection with a local business to print and create your card then in turn offer them an ECA position in your downline. Alternatively you may want to see if there are such related businesses on TripleClicks offering such service to create your order through. I have known other affiliates who will use Vista Print to submit their design to for print production.

What can I do with affiliates who become EA in the first month and then stop, saying SFI is not what they expected?

Acknowledge their comments about "this is not what I expected".
We are not here to force people to become active affiliates with SFI but with their knowledge of what is not working for them, this would be a great opportunity to investigate, talk with them about what is not working for him or her and possible offer your support to see if things can change.
SFI is a universal program but as with any program, people definitely need to be ready to be open to the program being a business which does require from them a minimum investment of their time. Some affiliates may be able to invest their time and a budget; no matter what he or she is able to invest - the minimum investment required on behalf of all affiliates is time.
Find out what it means to them "not what I expected". This may be a barrier that truly has a simple solution that can be determined with your assistance.

I have one hour daily and a monthly budget of $50. What activities should I do to grow my SFI business?
, Aff ()

Affiliate since: 12/31/1969, Power Rank: 99999999
I see things this way:
1 hour of your efforts multiplied by 1 hour by downline members does then double or more your time in the business.
$50 that you are able to afford to invest into your business along with the $50 that each downline member is able to afford to invest into the SFI business simply doubles or more than doubles what you have put into the SFI business.
Now to answer the question about what to focus your monetary and non-monetary resources on.
The question is to be asked of you - what do you want to achieve, ultimately, with your SFI business.
Are you wanting to have more active PSA & CSA's in your down line team - then use your money and time to focus on recruitment strategies and purchase products that are available through SFI such as PSA's To Go or S-Builder Unit/s or even other growth products offered by other ECA's
Are you wanting to earn income from sales of products - then you will need to use your time to read reviews of products that are offered through the TC store or recruit new ECA's to advertise their products to other TripeClicks members. This would mean you will need to develop several Marketing programs which you need to put in some money and/or time.
Are you wanting to develop a healthy team so that their efforts simply feeds your desired outcome to have on-going income then it is important to invest time and money into your development so that you can lead your team to achieve a joint-effort outcome
There are many things that you can spend your time and money on so be sure to start with your end goal in mind. If your efforts are not feeding an end goal then your work may look disjointed and will be considered a lost investment or effort.
Ask yourself what your end goal, desire or preferred outcome is and then align your financial investments and time investments to that goal.
Good luck in hitting Your Bull's Eye!

What are the best FREE methods for attracting and sponsoring new affiliates?

Here are 2 free methods:
1. Create an amazing blog through your Leadership Page.
Note the word ‘amazing’. I’m not talking about a blog you only update when you’ve got a new client or exhibition, or something new to sell. I’m not talking about a personal diary where you to post your musings on art, life, and the universe. I mean the kind of blog that grabs people’s attention by delivering outstandingly valuable, useful, or entertaining material — consistently
2. Get your content into circulation.
Social networking sites are not just for networking — they are ideal places to get your content (blog posts, etc) in front of other people. Use Twitter, Facebook, or Google+ to share links to your content.
Happy Marketing!

What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

Excellent question to ask as we all do have affiliates who appear to be not to be actively engaged...
Frist is important to be mindful that this is not necessarily a reflection of your efforts in role of team leader/sponsor so it is important to not personalize the inactivity. As people, we are bombarded by so many things that at times engagement in organizations such as SFI becomes too much to manage and has to be placed last on personal priorities.
Regarding the topic of "encouragement" - I have found it helpful to really take a moment to consider what does my encouragement appear to the affiliate who is receiving it.
As part of being human, each of us is driven by needs (social, emotional, physical, mental and spiritual). For each of us, one of these needs becomes a primary focus so when the encouragement is not a match to the individual's primary need for the day, month and/or year the affiliate may not be active due to looking else where to satisfy his/her primary need.
So as a team leader/fellow affiliate/sponsor, it is important that skill development occurs so that when encouragement does go out to down-line members that your message of encouragement is attempting to meet the various needs of people. In other words, review what the encouragement is doing as it may only be meeting the physical need of the down-line member and the member's primary need for the moment is social thus the message of encouragement is a mis-match to what the affiliate is looking for.
What this simply boils down to is it is important to have a conversation with members of your down-line to understand "WHY" he/she joined SFI. Understanding their "WHY" will absolutely help with giving motivation as a match to what is needed vs a mis-match.

You're the best tool!
As an affiliate you drive the success of your SFI business by making decisions.
Decisions made - purchase S-builder Units, purchase PSA to go, using Prestige, bidding on CSA's, use TeamMailer - just to mention a few are because of information you have.
You're the best marketing tool that your SFI business has. You're the face of your business that recruits will associate with.
You're only at your best when you are knowledgeable about SFI.

Who is the better demographic to target in my ads? Retired persons...or homemakers?

Demographics is an important consideration for ad campaigns.
I would suggest creating 2 or 3 different campaigns which match the profile of groups you are targeting.
"Retired" is a group worth while taping into but obviously what you may use for advertisements with homemakers will not be the same.
The Marketing materials that SFI has to offer to all affiliates are current and available for use with out a fee.
I suggest that you look to what each group of people has to gain from joining SFI then use those reasons to advertise to them.

How is advising my PSAs to buy from ECAs in their country helpful?
, Aff ()
6/16/2015 3:38 pm
Affiliate since: 12/31/1969, Power Rank: 99999999
To buy from ECA's in respective countries where PSA's are promotes product awareness and also improves the economy of their local community. A personal benefit would be that there would be no additional cost for shipping as he or she can go directly for local pick-up.
Local purchasing promotes a local healthy economy. For the PSA, when they purchase items they are able to give a review of the local business which promotes the ECA brand on the TripleClicks store. When the local ECA has a great "report card" review, this will be a way to encourage others to purchase from them too which then increases the membership for our TripleClicks store thus more sales.
PSA's may become more aware of what products on available that they can also use their knowledge to promote TripleClicks to others and direct customers to the ECA's home page to review other products which can lead to sales for the ECA and commission's for the PSA.

What would you consider to be too much and unnecessary communication with your team?

What would be "too much" and/or unnecessary communication with your team is a good question.
All communication that would be considered valuable if it is beneficial for the affiliate's business growth and/or motivation. Unnecessary communication would be of "no value" for business growth or not some sort of encouragement.
Communication in a business model, about business, would never be considered too much as all information would be relevant to the affiliate's efforts for business success and growth.
Simply be sure to check the content of your communication to be valuable/important for business growth and you will be never communicating too much.
