How does a2a help me build my SFI business?

A2A is an excellent resource that SFI has made available to all affiliates.
This membership pool is a great resource to share ideas and to connect with other members who have a similar approach to what you have with SFI.
A2A enables opportunity for all affiliates to discuss and share what has worked and what has not worked in their business efforts. I appreciate the opportunity to read and connect with other entrepreneurs in a one stop approach to learn strateiges that are effective so that time is not wasted on efforts that do not help to reach my goals.
A2A is similar to being part of a Master Mind group without the extra cost. Other service models will charge for this valuable resource. SFI provides this networking opportunity for all of us for free.

My approach to attracting new affiliates isn't working. What should I do now?

Attracting -recruitment of affiliates is not an easy part of our work with SFI but can successfully be done.
Since I do not know what you have done thus far I can only make a general listing of ideas; hopefully something will generate an idea or two for you:
Focus on what you hear from people around you. Comments from people usually will disclose to you who he or she is and what likes and dislikes are. Once you hear a comment/story that may be used as your introduction to recruitment - do it.
S-builder Unit/s- purchase when you can from SFI on the TripleClicks store. This product is excellent and all the heavy lifting for recruitment is done for you. You simply need to follow up with affiliates to support their own efforts with their SFI business.
Purchase recruitment services from ECA's listed on TripleClicks.
Purchase coaching services from ECA's listed on TripleClicks. Coaching services provide 1 - 1 support to affiliates to work on skills or areas that are a challenge when owning your own SFI business. There are several to choose from and all produce results.

I almost gave up on SFI. What did you do to keep pushing forward?

This is an excellent question.
What I use to keep me moving forward even during times when it feels like the movement is not happening:
-group of like minded individuals that I can talk with or share with through SFI
- read auto-biographies of others who have been through experiences in life which were hard and learn new strategies to pull myself through those hard times
- journal writing as I can review what my thoughts and experiences were 6 months ago or even a year ago and see where there has been growth
- meet new people every day as meeting new people provides new ways of looking at things
- review the resources that SFI has as there are many outlets where we can go to review and read the stories of other affiliates that have found success and where there were challenges too
- have a "why to do" list about SFI written and posted somewhere that may be readily available to read as the "why" to join SFI is always needing to be kept clear even during those days when it is hard.

How do we know if our PSAs and CSAs are serious about building a successful SFI business?

Ask your downline team members the reason he or she joined in the first place.
I have done this and have been able to determine if the new PSA or CSA will be a "lifer" or not based on how they respond.
Example: I have heard this response to the question: "I joined so that I can just earn money quickly - get rich program where I earn money from the work done by others". This response tells me that the new affiliate is not prepared to schedule time into this business and will eventually drop out of the SFI program.
No matter what, all PSA's and CSA's have a role with SFI. They may stay only for a short while but they can offer so much to you has a sponsor to better learn how to improve your retention program.
Everyone has a role and everything happens for a reason.
Stay Calm and continue to offer SFI to all as everyone is a potential SFI Lifer member.
Be Your Best and You'll Attract the Best!

What are the best ways to use the MY MOVERS tab to maximize your SFI business?

Mover Tab is a great resource tool from SFI.
I find this tool helpful as it saves me time from looking through my Geneology to see who are my team's most active members.
I use this tab to review my team's top movers and then respond accordingly by either placing them onto my Co-op Manager so that he or she receives positive reinforcement for their activities. I also use this tab to further investigate what strategies downline members use on a regular basis and which ones he or she rarely uses then custom create my TeamMailer messages to discuss strategies that downline members don't use - this helps me to be a better mentor for members as I support their business skill development and learnings so they do not become medicore and rely on habitual business practices.
Don't underestimate the usefulness of this tab.

How can you build your SFI business on a tight budget?

Affiliate since: 12/31/1969, Power Rank: 99999999
SFI can be done with a limited to no budget...
Any business on-line or off line only grows when there are customers being served. The first thing is to create a business plan on where customers may be and how to reach them.
Customers may be those that are told about TripleCicks and they purchase items that will benefit them. Customers may be owners of local businesses who may benefit from world wide distribution opportunities by using TripleClicks to display their services and products, or customers may be those you meet who are looking for another way to earn an income...all of these don't need any spending of money just an investment of time.
Being a business owner with SFI is simply based on the distribution of knowledge...knowledge is what we all have to share with others about SFI.
Sharing SFI with others can be done by using the web, during face to face meetings or by creating information packages which you create with all the materials from SFI that you can print off through your SFI portal.
The success of an affiliate is not based on how much money one has but is simply due to the number of people that are being served. The more people that are told about SFI the greater the growth potential there is for your business.

How do I get my downline members to participate in my team contests?
, Aff ()

Affiliate since: 12/31/1969, Power Rank: 99999999
Participation is an outcome of being driven or interested in something for not only self but also seeing how participating may benefit others too.
Before having your contest going "live" you may want to find out what are some interest points that your members have such as wanting to increase their affiliate numbers, sales numbers, or any other program that SFI has to offer which is of interest to team members. Once you know what topic is of interest to them, then this is what can be used towards creating your contest.
Contests are a great way to increase the level of activity among people but you also have to design the contest so that it appeals to many and not just the few.
The more you communicate and learn what is needed by your team members the easier it will be to design a contest to have them participate as it will appeal to their interest and not yours as the developer of the contest.

Listen to conversations around you. The topic that you hear will provide you insight as to how to introduce SFI to others.
Is a topic about paying off debt - then share with them that you know of a way to help them pay off the debt sooner and ask to take less than 3 minutes to share...SFI.
If the topic is about leadership - share with them some of the great e-books and books that SFI has to offer.
As you can see there is much that SFI has to offer even the ECA program to help expose local businesses in your area to a world wide market.
LISTEN first and gems will reveal themselves to you.

How can I convince new affiliates of the importance of logging in at the Affiliate Center every day?

At work, home, and in your social life, the ability to influence others can be instrumental for achieving SFI goals.
When talking with affiliates, try the following:
1. Be purposeful - be clear about your rationale for the encouragement to log into SFI Affiliate Center every day. Share from their perspective the benefits that he or she will gain;
2. Create a connection with your affiliates - share your experience/story of checking into the Affiliate Center and what you gain from doing this;
3. Direct them to other comments from other affiliates posted on the SFI Forum or even ASK SC. Affiliates share their experiences willingly thus may be the one story that encourages action on behalf of down line.
Encouragement is a custom fit so be sure to listen to your fellow affiliates to better understand what they are wanitng out of SFI and how they perceive SFI. The more you understand their perspective, the better fit your encouragement will be for affiliates.

When do I know that I've become successful in SFI and TripleClicks?

Success is determined by the one who is becoming it.
I hope you are active with your SFI GOALS tab by reviewing it on a regular basis. The Goals Tab is for each affiliate to set themselves up with a target each month. You may want to write down personal achievements in your own business journal so that you may have a comparison of your achievements even over a 6 month's period.
Remember success is not what you persue it is what you become so how another affiliate decides what is successful may or may not be what you want to achieve.
Typicla signs of success in a business is measuring the following:
how many sales done each month
how many new ECA's have joined the program
how many VP's you earned in a month
how much your income is each month
how many new CSA's or PSA's you have recruited
how may down line members have achieved EA2 status with your help
the list can go on...
Take some time to consider what you really want from SFI - consider the reason you are here then look at the things that are helping you to achieve your reason for joining SFI.
This is what success will be for you - getting closer to achievement of your dreams!
