What should a new SFI affiliate focus on to ensure a good financial return in their first month?

Very good question, I guess you are a new affiliate. If so, welcome aboard and if not wish you all the best. Back to the question, as a new affiliate you have come on board as a result of being convinced that you can make a good income here. First things first, you need to learn a lot from your sponsor, if not then the sponsor of your sponsor. Within your sponsor's genealogy there are a few of those who have succeeded. You need to learn from them about their success. The first month should be focused more on learning than earning, if you earn then that's a plus. Wishing you all the best.

What is a good goal to shoot for in SFI this year?

A good goal to shoot, that's a good one. You are in this year after having achieved or lost goals setup for the last one. A good goal to shoot at is to maintain or aim higher where you achieved last year and carry the lessons you learnt from your losses last year and turn them to success this year. All the best.
How can you best use your badges (Top 10 Power Rank, E365 Finalist, etc.) to grow your SFI business?

Growing SFI business revolves around earning as many versapoints as possible. Past the position of EXECUTIVE AFFILIATE, the other positions give one matching versapoints for all the active affiliates for a particular month. The badges that one has play a very important role in enhancing growth in the following ways,
i) All your PSA's tend to have a confidence in you when they keep on looking at the
different badges in your credit.
ii) The badges will at times motivate somebody to continue aiming higher hence serving as
a motivating factor

What do you feel are the 3 biggest keys to success with SFI?

Keys have always been symbols of opening. For one to have success with SFI the 3 biggest keys are,
i) Knowledge which is a fundamental not only here, but in many areas as well. One should
take time to acquaint himself/herself with SFI. One should know his/her way around SFI
before making any move.
ii) Strategies are the other most important keys to success here. Knowing what to and
not to do on one's road to success involves strategies which are properly laid down
and followed.
iii) Lastly, the driving force which should be there to motivate one in times of low
spirits. Once goals are set, it will be the driving force that one has to reach them
that matters so it should be properly identified.

What is your experience or your opinion about running contests (and providing prizes) to motivate your PSAs?

It is certainly a great idea to do that. SFI itself is structured on the same principle where the most active affiliates are rewarded for their performances by sharing in the commissions from the Executive pool. Motivating them with promises which take time to achieve, like telling them about commissions that will be paid almost in the middle of the month for the previous months work might not impress them much.
Create different categories in order to motivate them differently. For instance you can set the to contest in the following.
1. The one who scores maximum points from the To-do list for a specific period eg a week
or fortnight.
2. The one with the highest sales/purchases from tripleclicks for a week or fortnight.
3. The top sponsor of the week or fortnight.
Don't put the achievement period too long, it might create laxity in them. The shorter the period the more vigor they will have for achieving the goals.
All the best....

I have affiliates who are inactive. Is it a good idea or bad idea to reassign them to my active affiliates?

Wow...how would you feel if your upline did the same to you? Normally it's supposed to be a give and take scenario. You are supposed to earn some VPs for reassigning and your downline is supposed to benefit from the reassignment in the sense of moving up. This will be perceived to be dumping of unwanted material. NO IT IS NOT GOOD.
Why do so many people join SFI and then do nothing...and what should I do about this?

That's the trend not only here but in many online earning opportunities. Possible reasons could be,
i) The message sent out there is that you can earn at the comfort of your home. Most
people think you'll just sit and earn. The truth is they don't get the right message.
ii) Many who join and are promised lucrative commissions work so hard only to receive
amounts in commissions which according to them do not reflect on the effort they put,
the commissions are so minute.
iii) There are those who join because they were invited and don't have a clue of what is
happening. Unfortunately this group is the largest of the three.
In life we must accept the fact that there are those who make it happen, there are those who watch it happen and there are those who do not know what has happened.

I want to start doing Pay-Per-Click advertising. What do I need to know before I get started?

First thing you need to know is that your budget must be geared towards keeping you advertising for weeks and not days for good results. Secondly look at site statistics for instance how many members a site has and daily rate of new members to determine which site to advertise with. Lastly prepare yourself for the risk of losing some bucks because there will be clickers who will not be caught by your bait. All the best.
Do you differentiate your level of support for your downline depending on their rank?

No, never do I do that. Each one of my downline has a special position that they play not only in my team, but the entire SFI business. Whoever needs help, needs help. It doesn't matter what the rank is, I help on the first come first served basis period.
