What do you say to your affiliates who are disappointed about being knocked out of the E365 competition?

When affiliates get knocked off their feet, it is important to acknowledge how he or she is feeling as it was a high-light for their efforts to do their best to stay in the E365 competition.
It is also important to talk with affiliates about next steps - what was their first, very first, reason for joining SFI. Have them focus on their reason and let that become the spark to re-ignite their efforts to carry on with SFI to grow and achieve the success that he or she is striving for.
If appropriate, take the time to review the other benefits that affiliates may receive from SFI such as Daily Grand Draw winnings, commissions from sales, and other games that SFI has to offer such as the Leadership Challenge.
SFI has so much to offer that it is a universal program that can fit the needs of anyone.

How long should I pursue inactive PSAs/CSAs with emails, e-cards, etc. before giving up on them?

I would suggest not 'pursuing inactive members" but continue to include them in your regular message sent out, blog updates and even your Stream Up-dates.
As a team leader it is your responsibility to keep yourself available to all your team members so they know you will not judge them nor will you deter them from working on meaningful goals.
I understand that inactivity does not promote growth so consider what can be done to transition from inactivity to activity. As stated by Newton's law - "once at rest, stays at rest; once in motion, stays in motion".
Keep on your communication with all your down line members but do take time to recognize those who are active and are working their SFI business. These are the members that I would suggest that you continue to motivate so that they do not loose their "motion" to become "motionless". When you publically recognize team members for their actions - this may encourage others to change their state from "rest to motion".
Remember that there are other Team Leaders in your down line who may be a profile fit to the members on your team who seem not to be having growth - sometimes it is that they like SFI but need a different leadership style to get them moving.
Reasons for inactivity can vary so be sure to find out what the 'blocker to growth or movement" is from the affiliate's perspective and assist where you are able to do so. Sometimes it takes a simple little e-mail message to express concern and offer assistance....the rest is up to the affiliate to take care of.

How can I attract people who have money to invest into a business to join my SFI team?
, Aff ()

Affiliate since: 12/31/1969, Power Rank: 99999999
It is important to "think" how they think. If individuals who have money are looking to invest then approach them with SFI as an investment vehicle. If individuals who have funds are looking to invest to create a legacy then approach them with SFI with the intention to support their interests to create a lasting legacy.
To attract the people you want - you simply need to think how they do. Like minded people mingle together and go to the same events. If your way of thinking is different than this target audience then you will never achieve what you want to do which is attract them to your SFI business.
It will be important to create opportunities where you can interview them to find out more about them. This approach was modeled by Napoleon Hill. He was commissioned to interview the millionaires/billionaires of his time to research how they attract wealth and success. Napoleon Hill lead the way for us to do the same...simply duplicate what he did - interview, reflect and respond to what you learn to achieve what you wish to accomplish which is have people invest in your SFI business.
Be sure you Pay It Forward by investing in other businesses so that the actual process of Attraction does not cap-out but continues to be a flow of never ending possibilities.

Should we recruit our family members into SFI? Good idea or not?

I appreciate the way you have worded your question about recruiting family members into SFI.
I would like to simply state that anyone, including family members, can be invited to join SFI. SFI is a no judgement club so does not focus on your role with people that you invite to participate in this wonderful opportunity. SFI focuses on giving a way for people to live their financial dreams to reality.
I have been involved with SFI for 10 months and I can honestly say that there has never been a "should" in this affiliate program. This is the beauty of SFI, everyone is part of this organization by voluntary choice. This is where there is power in this organization, everyone who accepts the invitation to join SFI as an affiliate has their own reasons - the choice to join is solely theirs to make.
I would most definitely encourage you to share what you know about SFI with family members as you may be providing a door of opportunity that he/she has been looking for but did not know how to do it. SFI is a business venture so if the decision is made to not join, that is to be respected as well.
It is absolutely a great idea to share with and invite family members to become members of SFI either as an affiliate, an ECA, or even a TripleClicks Store member. SFI has something for everyone.
Thanks for posting this question.

As an ECA, what is the best way to use a dropshipper for your ECA Products?
, Aff ()

Affiliate since: 12/31/1969, Power Rank: 99999999
Drop shipping is the easiest way to sell and has been around for years. A seller that is well known for using drop shipping for decades is Sears. Drop shipping is a strategy that can also be used by businesses who have joined the ECA program with SFI.
Drop shipping does provide an easy way to get started and the ability to leverage other people's resources without having to invest thousands of your own. When managed correctly, it can form the foundation of your own successful SFI business.
In order to get the most out of this strategy for ECA products consider the following:
To be successful, you typically can't compete on price. Instead, you'll need to offer value in a different way, usually through top-notch product education, service or selection.
Work with multiple ECA suppliers with overlapping product lines. It's inherently dangerous to rely on a single supplier. Having two suppliers doubles the likelihood that an item will be in stock and available for shipment.
High details about your ECA products will allow buyers to know what they are purchasing thus the drop shipper promotes further opportunity to receive the product just in time without having to wait.

