I guess the best way to organize and track your SFI activity is to consider what approach will be the best fit for you. We have seen the following strategies to organize/track activities.

Log Book
Excel Spread Sheet template
Word Document template
Personal Digital devices such as cell phone, iTouch, tablet
Google Docs
Drop Box
Virtual Personal Assistant
Journaling
Key Code Counters

Personally, I follow this simple planned approach each month to receive my AVP:

1. Complete my To-Do list action items identified each day, each week and each month
2. Ensure that my Standing Order is current, up to date, to meet my needs of the month
3. Review products through TripleClicks to see what is new and what could assist my business that month to grow or give a little more leverage and buy the product.
4. I use MRP's to purchase products such as TCredits or S-Builder

Everyone learns differently so it will be important for a leader of a down-line team to consider different ways to share information that will help others to build their downline. The following may be of benefit to understand so that presentations or explanations about down-line recruitment are understood by several of your fellow team mates:

Learning preference:

1. Visual - likes to see a demonstration, a video or a picture of how it may be done

2. Auditory - likes

There are teams where there is a team leader or sponsor who may be non-responsive - this is unfortuneate but does happen.

SFI has various support networking oppoirtunities which is not limited to the actions of a sponsor/team leader. SFI offers the folling to all affiliates as resources: ASK SC, Stream posts, Forum Posts, Tips tabs and even in-house Training.

It is always important to remember that SFI is a business that has built by all of us together thus you are never alone

If an affiliate is able to put in their SFI business a budget every month, I recommend a good start is to begin creating re-peat orders to make up their Standing Order.

As we read in our Launch Pad lessons about Standing Orders - minimum of 1500 VP each month equals to minimal achievement of EA status each month. If this is what an affiliate wishes to achieve each month.

I know of affiliates who do not wish to focus on earning 1500 VP each month but wish to focus on the number

Excellent question....

SFI has incentives for all affiliates to achieve and AIM HIGH...this is measured by use of AVP and is then made public by use of badges on our SFI Homepage and Leadership page.

I wish to take the opportunity to remind of the simple fact that no one needs a title to become a leader. Team Leader is simply a state of mind and heart. If you think of yourself as a leader and act like a leader you will BE a Team Leader.

Many believe that leadership,

Is it better to promote SFI to friends and family...or to strangers?

It would be best to promote SFI to all these groups of people.

Be sure to take time to plan out how and why you want to promote SFI to friends, family members and strangers.

When you are clear on how and why you want to promote SFI to each of these groups, the "what part of SFI" you promote will be clear and customized to their interests.

SFI is a fit for all people but how you promote SFI can't be a one size fits all. You definitely will benefit from planning

This is a great question, as the challenge is not only within SFI but all over the world that people have a hard time with delayed response/delayed gratification.

The need to have immediate gratificaiton is a behaviour that is expressed by many so it it important to review with team members and other affiliates the importance of a slow, steady growth with SFI.

As has been reviewed in Forum Posts and other training material offered through SFI this is an on-going part of training

I've received new CSAs from my country from the CSA Exchange. How can I get their attention and engage them?

Developing a relationship with your local CSA (even PSA) is the first step to getting "their attention and engage them".

Share your goal with your team members so they are aware what your hopes are for not only your SFI business but for the CSA's/PSA's SFI business too.

it is important to be inviting and establish your presence with your down line members as open and being a "servant leadership".

Attempt to meet him or her in person since the

How would you convince an affiliate who has abandoned SFI to restart again?

It would be important to consider their reason/s for abandoning SFI and respond to that with a proactive solution.

If you do not ask what caused the affiliate to leave SFI then you will never get to understand him/her.

Ask what was the reason for drifting away and then inquire if he or she would come back if circumstances were different. Things can be different with a working plan or even discuss the solution immediately to gain their trust in SFI again.
