I was Executive affiliate (EA) just few days after joining SFI, and Team Leader (TL) within two weeks. What did I do? I instantly followed the step-by-step outlined in "SFI Basics" and the Launchpads.

Now, 17 (Seventeen) months with SFI, I have always maintained my team leader rank. I have not yet achieved the level of success I want, and certainly not all the potential SFI has to offer. However it is my life long goal to do so.

Advertising is a long term effort. Results are rarely seen in short term. Effective advertising aims at changing people’s behavior and buying habits.

It would be counterproductive to despair when satisfactory results are not forthcoming sooner.

The rules of success teach us to never despair, never give-up and, certainly not quit.

Isn't it better to run a business on which people are working every minute around the world?

In other words, our shops are open for business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Yes, SFI playing field is one of the fairest.

Your question is a valid one in the context of the CSAs process.

We all have experienced our first batch of CSAs, when we reach the ranks of Executive Affiliate (EA) and bronze team leader (BTL).

I personally noticed that a good number of the CSAs have been with SFI for nearly a year while we may be in our first or second month, but most of them are inactive.
