SFI provides a host of benefits to affiliates. Affiliates should tap into the resources SFI provides in order to maximise the benefits and build up their business. This can be done in the following ways:

The best mentors would be your sponsor and co-sponsor. I believe many of them make good mentors. However many sponsors and co-sponsors maybe unresponsive and the affiliate concerned is having a hard time trying to grasp the fundamentals of SFI business. The quality of sign-ups is a major concern for all of us. Most of us are facing quality problems because of the many inactive affiliates. While quantity at the expense quality may not produce good results we still need the quantity factor to work on moulding these affiliates in order to shift from quantity to quality. So all is not lost if you have the quantity but lack the quality. By moulding the affiliates to achieve Team Leader status the quality can be improved.

DO NOT READ OR LEARN MORE THAN NECESSARY
There are plenty of valuable resources at SFI. However, new affiliates should only focus on three areas in their first month namely “START”, “SFI BASICS” and “LAUNCHPAD”. These three core areas will suffice to give new affiliates a good start.

I believe SFI has changed affiliates in one way or other for the better be it in terms of knowledge, commitment, discipline, financial freedom, better standard of living etc

As a sponsor or team leader we have a role to play when it comes to stopping your PSAs from quitting, and that role is ensuring your PSAs gets personal growth.

Some motivation and inspiration on your part is needed and help them to make money.

Tell them you care about their success and success cannot be achieved overnight.

Continue to persevere and the rewards will be forthcoming.

There are some personal characteristics and skills you need to become successful in SFI. These are as follows:

COMMITMENT
Commitment is necessary to be successful in SFI. Have a long term view and don’t expect quick results. Show your commitment and you will reap the rewards.
