How can I help a PSA become a Team Leader when he or she does not have a credit card?

You don’t really need a credit card to be a Team Leader or to build up your SFI business from scratch to becoming a PTL.
SFI offers all affiliates the option for using the TripleClicks MasterCard from Payoneer. The card can be used to order SFI products at TripleClicks. You can reload the card with a transfer from your bank account. The card can also be used as your commissions payment option.
Paypal is another avenue to make and receive payments. Any individual with an email address is able to use Paypal. However please check the list of eligible Paypal countries.
SFI accepts personal checks from U.S. banks. Your order will be credited once your check is received and processed.
SFI also accepts Money Order or Cashiers Check. Your order will be credited upon receipt.
LocalPay and TCurrency options can be used to purchase products or services from TripleClicks when your country has limited payment options. You pay using your own currency and no credit card is needed.

How can I build a successful SFI business when I have a team of inactive affiliates and doubtful customers for my TripleClicks store?

Many of us have a significant number of inactive PSAs, CSAs and TC Members. They all are opportunities really, untapped opportunities. You can still build a successful SFI business by giving them a wake-up call and tap their potential. They still can be motivated to perform. Keep in touch with them via the mailers while working with the movers.
Some of them maybe a little hesitant to invest some money upfront. Rewarding those who chalked up at least 1500VPs during first month for a start with gift certificates will motivate them and they might just continue to perform and maintain EA2 or even Team Leader ranks.
Go through your genealogy and pick on those who tried to login during the last few weeks. They could probably be exploring again. Send them a mailer about sponsoring and marketing aids. This could encourage them to start performing. Never give up on them.

An affiliate logs in after a long period of inactivity. Should I acknowledge this? And if so, what should I say?

It’s good to acknowledge the long period of inactivity.
Send the person an e-card welcoming the person back.
Update him about the latest at SFI.
A gentle reminder about the To-Do list will be a good start for him.
Run through with him the first steps – START, SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD.
Give him all the assistance needed to build up a team and duplicate the efforts.
