It is important, before you use the Cold Call Strategy, to double check to see if there are laws in your local area which need to be followed.
Some countries have a Do Not Call directory so this needs to be checked as neglect to follow local laws is not what SFI is about.
Secondly - use of a telephone directory is one way to get a start to obtain phone numbers of people or business to contact to promote SFI.
A strategy to use may be to connect with Warm-calls first and inquire with them about possible connections with others-those you don't know to share SFI with.
Cold Calling is an approach that needs to be done professionally so that the name of SFI does not get misunderstood as an interruption but as an investment for personal wealth.

Duplication is another way to create validation that the SFI business program does work.
Duplication provides a blue-print to others on how to use SFI and is also flexible enough for people to use SFI in their own special way to meet the needs of self, family and their local communities.
Duplication simply is another way to create a stronger SFI Brand which there fore creates a stronger business for new affiliates and for experienced affiliates with SFI.
Duplication is a great way to take the "fear" out of becoming an entrepreneur - provides a sense of security for all affiliates.
Duplication also means that the strategies that I am using have been tested and found to be effective, therefore, that saves me time when I am new to SFI.
Duplication in SFI is simply another way to share with affiliates what is strategies are working to grow SFI and simply means that we share our knowledge and do not shut others out.

How do you identify in your affiliates the skills that could help them become stars in SFI?

I suggest the following:
Read profiles of each affiliate so you can learn their back ground experience with business or even hobbies that they do.
Connect with them through SFI messenger from time to time and ask what parts of SFI seem easy for them to do.
It is important to find out what skills they have from a previous work experience, education, and even what their local community has. All of which can be leveraged to become an exceptional affiliate with SFI.
Should I or shouldn't I participate in the SFI PPA program?

I would encourage anyone to incorporate this program if they are able to do so.
SFI offers a variety of streams for income so the more streams you can utilize in your business the more your business can grow.
If you're not familiar with the use of the program there are many resources available in SFI to help affiliates understand how each stream can earn on-going income or recruit more team members.
Try it as you can't make a decision if it works or not until you do.
Remember the phrase,"Don't put all your eggs into one basket". So try the different streams that SFI offers to see your business grow.

Excellent question!
A profile is a great tool to assist you as a sponsor/team leader to customize your 1-1 support with each affiliate.
There are times when fellow affiliates/down line team members need to diversify their business model to match their reason for joining SFI. The profile also let's the skills of what an affiliate has shine through thus able to leverage those skills to build their own SFI business. Use the skills an affiliate has to start their climb to the top with SFI. The profile is where you will better understand what the affiliates wants from SFI and what skills they have that can be used in their SFI business.
Profile matching the skills and desires of the affiliate is the best way to hook the affiliate and keep them motivated as anyone can, with support, lead And manage their own SFI business.

Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

Individualized welome messages are extremely effective. Individualized messages enable you to customize your comments to the individual and share 1 - 2 key strategies that will help them get on their way.
After your initial individualized message, Team Mailer messages are a great way to follow-up with your PsA's and a great way to keep them motivated.

Offers that are best are the ones which are meaningful to the target audience that you are advertising to.
Take time to learn about the prospects that you are endeavouring to recruit and then create marketing plans that profile fit the prospects. Recruitment is not a one size fits all.
Incentive offers may be the following:
Product related benefits
Free coaching and 1-1 mentoring to working an on-line business
Providing recruitment leads such as a 1 month free S-Builder unit
Promotion of a Gift Certificate that may be used to purchase items through TripleClicks
Incentive programs are endless....the only planning required is the customization of the incentive to match the target audience that you are hoping to recruit from.

How do you get your affiliates engaged and conversing regularly with you?

Engagement - as defined in the Collin's paper back dictionary - "Take part, participate, involve intensely, begin with, pledge to be with" - says it all.
Engagement begins from "I" so simply take a moment to ask yourself this question, "How inviting is my business practices/habits are to others?"
In other words, when an affiliate reviews their "engagement and conversely with others" is it inviting others to participate, is it consistently showing genuine interest to be involved with others, and does the affiliate's behaviour display "being with" and "pledging to be with" other affiliates.
Awareness of our own actions will be critical to having other affiliates engage with you. So simply, are SFI business performance a match or mis-match to this goal of engagement with affiliates on a regular basis.
Excellent question for all to consider. Thank you.

How often should I communicate with my Sponsor and Co-Sponsor?

Affiliate since: 12/31/1969, Power Rank: 99999999
This is an excellent question as many of us wonder how much communication is enough or not enough.
I believe the answer is within you. I see it this way...every affiliate has strengths and so when there is an area of skill sets that are not as developed and the Sponsor or co-sponsor has that as an area of expertise then I would communicate with them frequently - 2 - 3 times a week or more.
I would want to communicate often so that I am able to learn more on how to devlop myself to become a better Sponsor or Co-sponsor.
Remember we never know what we don't know until we ask. Asking questions is the best way to develop your business.
The frequency of how often depends on you as what one affiliate does for communication may not be how much communication you require.
We are all different and communication is simply a tool that enables us to find out answers to things that we may not know. No one communicates the same so I would like to encourage you to communicate as often as you need to.

Why should I remain focused on my SFI business when there are other companies offering me allegedly similar opportunities?

Your question is getting to the heart of what entrepreneurs have to deal with every day.
Being an entrepreneur is simply fulfilling your inner hope to contribute more to not only you, your family but also the economy at large.
SFI is an excellent program.
You expression of "why" I should stay with SFI when there are other programs to join is valid and yet consider this - a house is never built in one day - this requires focus until completion. If houses were not focused on we would simply be living in structures that may not have roofs, walls or even windows and doors.
Focus is key to success for any entrepreneur. When offered something else to look at - energies/efforts are then distracted and then the work in one program becomes weak and never complete.
As Jim Rohn has stated, "see it through" - focus on the choice you made - do not second guess yourself. You are here for a reason and if you are second guessing this would mean you all ready are distracted and not focused on what your choice is in the first place - focused effort will help you get your arrow into the Bull's Eye. Distracted efforts only gets you missing the target.