What are the best ways to show your appreciation for the efforts of your most active affiliates?

I have found the following to be a great way to connect to affiliates who are active:
1. E-Cards with a personal note
2. TeamMail message with a personal note to identify exactly why the message is being sent
3. Sending a package to their home which can be used by them to promote SFI such as X-cards
4. Signing up active members on a Co-op Manager that you operate and increase their shares from time to time
5. Re-assignment of other active members to join their down line
Remember with all ways to recognize active affiliates - be sure to let he or she know exactly what you appreciate about their efforts during the week or month or quarter. Appreciation is a means of giving positive feed-back to all so be sure to let them know what you see is working and commend them on that specific item.

What is the best way to start building your SFI team?
, Aff ()

Building a team is important and so I would have to say the first step is for "team lead" to develop knowledge about SFI first.
It makes sense to understand what SFI has to offer and how others can use SFI too. Knowledge becomes the foundation to the development of a team line.
Other strategies for promotions, marketing, and sales can be developed as you run the business but if you try to do all before having knowledge, then all does not perform the way you want too.
First, it is important to have knowledge that you can share. Read an article posted through SFI and tell others about it. SFI is the unification of knowledge workers so to lead and develop a team needs you to learn too
Be your best!

What are the best OFFLINE marketing tools you've found for recruiting new SFI affiliates?

This is a great question to ask. What I have found to be helpful when sharing SFI with others off-line is the following tolls which are available through SFI: use of W3 decal on my car along with W3 business cards and flyers on hand so that cards or flyers can be provided to people I meet in parking lots or gas stations; use of ECA post-cards to be sent or delivered to businesses that I frequent often to share an alternate form of distribution; use of TripleClicks gift cards by inserting in books that I borrow from the local library and return books with card in them; and also printing off flyers that I can leave in public magazine stands or post-it boards.
I also have found listening to people at social events is a great way to discuss SFI products that they may be looking for eg: health and wellness products, cleaning products, business to business products, and even music products.
In my opinion there are so many off-line ways that SFI can be shared so it would be useful to discuss the various off-line methods that are successfully being used with your down-line, up-line and A2A members.
Happy marketing!

Is it worthwhile to sponsor affiliates who speak little English or have very limited computer/Internet experience?
, Aff ()
2/27/2015 9:26 pm
Affiliate since: 12/31/1969, Power Rank: 99999999
Affiliates are people who have interest in what SFI has to offer. People everywhere, every social status, every language group, or ethnic group are in the search of "the one thing' that will serve them to assist in achieving their goal.
SFI is a great means for people around the world to improve not only personal financial situation/s but also is an excellent means for everyone to participate to improve the economy of the world so our future generations have it better than us.
It is absolutely great that your team could have representatives from all parts of the world - English speaking or not. Everyone can understand the basic steps to utilize SFI by the use of Google Translate if he/she does not understand English or even access the A2A connections to learn from fellow affiliates who have the same primary language that is used.
SFI can be used by affiliates who may not have computer literacy or even own a coputer - this part of the SFI business can be dealt with by using computers in places such as the library or even at schools or even asking someone to assist with this part of SFI. SFI can be shared by using a letter writing campaign, distribution of paper flyers, or even the use of Triple Clicks store gift cards - hard copies, and printed post cards about the ECA program.
SFI is for everyone so take the time to work with your top movers to create for fellow team members that may be used by affiliates who may not have English as his/her primary language or has difficulties with the computer. As business owners, we are able to be createive and not let the small isssues block the growth of our business.

I have set up an auto responder. How can I determine if my auto responder is working?
, Aff ()
6/6/2014 9:00 pm
Affiliate since: 12/31/1969, Power Rank: 99999999
I presume what you mean by your question to determine if an auto responder is work for you, is by looking at how well it is helping you to build audience, relationships, and sales long term.
If this is what is meant by an auto-responder "working", it will be helpful to use relationship building:
1.Emotional Connection - this content deals with the extremes of the human condition. Use to help subscriber know you understand roughly their goals, frustrations, and where they are right now.
2. Participation - encourage your subscriber to hit reply, fill out a survey, give some form of feedback.
3. Offer Value Added - this is when the subscriber is encouraged to download of bonus ebooks, offering specialized trainings or webinars. Goal is to provide deeper value while also gauging level of interest from the subscriber to fix the problem that they need your service to help with.
4. Sales - this is similar to offering value added, however this content encourages subscribers to come to a firm decision to buy your service to help them fix their problem or concern.
If you apply these tips in your autoresponder then you are able to track what is helping to build your business up or build your subscriber list for your SFI business.
Happy Auto-Responder Using!
