My strategy is to have prepared a few Wave3 information packages available to provide to the person who asks me about what Wave3 is and then I ask if they have a moment I can share what it is by using my mobile device.

Using words along with providing a mini-tutorial about the WAVE3 program is a great way to respond to this. I typically will go to my WAVE3 Gateway to share the benefits of the WAVE3 program as per what is displayed on the gateway/lading page that SFI offers.

The information packages that I provide are typically taken. Each package is simply an envelope with a Wave3 card with printed information about the program straight from the SFI portal website.

I believe the SFI program is good for students aged 18 or older.

The opportunities for this target audience are limitless. Starting an on-line business at a young age provides a great start to earning an on-going stream of income later in life.

I enjoy having SFI team members to join as they are the ones who have creative thoughts as to how to keep SFI growing strong and attract a younger customer base.

The other benefit for the youth of today to join SFI is to create a stronger economic system for tomorrow.

Youth of today are looking for ways to create a legacy too so why not extend the SFI business opportunity to them to provide an opportunity to create a better tomorrow.

Pricebenders is an excellent way to get deals on products that will personally benefit your team members.

I have had the opportunity to be the last winning bidder on items such as additional CSA's to add to my team and even T-credits.

The other known benefit is that each bid will earn an AVP for your team member's scoreboard - up to 500 per month.

Another benefit is that each bid, in addition to AVP's, will earn 5 MRP's or 10 MRP's depending on the auction item.

T-Credits is the universal currency to purchase all items through TripleClicks. With this in mind, I will do the following every month:

I transfer T-credits to my downline members who have taken the time to include written feed-back on their monthly rating. The written feed-back assists my efforts thus I reciprocate their knowledge sharing with a payment of T-Credits.

T-Credits can only be used for TripleClicks activities which means you as a Team Leader will benefit from VP matching from downline members from making purchases or doing other activities through TripleClicks.

Also, when T-credits are sold to PRM's you also benefit from purchases made too.

T-Credits are extremely helpful.

I would suggest that the decision to become team lead is to be left up to your PSA's.

I would not encourage nor would I discourage. It is best to provide all the information that SFI has on what it means to be a TL. TL is not a tile but an actual relationship with down line members. Relationships require work and so it will be up to each member to really take time to consider what he or she can offer and to consider if what they offer is what a TL offers - if their answer is yes then they are off on the road to becoming a TL.

TL has it's benefits and so this may be a reason for downline members to achieve TL status but it is more sustainable to consider all that is required to become a TL and to consider the "why" for a member to want to become a TL.

TL is a great position to have with SFI - the more TL's we have in the organization the more teams we have which means our business on the whole is stronger and will be around for a long time.

Hosting classes, seminars, workshops are a great for 2 simple reasons: 1. you get to know who your PSA's are; 2. your PSA's get to know who you are.

Some ideas are as follows:

Host information sessions on a regular basis. These sessions would be scheduled on the same day of the week at the same location so that members know there is an open invitation to go to a training session to improve and develop their SFI businesses.

Be sure your location is accessible to all your affiliates - you stated that you wish to host off-line sessions so be sure to consider your location. Your location is important as if it is too far to reach, not accessible by transit nor easily accessed by personal transportation you will see participant numbers drop. Be sure to host in places where everyone is comfortable and is able to arrive safely and go home safely.

Offline classes need to have a theme so be sure you prepare each session around a theme so as not to get distracted with off topic ideas. Having a theme for each session will help participants to come prepared with questions or share experiences that fit the theme.

Venue ideas may include a local coffee shop - be sure to ask the manager about doing this as your in-services; local library that has a meeting room that you can book for your meetings; a local community hall that may have space for your team meetings, or even in team members homes rotated on a regular basis.

Be mindful that everyone's time is valuable so be sure to plan your meetings to start and end on time. This is being respectful to others and enables predictability for how long each session will be. You may design each session to be 45 minutes, 90 minutes or 120 minutes. If you see the need to host longer sessions, then be sure to offer and see what participants agree to commit to.

Training is part of the work for SFI so encourage regular attendance from your team members. Achievement does not happen without putting in time to work. Off-line meetings are a great way to support all SFI affiliates who live in the community, city, or near by townships.

One final consideration is to be sure that you ask for feed-back and ideas on what participants hope to gain from attending your off-line sessions. The more meaningful your sessions are to participants the more engaged they will be. Don't e afraid to ask for ideas from affiliates so that each session will truly benefit them immediately after they attend.

Blogging material can be hard to come by due to copy right and intellectual property ownership.

Things to consider:

Create your own blog entries from experiences that you have gained by being an SFI owner - this can include what you found to be successful and what you have found to be a challenge;

Read blogs by other entrepreneurs and see what topics are being written about then do some research about that topic and post on your blog. If you cite someone be sure to publicly recognize the citation so that others may use your blog to help their research too;

Ask other blog owners if they are willing to create a post for your blog and have them sign off on it. Your blog may have more than 1 contributor so create a team of writers that may post on your blog to add some diverse reading.

In your blog, share on-line links that you believe will be of interest to your readers. Your blog can become a resource hub for other small business owners and they in turn can share what you offer to others to increase the traffic that your blog tracks.

PSA's are part of the SFI team. It would be advantageous for you to discuss with your down-line PSA's what their goals will be short term and long term. PSA's, as like any other SFI affiliate, wants to have a successful business so as part of their leadership team - it is important to review how he/she plans on achieving goals and maintaining or exceeding goals.

This is where you may want to encourage PSA's to consider their goals for their Goals tab. PSA's may wish to become a Team Leader - excellent goal to grow into, it is not our responsibility to consider if it is too quickly or too slow in achievement. I would suggest that your role is to review their plan/s on how TL status will be achieved within their means. This is where you can review what skills will be necessary to facilitate the achievement and review the various possible combinations of tasks or business planning ideas that will assist with such achievement and making it sustainable from month to month.
